I actually feel so bad for Eclipse right now it’s not even funny. He sounded like he was in PAIN on the phone- and he clearly doesn’t Want to even be alive, but is too scared or hellbent on revenge to die again. (Just like me fr /neg) He even said he contemplated just giving Sun and Moon his location so they could kill him- and when Moon hung up? I can almost swear I heard a mix of anger, desperation, but mostly fear when he shouted-

i don’t want a character I relate to so much to just be labeled unfixable, because it means the same for me. I relate to his abandonment, I relate to his difficulties in showing that he does care, I relate to his want for death but being too scared to fully commit. I just want him to find some kind of peace, with people who can help him.

I know he’s a shitty person, I know he’s killed, I know he’s abusive, I know he’s a manipulative prick, but. I just don’t want to see him like this anymore. It affected me when I saw how hysterical and desperate for answers he was with Ruin and Creator, and it’s affecting me now when he sounds so.. broken.

Notes:

- Main outfit based off the orginal skin for them (minus capelet). I might do a better design at a later point but I am out of outfit brain power atm

- They like nicer clothes (like sweaters and button ups) but are often annoyed by the lack of mobility

- Mask only comes off when alone or with people they trust. Their headscarf, on the other hand, is used to protect their hair, so they might take it off in public, but usually only briefly, to adjust it.

- The Moofia was important to them. Even after its effective dissolution, cows were very dear to them. Also cow axe :]

- Prone to annoyance and nervousness in equal measure. An asshole on bad days and tricky bastard on good ones.

Anyways this is Nariko, she's Shigure's twin sister and is ofc the complete opposite to his personality- fhfnfhdh Aaaaand uuuuuhhhh... Yeah I just forgot I need to update his ref sheet and put it back on the post cuz I just realised I actually forgot to do that!.. But uh yeah anyways, not much to say other than she's Shigure's twin, she's a lesbian aaaand she actually works for the Frostclaw organisation from another region! She's like a delivery guy~~ (ETHEJJETHHHHOMG LIKE FR!! When they were all Yigas of mine then Nariko was LITERALLY a postal service specifically assigned by Takeshi after he took over Kohga's position like years after a different outcome to the original story thrjgegehd- How the fuck did I make that connection and just remembered said fucking connection holy shit that was YEARS ago how did I remember that shit!!)

... But uhm yeah so- ... Time to adapt her character further some other time and hopefully I'll have all my OCs finished by the end of the year! ... To which I doubt but one can dream...

Twin sister to Shigure, they both share the same last name "Lotus" as neither are even married to anybody; Not saying Nariko herself hasn't got her eyes on someone, in fact she's overly fascinated with her supervisor, Monaka

She works at the postal service department of the Frostclaw traders in the Marshlands, which is close to the Sacred Forest; She does her deliveries mostly on foot which for comedic reasons gets her lost, stuck or sends her to the other side of the land to where she was supposed to go

In order to travel more "efficiently" during her shifts, Nariko had actually adjusted her boots so she can somewhat easily travel on almost any surface whether marsh, gravel or grassy lands to get to her destination... Instead of being a normal person and using transportation literally provided by the organisation

She doesn't see her brother often due to where they both work, but no doubt she doesn't enjoy the smell of his smoker breath and will always badger on to Shigure about the health complications and all sorts with the excessive smoking

Loves eating wheat, just raw wheat; Like her brother who nibbles on paper for whatever reasons, Nariko loves wheat for the texture of it against her teeth

Even though Nariko is also a member of the postal service department, she's also part of the security and defence for the Marshlands branch; She carries a sniper gun, making her a very skilled and reliable sniper

She's had her fair share of encounters with rogue assassins and even Kira's henchmen on her travels, especially a couple times coming across the Bounty Hunter; Who of course whoever is an ally of the Golden Palace whether directly or indirectly, will be attacked on sight, especially as the Frostclaw (Takeshi specifically) are very close allies to King Aurelius. She had to make a run for it or hide a few times even just hearing news of said Bounty Hunter is ever in the area; Fighting alone is futile in this instance

Because of travelling so much due to her job requiring it, Nariko has picked up a lot of languages and accents around the realm that she is fluent in almost every single one

Luckily I'm taking my sweet ass time with art and OC refs so hopefully I get the ball running with that..

Anyways- Another drawing/OC ref added to the art spam which will either hopefully be this week or in the span of the couple weeks since I at least have a few Saturdays off.. To which I'm only be working two days so that's nice! I'll hopefully have more time on my art along with other irl related stuff-..... Yeah, guess that's it!

Something I wrote based off of something that’s not canon in my Kirby interp’s timeline anymore

It has been years— no, millennia since the last of his family and friends had succumbed to old age and faded away. His once strong wings are now patchy and bony. His horns were chipped and worn—practically crumbling away—and was missing its golden glow. The bright fuchsia hue of his body had faded into a sickly pink, his bones the weakest they’ve ever been. Galacta Knight had lived far longer than he should have. Impossibly longer. He knows. 

The butterfly reaper watches him approach as he limps towards it. Its ghostly white eyes offer nothing but an unreadable stare. For not the first time, Galacta pleads to it.

“Please let me die,” he rasps, “I am very tired. The ones I loved and befriended are long gone. With too much time, I’ve lost my sense of purpose. I’ve lost everything.”

A hint of betrayal flashed in his company’s eyes, but dissolved as quickly as it came.

“Then wend and maketh yourself new friends,” Morpho Knight stated, it’s tone of voice eerily calm. Anger bubbled at the back of Galacta’s throat.

“There’s nothing left!” he groans. Long ago had he lost his ability to yell.

He grabs Morpho’s gloved paw with urgency. It’s wings twitch, and mirror the drooped posture of Galacta’s.

“Por favor,” Galacta pleads. “Déjame morir.”

Morpho’s glow dims ever so slightly. Something flickers behind it’s eyes. Frustration? Exasperation? … Sadness?

“It is not thy timeth yet,” Morpho only says.

It recoils from Galacta’s hands as if it were burned. Ignoring the whimper from said knight, it morphs into a butterfly and flutters away. It’s glow disappears into the darkness.

okay but imagine this,

You're a famous and well known actress and there's this anime that has been your all time favorite. all of your fans know about this and as well as your obsession with this one character that you've been all on about. your social media accounts especially your twitter is almost all about that character and you can't seem to get over him. as time passes there will soon be another season added onto your favorite anime, and you've been religiously watching every new episode that comes out every week. another episode is posted and there's an appearance of a new character. everyone has been obsessing over the character as she's independent, beautiful, a bad bitch, very awesome, and definitely a strong female character. on top of that, the next few episodes have shown that she could be the possible love interest of the character you've oh so been in love with. this bums you out, but hey, the next thing you could do is imagine yourself as that character interacting with your fav and act all lovely dovely. the season ends with everyone obsessing with that new female character and talking about her relationship with your fav one. all of this does not escape the reporter's curiosity which lead to them conducting an interview with the author of the anime. what has caught the whole media's attention is when the author has stated that, "(new female character's name)'s design is actually inspired by the actress (your name). i couldn't help but give honor to my character by giving her a design similar to ms. (your name)'s appearance." with that statement, the media goes crazy, praising how beautiful you are and shit. twitter has been flooded with tweets talking about how there is a big resemblance with (charachter's name) and (your name). you on the other hand get excited and honored and stuff idk imagine the rest
