RPG Maker horror game where at first you think it's doing the "menu/UI sound effects are moist-sounding for no particular reason" thing that so many games of the type do, but later you end up temporarily switching characters at various times and it gradually becomes apparent that nobody else's menu FX are moist. Just yours.

Now that I've got them all done, I figured I'd compile all the silhouettes for the Local Group in a single lineup to get both a solid height ref and a comparison for each of their shapes!

My new OS concept! How did I do?

I have this inconcrete (and perhaps poorly based) vision of early music synthesizers, where someone could grab a handful of basic waveforms and route them through different processors/functions to slowly transform them into music.

And, more specifically, I envision doing that, but with images.

Before adding new characters I wanted to do a mockup UI and bashed quickly enviro concept. Every steps reveals thousand more as I'd like now to explore style of the levels more (more painted? More cartoony? Weirder) and do better UI explorations.

I'm not making a game by all means! It's just a portfolio project but It would be cool to play a top-down solarpunk title!

OH and also it has a name and logo now! Code Orchid!

I started a new art project, called 'Homecooked'!

I want to design some props/UI for a fictional cooking game, here's the cooking utensils + some plant decorations :)

I’m at the airport leaving the business trip. I don’t really like a lot of my new teammates we got post-merger. I only see them on trips because they live on the east coast. We are all 30-35 years old and they are engaging in petty mean girl behavior. They repeatedly tried to get me to leave my best friend at the office while we went out for drinks without her because they don’t like her. They’re not “getting” our relationship… like that’s an actual top 5 most important person in my life and would continue to be even if I left the company. I was sitting by one of them in a meeting today and they were all in a chat together shit talking her because they think she cares about the job too much. And she does, but it’s better than not caring at all and sucking ass at the job, necessitating me “babysitting” 3 adults my own age despite not being an actual manager. The boss has made the “babysitting” into something I need to do to get the promotion that was already started and promised to me by the old boss last year pre-merger (also not a management role).

I spent 2 hours giving them a detailed demo yesterday of an app they’ve had access to since October and never once logged into, despite some of them being assigned to work on it.

And they’re just… so fucking vapid. I can’t deal with the conversations. Yesterday we spent an hour discussing someone’s $300 perfume.

I’m still seeing red over shit talking her, though. I actually hope the boss can see their chat logs and they suffer for it.
