Neither of the men occupying the body of Two Face really believed what they saw. The bank was theirs, they needed the funds. Well, theirs in that Harvie (mind the spelling,) wanted to rob it. He had men lined up too. He was even going to be there himself, if not just to taste the adrenaline of it all.

And he was there.

Someone beat them to it.

Harvie knew exactly who. It only took one look. Men with wristwatches that glowed were walking past clientele and employees all moving like a video playing at 30% speed. The world within the building (observing safely from a window) looked like an emulator running on a computer that clearly couldn't handle it.

"This is nuts," came the comment from the headspace. Harvie found himself inclined to agree. "Absolutely."

Kronos was stood up on a desk, where fae was cackling like mad in a wristwatch of faers own. It wasn't too much of a stretch to think that was the thing sparing faer the effects. He was going to experiment, to shoot into the building and hope... But then Kronos' laughter trailed off.

"I can't believe it! This is so comic book, isn't it? I feel like a Powerpuff villain." Kronos turned all which-ways as fae kept going. "Not exactly men of my own, but a loan isn't bad either. This feels like a rite of passage! I mean, isn't it?"

Nobody answered faer. They were all just loading money into bags. Kronos' beaming smile noticeable faltered, back to the window. He really could take the shot.

But Harvey had better ideas: "bullets will likely move just as slow. Let the bat deal with this."

"If Riddler finds out we were here..."

"Let him. He can throw a fit, but we're looking out for ourselves."

Still, after all these years... Seeing Kronos in a cape, trying faers best to perform? It felt like yesterday Strange assailed the compound, for lack of a better joke.

They'd be more proud, if fae wasn't intruding on their plans.
