Finalmente, aquí está la apariencia de Ray. He aquí más infornación de ella. (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

Nació un 25 de octubre y fue jecutada a la edad de 19 años cuando las tropas de Betrayus fueron derrotadas. Ella aún y siendo una electricista, trató de defender la base en la que estaba -pero ni sabía como sostener el arma. XD- Cuando fue enviada al inframundo, la ataron con cadenas especiales para arrastrarla, de ahí surge en cinturon que usa. Se terminó perdiendo y pasó años (los que los demás quedaron encerrados y el tiempo de la seire) "viviendo" como una fantasma salvaje. Los guanteletes, como mencioné en otro post, los hizo ella misma.

Actualmente, vive en el castillo siendo una especie de boticaria gracias a su conocimiento en plantas, medicinas y venenos; además, sigue siendo una electricista, manteniendo los artefactos electrónicos en buen estado. Claro que, el tiempo que pasó sola afectó sus habilidades sociales, complicándole interactuar con los demás (es basicamente Mao Mao de The Apothecary Diaries pero más agresiva e introvertida (￣y▽,￣)╭ ).

She was born on October 25th and was executed at the age of 19 when Betrayus' troops were defeated. Despite being an electrician, she tried to defend the base she was at—but didn't even know how to hold the weapon. XD—When she was sent to the underworld, they tied her with special chains to drag her, hence the belt she uses. She ended up getting lost and spent years (the time the others were locked up and the time of the series) "living" as a wild ghost. The gauntlets, as I mentioned in another post, were made by herself.

Currently, she lives in the castle as a sort of apothecary thanks to her knowledge of plants, medicines, and poisons. She also continues to be an electrician, keeping the electronic devices in good working order. Of course, the time she spent alone affected her social skills, making it difficult for her to interact with others (she's basically Mao Mao from The Apothecary Diaries but more aggressive and introverted (￣▽,￣)╭ ).

I thought I was done, but these characters are still running about my head and I wanna do something about it. So, here are some more things that I think would've been really fun to see because we didn't get to see much character interaction during Mochi Mayhem.

Penny got Kieran a smart phone and he was hooked. Not only does Kieran give off major Tumblr vibes, but he would have an account dedicated to his Furret or Hydrapple. (Un)surprisingly, it is very popular.

Carmine and Nemona would get into plenty of fights, but not because they wouldn't get along. Carmine is a competitive person who hates to lose; while Nemona is a competitive person who hates to lose, but in a friendly way. It's no secret that Nemona shows other people how much she cares about them by battling them, so she would try to suggest some friendly competitions so she could get closer to Kieran and Carmine. This would be a cute idea, except Carmine would get too caught up in the competition part and Kieran would have to remind his sister about the friendly part. This would die down after a bit, but it would still be fun to watch.

Penny, everyone really, would love to snuggle with Kierans Furret and he would lose his mind getting to hug Penny's Eeveelutions. (Mainly Flareon, look at that floof!) Both their Pokemon are just so fluffy and, as a fellow introvert, the best way to become friends with another person is to just sit quietly and play with animals.

Picnic event where everyone makes a sandwich and has to guess who made which one. I think Carmine would put extra onions in her's to make a dig at her brother, and Kieran would purposefully make one that was too bitter or spicy to mess with her. (The picnic stuff doesn't get as much love and I think this would've been really cute.)

Sneaking into Area Zero to relax, only in the upper portion far away from the lab; shiny hunts, which would get out of hand quickly; ect.

• Cassio is a fashion designer for both aliens and their pet-humans, with Tov often acting as the model for their pet-human designs.

• They are part of the outfit design team for Alien Stage contestants.

• Cassio views Tov as somewhere between a cute little pet and a living dress up doll.

• They are quite fond of humans, but don’t necessarily see them as equals (like the relationship between humans and animals).

• Cassio’s native language sounds a little like a human language if you hear it in the background. But the more you focus on it, the more un-Earthly it becomes.

As much as I love the new dnpg era we're in (and Im not complaining in the slightest) in the back of my brain I am finding it a bit strange that dan and phil are currently creating the exact content that for the last 5 years they (especially dan) have been saying they are tired of making. The whole "heres our sponsor, please hit the bell, like and subscribe!" Content. It feels very nostalgic right now, which I love, but also isnt necessarily sustainable. And the idea that they're only doing it to pay the bills on their house doesnt sit right with me either.

Im wondering if maybe theres a bigger picture. I feel like the gaming videos they are churning out are to sort of ease us in to a new era of dan and phil. If maybe they are playing a bit into the nostalgia of dan and phil, to gain back the audience that they lost after 5 years hiatus, so that then, they can slowly start to transform the content and the brand of dan and phil into something that better fits them as they are now. Because an abrupt change after 5 years of being gone, would honestly kind of mean they would have to almost start from scratch (bar the few thousand people that have been following them throughout), and honestly idk if an abrupt change would work for them either, bc even with dystopia daily, it was a cool idea, and not badly executed (apart from just kind of stopping halfway through) but it was also so different to anything else, that I think people found it really jarring, because it didnt really feel like the dan people were used to. I also dont know how well it really represented dan creatively anyway. I feel like bringing the gaming channel back, and also making it clear that its going to be different, its not specifically limited to games, is allowing them to take us with them on the journey of figuring out their new creative direction, rather than starting a few projects that get announced suddenly and then not going anywhere. It also means that when they are working on things behind the scenes that take months or even years to come into realisation, that can also just be cancelled at anytime, they are not banking on their audience just happily waiting with nothing to show for it, and can atleast still produce content that they enjoy and we enjoy, so that when dan inevitably does more standup or phil announces a project or they announce a new dan and phil project, it didnt come entirely from nothing.

Idk, basically i feel like the gaming channel is only the start of something bigger, and I dont think that bigger thing is them reverting back to 2016 dnp. Im interested to see.

what i find interesting about this relaunch of dnpgames is that it's treated like the main place for joint content. what Dan said in the baking video can only mean that what was posted on AP channel or Dan's channel before, will now be on dnpgames. this gives them (Dan specifically) a way out of the dan and phil brand. it's like the joint branding exists outside and in parallel to their solo brands but doesn't intervene (it still does with AP but maybe it won't in the future). there's a better, more strict division between dnpgames + what's allowed on it and AP and their social media. it's so interesting to see how far they will go with it. they might bring back small portions of what they did before the hiatus (livestreams, dan vs phil, spooky week, gamingmas, game series and etc) but there will be new stuff as well. i wonder if the promo for all dnp brand related things will go on dnpgames now. before that, it was on Dan's channel (tours, books). i'm manifesting ladydoor tour 2.0 if the gaming channel thrives and there will be an audience to fill out the venues.

don't forget that Dan's decision to resurrect dnpgames allegedly came only in 2023 and because of his semi-flopped tour and difficulties with the dvd. no one wants to throw money into it, unfortunately. something happened in Edinburgh with BBC (wad related or not, hell knows). this dnpgames return is like a filler between solo projects (re: they are not banking on their audience just happily waiting with nothing to show for it). and it will be dropped the moment they are offered something serious. unless that something is gonna be precisely dnp brand related.

i don't think there's gonna be a huge change in the direction of dnpgames. we missed it how it was, Phil missed it because it allowed him to work with Dan and have fun. it can co-exist. i have an unpopular opinion maybe, but today's vibes are so unhinged. it's different from what it was before the hiatus, and i'm not talking about gay stuff. it feels like we're constantly running somewhere with them, and i don't like it. too much, too suddenly. and for someone who likes rewatching videos to find something new or just relax and laugh, it's a very uncomfortable schedule. and even dnp in the videos seem a bit frantic. plus different editing styles are visible, so it's like constantly jumping on a trampoline never knowing how high. i like consistency, so i need time to adjust? it's not a criticism, just an observation.

i think i have a bit different opinion to yours :) if it's the start of something bigger than only in the variety of content, but i don't think dnpgames will live for more than 3 years. 5 max. and this insane schedule will be dropped eventually. because it's unhealthy and EXACTLY why Dan backed out in 2018.

Ive been watching through all phils old videos, and I can confirm that the tradition of phil mentioning dan in every single video atleast once has been strong standing since October 19th 2009. I would say about 70-80% of phils videos post pinof 1 until atleast 2011 mentions dan in some form or another. At least he's consistent.

Prieur's admission to Dijon Academy of Science

On 5 June 1790 Claude-Antoine Prieur sent to the Dijon Academy of Science a manuscript called "Moyens par lesquels on pourrait approprier nos monnoyes [sic] à un nouveau système métrique" (1) in order to submit his application for becoming a member of said institution. The document, meant as an appendix to his previous work on a possible reform of the metric system, explained how to adapt the decimal scale to France's monetary system of the time.

A month later, on 5 June 1790, Pierre Jacotot, one of the two commissaries (2) tasked with judging Prieur's work, made a full report of it and the young 26 years old Claude-Antoine, was elected as associate member following the vote that took place among the present members at the end of the session.

What follows is a translation of the acknowledgement speech he made on 18 November 1790 at the Academy and the academy president’s subsequent reply. Both texts show a rather peculiar portrait of Prieur, different from the usual adjectives - shy, introvert, awkward, not particularly brilliant - used to describe him by the few historians that ever talked about him.

It has been several months since you accepted me as a member of your illustrious institution; the circumstances have not allowed me to prove my gratitude yet. I am here today to fulfil this task. Even though I was favoured seemingly for my consummated talent, I have no illusions. For a man of my age it can only be considered as an encouragement to inspire emulation and I will commit myself to deserve it. Smiling Critters AU: Catnap's Psyche

NOTE: THIS IS NOT RELATED TO CANON IN THE SLIGHTEST. An accurate description of this au is that I took every playtime.co poster art and promotional material from the game and lit up the rest of canon in a bonfire. Meaning that EVERY character is part of one big cartoon. Thats it. No bigger bodies project, no child souls, no experiments, just a depiction of a cartoon. PLEASE do not ask me to do anything suggestive with anyone.

OK so catnap in an interesting case,

I will be referencing events from my masterpost, but if you want to read like the bare minimum, then his backstory is here because attempting to re-write it here was a chore

I've sort of made him the introvert, but the more I write about him, the more he seems surprisingly adept at reading emotions, and I like it so we're rolling with it. I like to think he felt alot of emotions during his homelessness period, and references his own pain to inquire what others are feeling, and apply a comforting technique based on how he moved on and how they might feel about the situation. If dogday is inspiration and happiness, then catnap is melancholy.

Now I wanna go over his situational mutism, as it's pretty important and affects most of his interactions with the others. First I'll say that I have done some reading but this may still be somewhat inaccurate, and please tell me if I'm way off base so I can edit it if you have better info.

It started during his homelessness, and being uncomfortable around anyone and everyone due to the fact of him literally being a stray cat as well as living alone for 8-9 years didn't really help. Eventually his voice just wouldn't work when interacting with anyone so miming and over-exxagerating facial expressions (to the best of his resting bitch face can allow) is his way of communication. He still ends up wishing he could, but what's done is done. He doesn't know sign language as no one was yk... there to teach him.

I also want to get into how dogday is his closest friend when because in practice, it should be bobby. Picky was kind of put about the whole 'forest cabin kid' thing, but Bobby was understanding and even gave him food, but in terms of interaction, it was just awkward. Both felt bad in different ways, Bobby a little upset that the communication barrier is blocking her from truly being able to help him, and catnap being sad that this the first person his age that willingly wants to talk to him in years and he can't even muster a few words. Even his facial expressions weren't quite working, and their "convos" were more like peaceful interrogations.

Thankfully, she put dogday on the case, and interacting with him was a whole different story. He didn't immediately get awkward when catnap didn't respond to a question and mimed about his situational mutism, instead treating him as if he was talking to someone normally, with a few minor modifications Questions wouldn't require an answer, he would just study his gestures and infer a response, or when he was rambling he wouldn't stop to check if catnap was listening due to his silence, he treated him like he would with anyone else. Maybe he was oblivious to what he was doing right, maybe not, catnap appreciated it either way.

So imagine his suprise when he realized that in a way, Dogday was just like him in a way.

The slip-up in dogday's words revealed he lives in an orphanage, and he doesn't really know his parents as he was abandoned. But his excitable demeanor just didn't make sense to him. It's only when dogday accidentally breaks into a tangent about how his situation isn't bad and that it's okay, and he's okay does catnap realize the subconscious mental limiter dogday's placed on himself. Catnap sees himself in Dogday, but instead of riding all his emotions out, Dogday has suppressed everything, in hopes to make everyone, and to an extent himself, happy. He couldn't just let him continue that, and in some way, that familiarity broke through the uncomfortability as he told dogday that it's alright to sulk. Something that wasn't told to him before.

I like the parallels I made with him and dogday and the backstory I gave him, so that's why I chose situational mutism instead of just being mute. The rest of the critters haven't met catnap yet because that happens during the summer arc so I still have to plan that out.

This psyche series is my way of reminding myself how they think, so if you did read or end up reading my other posts, I would appreciate if you could point out inconsistencies!! Ty for reading this

Ok just watched episode 3: learning to win. sway vs. mchucky

This episode was crafted so well. Gave us the introverted intellectual vulnerable hearthrob musician vs. the boisterous popular shit-talking quarterback jock storyline.

Since i like neither the bruins nor panthers it was more like watching a fun sports movie and letting the characters make me fall in love with them with those tropes in place. I really do compartmentalize how i interact with these teams and their players so ok let's break it down, here's how my heart and head battles it out:

Bruins? A bigass boo from this leafs fan. I hate them on principle just for that, for a generational og6 rivalry. But. But i respect their locker room. Their leaders have created a cohesive unit i envy tf out of for generations past present and future. They're a good group of ppl ...with a shittastic front office of old world hockeymen. Sorry to bruins fans for having to deal with that bs

Panthers? Another huge groan but for both personal reasons and the leafs thing. Yea kicked leafs ass in playoffs '23 round 2 but that's like whatever (that was leafs own doing, didn't bring it. or anything really). It's that personally i hate their style of play, it takes the fun out of watching the skill and speed of hockey. I can't abide by the dirty shit, just makes it un-fun for me.

Ok this is where it gets weird. Let's talk about the people

mtkachuk: i love him, i loved him with the flames, i love him still. Amazing kind gracious funny personable. But put him on the ice with the panthers and who? Who dis? No sir i do not know this man. I cannot explain why my brain does this but it's the only way i know how to enjoy Matthew while also having disgust for the panthers playing style. I mean maybe this is how/why we love/hate the teams we do. It hits the right or wrong chords in your own heart. So yea, that's the logic, rational or not.

Paul Maurice: i love this man and if i knew him in real life like maybe my uncle or someone, i would chat with him for hours during a family dinner party like i do with my favourite relatives who i respect so much. His interviews hug me to the core. He fascinates me with his clarity on life. I don't agree with what he has his players do, but i respect tf outta his drive and purpose and how he leads. Once again, a battle bw my heart and head *shrug*

Swayman: honestly i never paid much attention to him. I've never been a goalie crazy person so while i had classified him as one of the elite ones in the league, i wasn't ever taken by him (yes even thru all the cutesy goalie hugs). That said, it was really lovely getting to know him and what a beautiful voice. His dad was endearing as heck, reminded me of one of my colleagues. What a sweet gentle-hearted family, but also so tough mentally to get your kid into the nhl, while holding true to their vulnerable emotional side. Pretty fucking incredible i think. Sway got thru arbitration and used it as a checklist to drive himself further. Amazing. Fuck yea he's got an element of corniness to him but Matthew's corny as heck too in 24/7 florida frat boy party mode so whatever everyone's being their own true selves I'll embrace that.

I laughed very hard at the tkachuk family scenes. Good stuff. But hell no, no ty, i could not survive in that environment lmao. But all of that was great insight into the who what how why's of matthew and brady beyond any interview ever could. Pretty great what they've got going on. god how open those tkachuks can be with one another with sentiments disguised as insults and jokes, and not have feelings hurt.
