I want the mane 6 to get pets in Gen 5 so much. It's gonna happen for toy purposes ok. so these are what I think they should have: Zipp: doggy. They can help with investigation and be cute in general. Pipp: this is a tough one because I feel she could have a 'tank-like' pet that would subvert her character, instead of getting something like a poodle which reinforces the character, so I say any 'weird pets' like Spiders, Lizards, Snakes etc Hitch: ehhh doesn't need one but maybe one of the birds/crabs could become reoccurring as one of his friends Sunny: I think Sunny would have a pet who would help her out like Owlicious. Maybe related to her gardens, like a Badger or a Fox? Izzy: I think she would like a cat who could hang out in her mess of stuff XD I would say a hairless, but I doubt that would happen Misty: Butterfly.

HI he's fine. Vet check showed that he basically only has one eye and the other is underdeveloped/not really an eye. A friend of ours who knows more about the local bluetick guy thinks that would be why a puppy was dumped -- well, she thinks he was dumped in the creek. I'm not so sure; that seems unusually ghoulish even for an old school hound breeder who does cull for stuff like a half blind pup. :/

He is up at my mom's place right now and she is spoiling him and taking really good care of him. We don't know if he's staying yet because puppies are a lot of work and she's not sure she is up for it at this stage of her life but if it gets to be too much we have a couple local friends who may be interested in him so we'll see. Most of the pics she's sent me have been of him sleeping in his crate (she's never crate trained a puppy before so she's really proud of him and herself lol)

She's been calling him Moishe 🤣

OK SO. i think im a little..? dissapointed..? abt sider order?? like im kinda conflicted abt the lore, also i suck BALLS at the game

the thing is i have done 5 runs so far AND COULDNT GET A SINGLE WIN. the most i can do is up to floor 20.... im literally so bad at this game I ONCE DIED 2 TIMES IN AN EASY LEVEL. im newgen guys.

maybe im not fit for rougelike games but like... idk. i feel like me and the fandom as a whole expected so much more from side order. i feel like if the game is gonna make you replay the same stuff over and over again it should atleast have a SOUL CRUSHING LITERARY MASTERPIECE TYPE OF LORE like OE and Alterna

when four is left out from the squidbeak splatoon they try to prove themselves by siding with marina with her project. it makes perfect sense. marina and four are both scared of being seperated by their loved ones. but four gets consumed by their anger and jealousy and goes full order mode LIKE DO YOU GUYS SEE MY VISION!!!! i will be forever mad that we didnt get this.

also why is murch out of all the chracters have a pallete??? why didnt they put in captain 3 or something????? sheldon i kinda understand since hes also kinda a part of the squidbeak splatoon BUT MURCH??? get the fuck out!!!

negative stuff aside tho. i love pearl and marina so much. ABOUT CONNECTIONS OK. it makes me feel warm and happy and even though eight became traumatized i like to think that she healed and in the process met so many important people in her life.

in side order i dont see anything in eight*??? is she traumatized??? is she vibing??? is she happy to help??? I LITERALLY CANT TELL. side order makes me feel so cold and empty like do you guys understand what i mean. and its probably becasue it doesnt even take place in the real world. and the thing is. i understand that side order is supposed to be everything that OE couldnt be. i understand that. both games have their own quirks BUT. i just cant seem to make myself love it unlike any other story mode in splatoon...... im really trying to be not biased here but yeah. these are my opinions for side order

AFTER GAME THOUGHTS

HELLO. so yes i somehow managed to win the game. and honestly. the final boss was pretty fun and everyone was so cute at the end omg... but i still think that side order is a bit underdevloped.... i dont even know if ill try to %100 is cuz playing it makes me SO STRESSFUL im glad i get to finish a run BUT i will definetly not be touching side order atleast for a while.... but despite i had plenty of stuff i didnt like in side order the ending managed to make me forget all that haha

sapnap/unresolved georgenap in rules

someone on retrospring asked me for sapnap's perspective in rules because it's pretty underdevlopped in the fic so here's my answer so i have it saved because it was fun to talk about

ok i. ran out of time for sapnap in rules and i will be the first to admit that. sapnaps arc isnt very as satisfyingly resolved as dreams and thats because the dnf damage was just so intense and so fresh it took priority over longterm hurt but. theres a lot there that he went through thats implied and also in my personal headcanons of unwritten lore that implications stem from that i dont describe well or explore enough in the actual fic (sorry self burn booooooo)

rules is sapnap fell first george fell harder. 100%. its established in chapter 1 that sapnap had a crush on george since they were young and it was implied that george knew about it for most of the time of their friendship because it would be brought up casually/jokingly and while george thought it was lighthearted (and, once they got together, irrelevant) it was pure torture for sapnap.

loving both of your best friends is very difficult, if you could imagine. in my head dreamnap eased into each other better than georgenap did (emotionally) but... thats not really hard to do. dream and him established probably pretty similarly to treacherous in that it didnt take too long for them to realize their feelings for each other, but in rules george is more present so they get together faster because as we all know dreamnap are kind of scared of each other while george is the worlds biggest instigator. dnn complete each other yadda yadda im getting sidetracked

so they establish that they want each other and start this relationship but we're gonna math it out. sapnap isnt getting words of affirmation (outside of e-sex like praise no i love yous) or physical touch from george. he's getting words of affirmation from dream but limited physical touch due to The Rules (wooooooo). another thing thats quick in the fic is that dreamnap kinda lock away from each other because they Want to be together and theyre Not Allowed To so u can imagine the strain that would put on all of their dynamics. theyre so close but limited to compromise with someone who cant even say i love you or touch them like its Hard bro and theres resentment that comes from that piled atop the years of teasing for feelings that sapnap can never even be sure are reciprocated are u kidding????

so not only is there this prodding and underlying making fun of sapnaps feelings at regular interverals and overall memeing on him for YEARS theres george putting him in a painful position in the relationship too. more resentment. the piles getting pretty high, huh? and then they meet. theyre together. and its george but its also someone completely different. suddenly he's being worshipped and touched like gold with the kindest words whispered and he slips into subspace and feels so safe and he loves george so much why does it have to be so hard?

so he settles for when it's not hard.

he consents to cosigning the breaking of dreams heart and lets george sleep with him alone because for just a few minutes or hours he can pretend he means something to george. because he has doubts. maybe id go so far as to say theres times where he really doesnt believe him at all. but he does believe him when he's combing fingers through his hair and letting him taste love on his tongue

i think a lot about dreamnap in oklahoma. how sapnap felt to sleep in the same bed as dream and want to be with him alone the way they were when george was on call but he cant. all the while knowing if george was in his place he could do whatever he wants because hes on another wavelength

more resentment. george always wins, isn't that so unfair?

and when sapnap comes back different. that line is important and holds a lot of weight. thats when he got tired of george being unfair and dragging him through the mud and he wanted to be strong against someone who makes him weak so he tries so hard even though hes being torn in two and he's so tired, can you imagine? so he stops the unsafe scene. more resentment builds. he's done with george. he cant take this anymore. hes ruining everything and so he pulls away from him even more

and then he gets drunk and george crawls under his skin and he fails and can you imagine how much he was beating himself in the head for that? after being so strong and maybe he felt excluded a little because of it but he wasnt being weak and then george fucking makes him weak again and dream catches him and it all blows up because he was weak

and still. even with sapnap and him on the chopping block. george does not say i love you.

sapnap defends him in the fight. and george still doesnt say it.

it takes dream taking him apart and nearly forcing vulnerability. and sure sapnap is told first but was it because of him? do you think he'll always wonder if it was always going to be dream fixing george and never him? do you think he would feel resentful about that as well?

there's a lot of negativity in him. he's been really dragged through it and treated like shit and theres a part of me who has this perspective and sees rules!george apologists and wonders if theyre thinking about any of this. if any of it is even detectable in the tiny one liners i slipped in because i was going too fast

rules is about george at face value, but it's also kind of about dream, and it's definitely about sapnap.

He should have confront MC before making a life changing decision and snobbing Meera. Even tho that what she fucking gets.

Fuse box must be planning like a season two of Ex villa. Because their aint no way will they be able to sell me on a underdevlop love storyline with Finn. Like we dont get no time with this dude cause hes tied to Kat.

Hmm, it’s been almost a week since the finale and I’m still over here processing everything. I guess the BIGGEST question I have and I don’t know if Deborah or Disney/Lucasfilm will ever answer but I don’t think they ever fully explained (explicitly or not) what the hell was really going with the Obi-Wan/Vaderkin connecting. Especially after 10 years and Obi-Wan says Anakin’s name and boom there’s a connection. Like force bond? Maybe but they never had one established. Dyad? Higher probability but just underdevloped or went under the radar. The force perhaps working to bring them together so Obi-Wan can communicate fully with Qui-Gon? Also a high probability but there has to be than just a force connection. Maybe it’s up to the audience to interpret. For me, it’s a weird mix of dyad or some soulmate-y shit cos I see them as a great example of Greek/Shakespeare tragedy.

fascinating how different desert hearts and the original novel desert of the heart actually are like a lot of its subtle differences but its really interesting how they may hit a lot of the same beats but the movie kinda contorts the story to fit with a lot more like standards tried and true beats of like a “gay story” that didnt really exist in the novel while the romance also feels bizarrely underdevloped and fairly generic compared to the novel its like a good film but i think its more all the other parts that make it compelling silver the divorce ranch complicated family stuff and things about realities of working women and so on but idk fascinating how utterly different they are and kinda different priorities..

i can definitely see that ! virgos love to try to help but at the underdevloped phase they can come across as harsh and judgemental even if their intentions are pure. earth signs in general need to understand they cannot control everything and everyone. but for some reason virgo placements learn through experience rather than someone telling them so they can be a little apathetic because they genuinely dont understand the issue but yeah. once virgos grow they are simply the most helpful people in the world.
