Finished playing Warnings at Waverly academy...

It felt very meh. Even Legend of the Crystal Skull was more engrossing. Not that I didn't mind the lack of slider puzzles! You basically were running errands for the students the entire game. The minigames were too long and tedious (not logic oriented like in SAW). I did enjoy the snack shop boss sandwich making thing, tho. As you can tell.

And the characters were based on stereotypes and it was wayyy too easy to guess who was the culprit. Making the Italian the conniving mean girl was too much. And the other ~person of color~ was the villain (she was deemed uncool by the rest of them and desperate for acceptance, which I guess served as the 'subconscious' drive behind her ambitions and pranks). Throughout the whole thing I got the same feel as I get when I read Agatha Christie novels: the devs/writers were definitely injecting their own biases into the game.

Some of these girls has really curious appetites.

I kind of loved the victorian LARPers they had in this, too. and the little bits of trivia in the games is always appreciated.

OK, this is such a hard choice, and it's so hard to narrow down because I have far too many favorites! I'm so so sorry for all of those wonderfully fantastic authors out there, but know you are also on my favorites list!

OK. The list. Right. These are in no particular order, but they will probably be five authors I will always come back to read more from.

Forthright - I have been a very early follower of Forthright. Probably when I was first getting into fanfics in general! Forthright has only grown with her writing and it's fabulous! My top faves from her is a serious tie between Imperceptible and Unspoiled. I have a certain affection for Imperceptible because it was one her first fics with SessKag, whereas Unspoiled was just so well written and well... read them. Read them both! They're worth it, promise!

RosieB - Where do I begin? I've been a long-time follower of RosieB, but I've only recently discovered Beside You in Time, but that was a serious trip! It easily became my top favorite on her entire list. It's a long one, for sure, but so worth the read!

Coruba - She has, I think, only two fanfics listed in her inventory off fanfiction.net, but oh my god, BENT has been a top fave forever. It's so good, I've come back to read it so often and even left two reviews because I just couldn't not say anything!

Deaville - There are only two fics that I can recall from this author. Both are worth the read. They're long but very well-written, and if I'm not mistaken, the second fic is incomplete. However, they're so well-written, that I have found myself actually coming back and re-reading them. Check out Testament Book 1: In the Beginning, if you're curious!

LadyBattousai - If you're into darkfics, I would say this is your author. There's one fic, in particular, that is so jam-packed with a sense of utter horror and will take you through many dark feels. Devour Prometheus has been a fic that has remained in my top favorites for several years, and I will probably forever come back just to re-read it.

Okay I love how in the pilot engaging is a big gesture to save a relationship that TK probably unconsciously senses is becoming distant and then in the season 3 finale he’s engaging without a ring or any fanfare just because he’s so in love and feels so safe in his relationship that he doesn’t want to waste any time. He’s finally learned that the power of love is not in the grand gestures but it’s in the day to day moments like putting your hand through your lover’s hair as he tries to sleep and just being glad to have him there.

It's very quickly become apparent since Purgatory 2 has started that there's next to no time for the players to do any kind of extensive rp, they came in w the lore recaps expecting the bolas vibes and instead they've all been thrown straight into the deep end with a focus on main tasks before they all fight to the death tomorrow.

rewatching ofmd with my sister who's never seen it and when we were at the end of episode 3 i mentioned that it's a romcom and she was like "BETWEEN WHO???"

she thinks it's going to be olu and jim (which isn't entirely untrue) and i'm very excited to watch her work it out over the next few episodes

Hey honkaiblr how about we stick to posting LEAKS. not spoilers LEAKS with aforementioned TAGS of #leaks #spoilers and every iteration under the sun and NOT just using main fandom tags? Some people actually do follow those tags and we might get accidentally spoiled on big reveals from future patches.

If you ARE excited and would like to post leaks PLEASE type in the vague leak title like "patch 7.2 main story leaks/spoilers"

AND THEN PUT THEM UNDER A READ MORE

I just think it's common courtesy you don't splatter leaks like that in front of unconsenting players (if you don't even bother tagging it right, tho personally I feel like it should be under a read more regardless) like come on
