Everything after this should either be something doable or there’s something else missing, but for the most part there’s everything else in order. Regardless, still trying to find something else to fit in the piles of items that could go with things. Trying to find something that would fit in personality towards an item, but also that doesn’t take away some awful amount of space. Still thinking of something, but for the most part should be able to fit something. Regardless of that, there’s still time for something to either pop-up or find itself in the midst of the piles. Haven’t exactly figured out what it would be. Regardless of that, still have the rest of summer to figure some of it all if there’s time, between the whole of finding items and putting together things.
Happy Summer Weekend or at least that’s what it seems it’s gotten to, but in case that doesn’t fit what is happening, then make these last weeks before Summer ends counts. Still not sure what day it is currently, since there’s still so much to do and going on!

fun things about homebrewing a campaign from the ground up with almost exclusively homebrewed monsters and items: remembering that random encounters don't have to be that complicated, going "if they get too cocky, they get five giant bats to the face" and boom. random encounter.
#listen i have done SO MUCH work homebrewing everything they come up against#but i was thinking about how the dungeon i've built doesnt have enough small encounters and i literally woke up in the middle#of the night like ''bitch giant bats and ghouls already have stat blocks make them fight some groups of them''#they like the balance i've established so far of small encounter-rp-large encounter/some days more heavy on one or the other#but the dungeon had fewer small encounters than i liked#so i ended up creating a mid-size encounter but i was like ''idk if that counts as ''small''...#and then i metaphorically stared into the camera and went ''they're underground. fuckin bats you fool''#dnd#dungeons and dragons#i have four pages of homebrewed content so far on dndbeyond and i'm building maps and interactions from scratch#they're gonna have an optional maze they can solve so i got a $15 labyrinth toy so they can do it irl#they have three forced encounters‚ two bonus bosses‚ a puzzle‚ a fun potion to find‚ an easter egg for the story its based on#one of the forced encounters has a good/evil choice they can make - i'm really confident that they'll pick the good choice#but i created the monster and item they'll get if they choose the evil one anyway because violence is an option#there's a chasm to narrowly cross that's just deep enough to be A Problem but not deadly#a final boss that will be an absolute bitch#minor treasures for the smaller stuff and some really really good ones if they kill the bonus bosses#one really phenomenally incredible potion that will be so amazing they won't want to use it#i even made them a physical map to refer to#i am. very proud. of this dungeon.

my strongest take is that if you have more than 5-10 items (range depends on size and ease of scanning) you should not use the self-checkout when there is a perfectly good cashier line already.
If you bring alcohol or other age restricted items to the self checkout I will kill you in the middle of the Walmart and everyone behind me in line will be cheering.
#I am genuinely so tired of having like two small items and then having to wait for#Susan who filled two shopping carts with groceries#and Daniel who’s buying several items and waits to scan the six pack last#it’s always white people#if you have several items you can have the cashier scan while you take them out of the cart and someone else bags! It’s faster!#not to mention the fact cashiers will generally override the age check if you’re obviously over 21#self checkout is an express lane it’s not an ‘I’m too good to talk to the cashier’ lane#if I go to the cashier with my bag of chip snack and water I look like a maniac#use the most efficient lanes it’s the grocery store don’t slow the process

did some minor customization to one of my neutral chao figures so cream could have cheese with her if anyone cares
#sorry the lighting in this picture is not very good its the middle of the night so i cant just use my window for good lighting#anyway. to be honest with how small cream is compared to the average sonic figure despite being the same price as all the others#they should have had her come with cheese as her accessory to make up for it#but then again a chao costs the same amount as mini figures of other characters so they would probably never consider that#also im once again trying to rearrange my sonic shelf. things are looking slightly less chaotic but im still not satisfied#so will probably mess with it some more#my main issue i have is i can never decide How exactly i want to arrange things#like do i wanna arrange them based on what kind of item it is. what character it is. the specific media its based on.#idk . i have so much stuff that i never know how to arrange it all#little guy images

I just think his final ascension slaps SO hard
#;ooc#ooc#;d.ante#i like that it has some reminiscences to how paintings depicted the actual d.ante (fashion wise)#like the pointy shoes; the triangle shape on his chest that is like the one he has on d.omenico's painting#the laurel crown; the long robes; the use of red and black mainly#while still holding onto this fantasy game vibe look; like he just fits into f.go perfectly#the index and middle finger together making a reference to c.hrist (c.hristian iconography) as paintings often depicted this type of pose#a reference to the actual d.ante being c.hristian i assume#the spirals/circle-like patterns inside his robe#usually we tend to see those type of patterns when concepts like despair or madness want to be conveyed#it also fits with the whole layers of h.ell theme#also i might be tripping but the knot he has on his waist might be thisone type of knot made for rock climbing#which is also very fitting as a reference to canto 1; the start of the i.nferno part#bc it starts as he is in these dark woods and he sets out to climb up a small mountain to take a better view#but gets blocked by 3 beasts and so on so forth#i MIGHT be overanalizing it tho but if that was the case that would also be a nice lil detail#i really like when in the designs; there are these subtle elements that are characteristic of the figure in question#even if at first it might look random; which ok- sometimes it is; but also a lot of other times its not; but it gets underseen#its not bad if a design lacks on a 'meaning' behind it; the only difference is that if it has one; it adds a whole bunch more depth#because lets take as an example; a.rtoria/a.rthur's design#its not precisely charged of items/things that are reminiscing of king arthur but its still VERY iconic#it does convey a feeling that the character is either a king or a knight; so it works on that department#even if its lacking a bit on historical nudges and the such#it works in a different department; and thats good too because its afterall; a g.acha game and not a game that seeks historical accuracy#or like a.rash; but i feel like his design is meant more to convey an idea than a stylized cultural representation and/or show elements-#of his story; same as a.rtoria's/a.rthur's case#ANYWAYS WHATEVER#what the heck do i even know#dare i even add;; theres one pattern on his robe with 3 triangles;; the number 3 is also very iconic in the poem; 33 cantos 3 parts

One thing I find irritating about modern society where I'm from
Is that the people who allegedly have "empathy", are evil.
Bold claim but hear me out on my reasoning
The empathy people will throw words at others like "ableist" "racist" "sexist" like a death sentence and then bristle if you ask them how or wtf that means.
"If you say Adhd is not a disability, you're abelist."
"Wait what? How?"
"Educate yourself"/"I don't owe you my emotional labor"
What????? Where's your empathy?
Allegedly its in the "you're ableist" statement but I dont really see it.
Performative empathy. These annoying people want any excuse to bludgeon people with their righteous hammer.
If they cared about the people they fought for, they would disseminate proper information they they wish people already knew.
Think about it. What does using harsh words against any questions do? It silences the conversation. Now nobody wants to ask or learn because they're afraid. They're not gaining knowledge to connect with others. They're learning to camouflage so you don't see them.
Thank you for starting the Squid Game. Great. I'm not sure about this because I don't feel feelings, but I'm pretty sure "empathy" isn't meant to be a guillotine. Empathy isn't a weapon. So how dare these people claim to have "empathy"?
Do you really think that just because it's a feeling, we can't verify if you truly are empathetic or not? It shows in your actions.

I beat dmc3, and im ngl, i vastly overestimated the final two bosses before getting to them. I was terrified of vergil the whole game and prepped and everything, and I beat him relatively quickly. I was fully prepared for another phase, and I was actually kinda confused when he did lose.

okay i genuinely believe id stay alive for at least a week on a zombie apocalypse. also depends on who im with or the virus variations, but a week is definitely guaranteed
#thing is if im with my dad then im in for a long run#if im with my mom id have to look after her the most#i will not be paired up with my brother because he'd kill the both of us 💀#if im alone its going to be tough but ill have more supplies#if the virus has any mutation like tlou im sure itll spread faster which is an issue#but if it's like average zombie through bite id only have to work out a little and im safe#the issue is knowing how to kill them though 😭😭#do i have the strength to pass a knife through someones skull???#sorry i really like zombie apocalypses ⛷️⛷️#didnt add why i think id survive but basically#im very stealthy and overall quiet#i can move through places very quickly without making any noise#i have an above average reaction time i think??#i work well under pressure and adrenaline#and im incredibly EXTREMELY good at keeping rations and gathering stuff. literally treat everything like its the rarest prize ever#i will not die of hunger and i will find useful items everywhere#the only issue is my body strength 😭#but i am athletic (if u consider i dont do any exercising) and have good long-term stamina#i also can function with small amounts of food and sleep if i get used to it#i just need to get stronger 💔
