my favorite things. ever. are simple phrases that, under the tremendous context one is already acquainted with, pack a punch. a moral or lesson learned, a metaphor to apply to everything you’ve gathered, or even something familiar. it brings a sense of finality. and it hits especially hard with either the power or peaceful nature it is delivered. it’s amazing to me how a simple construction of words can give one goosebumps. frisson.

such examples (imo) include “this place is not a place of honor” from the Transuranic (radioactive) Waste Isolation Pilot Plant message, “no day shall erase you from the memory of time” by Virgil for the 9/11 museum, “cogito ergo sum” by AM from IHNMAIMS, “maybe a fox” from Maybe a Fox by Kathi Appelt and Alison McGhee, “i placed my fate into the hands of random gods, and now i must endure it to the end” and “i struggle to accept being a bug” from Rainworld, and many many more.

I didn’t know Will You Snail? by Jonas Tyroller had a message like this, even after my 8+ playthroughs. i replayed it again today after 3 years since my initial hyperfixation in 2022 and can only describe what i feel as shock and awe. this phrase, when applied to everything you learn about the game, translates perfectly.

They use walkie talkies the communicate *FIFI RUNNING THRU THE HALLS OF HER SCHOOL* Hey- I'm Fiona or fifi- whatever u wanna call me. For the past few months I've been having this recurring dream, or simalar to that.. Cut to fifi panting, crying and bleeding a lot from the side of she stomach, running in a hellish realm from a multiple runners going to some massive treehouse and she climbs a ladder and axel rolls up the ladder, and fifi pressing a button and collapse shaking

Cut back to Fifi, running into her class "your late miss Weech." Fifi looks up "sorry Mr mordini" she mumbles

Fifi was looking thru her dad's stuff and saw some "fun" looking horror game that was shoved way way way in the back1-2 (axel and fifi) people are playing a game, then the game glitches and the game like sucks them in.they were playing some horror game where you had necklaces/ bracelets/earrings rings that they found then they had some type of power (but didn't know||powers:, water,fire,air,earth,flying, manipulate gravity,super speed, instant healing, able to shield Able to manipulate blood, shrink/grow is size, teleport abe to see into the future by a.little bit, lightning yk?) and so they kinda just walked around for a bit and then saw something glowing..it was a crimson shade of red..like blood.. axel grabbed it and looked at it then hesitantly but it on, then continued walking it was really dare,, they came across this neighborhood/ghost town and a whole bunch of houses were like decaying and they walked in, hoping to find stuff,they ended up finding some water, a backpack and a couple flashlights +batteries.. and a ring that had a dark green gem..then l of a sudden they hear EXTREMELY loud screeching and they remember it from the game they the began to run out the house but screeching got louder and louder to they ran the opposite way, but there was no way out so they had to kill the creature (it's a black creature that's completely black and has like a really open mouth andna head that's tilted back, a massive eye on their chest and in the same pllace on their back, really tall massive claws, they r called runners/screechers, then there are other ones that can fly at really high speeds r called flyers) they didn't know how so they just ran and ran, until axel fel...Fifi pulled axel and help him up..but it was too late and the monster lunged at them then the crouchd and covered themselves, then hears some running and then a loud screach,. They looks up and say a trio, one has black, really curly hair, one has a bit with bleached hair and one with browns hair and some hair dye, the one with h dyed hair has black goop on her hand she shirt, then the one with curly blkack hair ran to them

Finally, I have finished another piece of this AU. This literally took me 5 MONTHS to finish, I thought I was gonna finish this one before 2023 but I was just so busy with school so I finished it just now. I’m now working on the scenes of the second game, Twisted Minds. You also might have noticed that I have drawn the background (which explains why this artwork took so long to make because I had to sketch, color, and render it). From now on, I will be drawing the backgrounds rather that taking pictures from the internet (just to put more effort into my works). The background that I made is free to use to feel free to use it on your works if you want. Also I’ve used Ibispaint for this one so you’ll notice that my art style is different than in Procreate, I’m proud of the hair shading tbh.

Alright so first I took a few screenshots of the messages ingame to use as reference.

Then on Photoshop, I made a blank canvas to the size of a mobile phone and filled the background with grey. #d6d8d8 is the exact shade I used but you can just use the eyedropper tool on the reference pic of the ingame messages

Then basically I recreated everything from scratch like adding the profile pics and the chat bubbles, then arranged the layers so that it'll be quick and easy for me to edit the messages and characters to what I wanted.

That's basically it!

I prefer using Photoshop since it's got a nice shape layer tool that lets me easily change the chat bubble shapes to fit the message length.

I'm sure you could probably use free programs like Ibispaint but I haven't tried them yet ;w;

My Art

Im ganna go over some things with my art!

First off, the digital art program i use is IbisPaint X on my phone! i use pretty much only custom brushes created by myself! (im not too comfortable sharing my custom brushes with others. maybe if you are a close friend!)

With Traditional art, i mostly use studio series markers and caliart markers! caliart markers are some of the best alcohol markers I've ever used and i highly recommend getting some for yourself!

Most of my digital artwork takes usually under an hour and a half to complete, sometimes it goes over 2 hours. but most of the time its an hour or less.

Traditional art,,, im not sure. i don't usually time myself or pay attention to the time when drawing!

Im a pretty much self taught artist? i consider myself one at least!

Here are some rules about using my art and etc!

I don't do commissions! i might if ur a close friend, but i often lose the motivation to complete art when i do commissions, and i also have no way to currently collect money for commissions either. very sorry!

Uuuugh, I've had next to no time due to working double shifts to work significantly on writing portions of these prompts. Frankly I'm surprised I was able to finish coloring this art at all to a point that I was satisfied with the finished work.

Anyway, this is of course my response to day two of Pokeshipping Week. I think I was still riding the high of day one because I half stole that concept in my headcanon of this scene and added it in here.

In this case, they’re traveling Johto with Brock but this might be the more “grown up” version of Ash and Misty’s nighttime conversation from Sick Daze (so when I say I hijacked day one’s concept, I mean in the sense that they’re reliving an experience from the canon only the details fit the prompt).

I was going to write a fic but, like I said, I’ve had hardly any time and somehow less focus. I may come back to this someday but the general premise of this work was the following...

Ash and Misty have spent all day subbing in for Brock’s role in their group while the latter recovers from his fever. Things had already been somewhat progressing but the mood is just right tonight. They’re chatting about good times and their goals and etc and Ash had leant Misty his jacket since she was chilly before the fire really got going so it’s around her waist now that they’re somewhat warmed up.

And Misty just takes it all in, the perfectly clear sky, the emotional atmosphere, the solitude from any distractions, the recent comradery bordering on romantic vibes shared with Ash lately... and she confesses without really thinking about it. And rather than make a big stink or act confused like a 12 year old version of himself might, older-teen Ash understands what she’s saying and peaceably returns her feelings in a somewhat obtuse way (very him, she lets it slide).

It’s a little unromantic, a little unadventurous or lacking in drama, but it works for an older version of them.

PS: This art also presented me with an opportunity to work on “lighting” changes in the dark. It’s not a perfect science for me but yeah, I think the look of nightfall and flickering of the campfire showed through well enough.

PPS: For once, I drew the entire background rather than relying on stock imagery from the program I use (ibispaint X). The only thing I couldn’t draw was the fire itself. Whoops!

1. Where do you get the original images from?

I usually get the photos directly from Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, most of which are the artists' own accounts.

2. Do you use any kind of psd?

In this account I prefer to use the image as it really is, but when necessary I just adjust the lighting or contrast settings for better quality.

3. Where do you edit?

When there is some kind of messy edit, I use IbisPaint X. For the other configurations, Twitter and Polarr.

4. Don't you do boy groups editing?

This account is dedicated only to girl groups. In the future I will create an account for bgs.

5. And the requests?

You can make your request for the idol you prefer on any day of the week with the exception of Mondays and Wednesdays. I will answer on other days.

1. Onde você pega as imagens originais?

Eu costumo pegar as fotos diretamente do Twitter, Instagram e Pinterest, a maioria é das contas dos próprios artistas.

2. Você usa algum tipo de psd?

Nessa conta eu tenho a preferência de usar as imagens como elas realmente são, mas quando necessário, eu apenas ajusto a iluminação e contraste da foto para melhor qualidade.

3. Onde você edita?

Quando se trata de algum tipo de messy edit, eu uso o IbisPaint X. Para outras configurações, Twitter e Polarr. 

4. Você não faz edits de boy groups?

Essa conta é dedicada apenas para girl groups. No futuro irei criar uma conta para fazer posts de bgs, aguardem.

5. E quanto aos requests?

Você pode fazer o request com o idol de sua preferência em qualquer dia da semana com exceção de segundas e quartas. Eu irei atender nos outros dias.
