I found out that Ibis Paint has a new animation feature and I decided to check it out! And I've gotta say that this is much more comfortable than flip-a-clip.
Not to say that flip-a-clip is bad, I saw some amazing stuff from people using just flip-a-clip. It's just more comfortable with me giving more details with all the options of ibis paint, and allows me to clip layers together to make coloring a bit easier.
i recently got clip studio EX so i can do animations more freely. i made this while figuring out some of the buttons. im going to practice more with it, and hopefully i can start making animatics and other things soon!
I think this is the first ever animation I've done that is 100% frame-by-frame, with no frames that are just a slightly edited version of the other and are instead fully hand drawn. It's also my first animation with this brush, and I gotta say it looks nice! :D
