How do you draw clothing I'm bad at investing new clothes

Do you mean how I make character designs? Well! First off think of your character. Their design has to tell who they are. Show their story and personality through it!

I have a Pinterest board where I save every interesting outfit I find. When I'm creating a new character I go there and try to mix a few elements together till I get something I like, and that suits my character.

For example, look here where I found the inspiration for UW!Undyne:

I tried to convey how she likes to be comfortable but also likes to dress well. The colors show that she has a somewhat serious personality, as they are desaturated. I also let her show her eye patch and leg prosthesis, because they're a big part of her story. Also the Delta Rune, to symbol she works for the king.

Talking about colors-- uhh I suck at choosing colors, so I grab some pre-made palettes on internet and mix them till I like the combination.

I'm not a professional, as I always ignore most of the basic rules of character design (like silhouette, shapes etc). I just draw what I like lol. Hope this helps!

Who has a real ship in your Au?

Now that I think about it Underwizard ships are pretty messy.

Papyrus x Muffet (Papyruffet) = Papyrus doesn't know that Muffet likes him.

Gaster x Grillby (Grillster) = Grillby trashed him to stay with a fire woman, then Gaster became omnipresent/"died" lonely.

I'm still unsure if to ship Alphys x Undyne (Alphyne) or Alphys x Sans (Salphys)

And well Dogamy x Dogaressa, RG1 x RG2 etc.

Anyway my ship preferences change from AU to AU, and I like these particularly in mine. So if you ship different ships from these in my AU do it freely, I'll be curious to hear your idea (^///^)

Do papy have a job?

He cook at home or to Undyne's house.

He works as a Royal Guard, rank orange (pretty low rank, Undyne fears to give him an higher rank. He's been at this rank for almost 8 years by now poor guy. Undyne instead has the black rank, the most high one)

Edit: I changed, no more 8 years.

The ranks have the same colors of the Kung Fu belt :D (ranks don't have a particular meaning like belts, their purpose is to check which Guard can do what kind of assignment)

Edit 2: All I said in this ask is no more canon.
