I mean they’re both pretty old, but Thor is canonically younger than Valkyrie so I’m gonna say him. it’s probably tied into “what am I gonna look like when I’m an old king” (while that was still applicable to his situation) instead of “am I gonna have wrinkles???” tho

who hogs the blanket?

they both do it and it got so bad they have to sleep under separate blankets, or specially made blankets that are so big it’s like two put together, meaning they each get one while still being under the same blanket together

who eats the others uneaten pizza crusts?

Thor. Valkyrie doesn’t understand why humans like pizza at first, but then she has some and likes it, but only wants the “good parts” so Thor eats the crusts (’cause he likes them for some reason lmao)

who is more likely to cry over a sad book or movie?

Thor. he’s a lot more emotional than Valkyrie is, so yeah when a dog dies in the movie they’re watching, he’s the one with tears in his eyes while Valkyrie’s like pretending she’s not upset by the emotions onscreen too (tho she doesn’t cry, because it’s just a dog)

who talks smack while playing video games?

Valkyrie. she gets in the zone and it just slips out. also, if she’s playing a game with strangers, those strangers are usually boys saying she can’t play because she’s a woman, so she dunks on ‘em while categorically mocking every single one of their fuck ups

who sings along with the radio?

Valkyrie. it takes a while to get used to Earth music but once she does, she sings her favorite songs and sometimes, especially if she’s in the shower, accompanies them with like hand movements/acting. she really really gets into it

who would enter them both into a talent show?

probably Thor just bc that seems like something he’d be interested in doing?? Val would either opt out or win the whole competition, no in between

who would accidentally set the kitchen on fire while cooking?

Thor. he was the prince of Asgard, he doesn’t know how to cook for himself, and also when he’s hungry and doesn’t want to wait for the oven, he will use lightning and he will scorch the ceiling and counters

who would throw the other into a pool?

Val would throw Thor and jump in right after. Thor likes when she shows how strong she is, and she likes touching his bare chest and then seeing it dripping wet, so it’s a win-win situation

who shops for groceries?

they probably have servants for this lmfao, I just don’t see either of them doing it really

who kills the spiders?

generally neither, but sometimes Val will be too tired to release it outside and she’ll put a cup over it and forget about it

who is the morning/night person?

I get the feeling they’re both disgusting morning people who get up early to work out or run laps or something, and though they can stay up late just fine, their internal clocks wake them up with the sun and then they’re both tired all day long

if it’s Thor, he’s a big bumbling idiot about it like stumbling over his words and blushing like “I know that you do not care for Asgardian royalty...that is, you do not care for past royals, I would hope you care for me...no, I mean I KNOW you care for me, you’ve said so, but....” “get to the point babe” “I’m very poorly attempting to ask you if you would like to be the queen of Asgard...that is, if you would like to marry me....” “I would love that”

if it’s Val, I imagine that it’s after a battle or a long day/week or sex, they’re tired and in bed, and they’re just laying together and she feels so at peace, and suddenly it feels like the Right Time to do something about the question that’s been rolling around in her head for a while now, so she takes his hand in hers and whispers “Thor?” “yes?” “I love you” “I love you too” “I wanna spend the rest of my days with you” and she’s feeling awkward about it, but it’s the right choice and she’s happy she’s doing it, esp when he says “I do as well”

I haven’t posted a WIP in a little while, so here’s my latest Valkyrie progress! I’ve still got another undersuit layer to go, then will have to dull down the silver a tad 😂 It’s actually SUPER dusty as it’s sat untouched for SO long (the dust is one with the paint now 😅), but I’m keen to get her finished super soon! Arkham Knight Harley is almost done, as is remake Tifa. I’m waiting for a wig to come back in stock for Clary and waiting on a wig for Wanda. I’ve got so many things to shoot, it’s insane haha. So hopefully new content soon, more tutorial books and YT vids, and hopefully some dancing again! I’ve not been feeling much or vibing anything lately, and feeling super empty which is way out of character for me. age you get mistaken for? if im @ college or smth, 17 - 20 tho ive got no damn clue how i could ever pass for 20. anywhere else, ppl most often mistake me for being 12ish. (but on one memorable occasion, a little girl did tell me she thought i was 7 so… there’s a wide range to say the least)

Where were you in life when you first started watching AOS?

I was 22 and had just graduated college! I moved back home after finishing school, and I was working retail part time. My sister recommended the show to me. I’m actually not really into the mcu at all (lmao) so I kind of blew it off like “oh yeah maybe I’ll watch it” and then she just put it on and made me start it then and there. It was incredible to fall in love with this show when I was at such a weird point in my life, and it gave me something to focus on when things were pretty very much in flux.

Where are you now?

I’m 27 now and my life is compleeetely different. I’m not living at home anymore (thank god) and I’m working full time as a higher education admin. I’m also less involved in fandom in general, which is sad but also good! aos led to me becoming a gif maker, which I literally learned how to do because when I first joined the fandom I went into the edit tags and there was a TRAGIC lack of Daisy content, so I gave it the old “if you want something done you have to do it yourself” treatment and learned how to make edits! It makes me so happy to see other people hosting daisy appreciation weeks and running daisy focused blogs now, but it’s also strange to not be involved in those things any more.

What character development arc (or storyline in general) did you love the most?

You all know the answer to this.......................... it’s Daisy. Daisy’s character development is wonderful from start to finish, and we get to see her mature and grow into herself and become a leader and a hero. If we’re talking specific storyline, what’s more beautiful than watching Daisy go from fearing herself and her powers to accepting the beauty in what she can do? Being different can mean making a difference!! From day one she’s someone who is caring, empathetic, and wanting to help, but seeing her focus those wants to repeatedly save those around her is wonderful.  And of course we can’t ignore the family aspect of her arc! Her goal at the start of the show is to find where she came from and who she belongs to, and in the end it’s her team who fills that spot for her 😭 who among us can resist that sweet sweet found family?

What will you miss the most?

First and foremost, I’ll miss Daisy Johnson. I’ll miss the lessons she taught me, the strength she showed, the power she had in being kind and caring. As a character, Daisy means so much to me, in a way no other character ever has. And of course I’ll miss everything about the cast! Obviously they’re not going anywhere, but the love they had for the show and the fans and the way they shared everything they could with us was just so special. Being in the aos fandom definitely came with some drama (as all fandoms do) but being a part of a community that got so excited together over things like jokes from the cast was really really incredible.
