(everett-the-kind) “I heard you were under a goose attack. Luckily, I came prepared.” Everett grins while holding up a large bucket of water balloons.
".... what geese? I don't see any geese." Drew mumbles, looking a little annoyed. Its probably only cuz he thinks that the waterballoons might hit him.

— the original(s) !
group photo w/ the squad!! still need to design the papyri, but! here's the sanses in their casual fits.
lil blueverse lore note: they're able to hang out with each other more since their respective world stories have "finished" with either neutral or pacifist endings. oh, and the swaps still enjoy puns, so pun-offs are more than welcomed ;] (cue papyri groans)
so yes, they're all besties/family bc i said so. and bc its My verse (ignore the fact that razz/sf's scar is on the wrong side, its an old sketch lol)

How would Fell! Papyrus react to finding out Red is the King's judge?
P i s s e d
I mean on the outside at least. Very betrayed on the inside, I think.
I kinda run by this idea that Fell Paps’ love language is yelling and violence. He wants his brother to survive, but views him as weak, and scolding him/threatening him is his way of making sure Sans doesn’t get himself killed.
He’s an asshole, and it’s inexcusable abuse for sure, but it’s also Underfell and that’s unfortunately seen as normal there. However, if there’s one thing Paps doesn’t do, it’s lie to his brother. He tells Sans everything to keep him up to date on the happenings Underground, from “hey I killed X monster(s) today,” to “so-and-so is no longer living with what’s-his-face.” Even just telling him about what Undyne taught him in a lesson was important to him. When strength isn’t an option, knowledge is. As long as Sans knows who is where, and who he still needs to worry about, he’ll be fine.
So to find out his brother has had a secret so big? And it’s a job that requires you to know everything about everyone anyway?? AND that he’s probably one of, if not the most powerful monster in the Underground??? Yeah, that makes Papyrus question a few things.

Soulie Fusions?? Soulie Fusions <3 I'm legally obligated to request Fitz n Dainin to start out I think
finn (he/him)!!
stable. oh so very stable and happy like this, with the only gripe being Can't Kiss Boyfriend. dainin lets fitz take the reins when it comes to the talking and....... existing good. he doesn't need to see to kick ass btw, which is his specialty. when you combine a ballet dancer full of untapped rage and a boxer... also full of untapped rage AND impulsivity? you get a powerhouse, babeyyyyyy! ...remind me not to get on his bad side.

Finally something not inkmare related...! this is how I picture dreamtale's trees in my verse. As expected, it's very much not canon compliant! Hope I make sense...!
Okay, so we know that in Dreamtale (DT for short, or I'll go coo coo), there exists 3 trees that basically support all life: the tree of emotions, the tree of magic and the tree of life and death.
In my verse, the attribute of the third tree gets changed so it fits with Reaper existing and vibing: the tree isn't of literally life and death, but rather of memories.
So the trees' attributes resemble the inner composition of a monster's soul: Love (Emotions), Magic, and Compassion (Memories translate into knowledge, the capacity of acknowledging a person's suffering)
But also thanks to that I can explain the existence of Outcodes in my verse...! kinda!
I always felt like the existence of something "inside" the story shouldn't affect something "outside" of it (the only exception being Error, of course, since that's his role), so the idea that the trees ruled over all the AUs' script seemed a bit off to me? So I decided to make it make sense in my head by changing it so the AUs themselves aren't dependent on the trees to have their script played out, but rather the (out)scripts events being dependent on the trees existing.
For example, in a multiverse without the trees, Underfell would play out normally. All feelings, memories, and magic there were coded to happen, so they do happen. However, once the script is done and written, they can't experience anything of that: they can't go outscript because the actions aren't coded; it's like trying to make someone go 5th dimensional. It's just impossible to make it happen (I imagine their character assets/the bodies just stay still until the script plays out again. Kinda like ____tale)
However, if the trees do exist, then the script isn't determinant on whether the characters can act or not. Of course, they'll follow the script most of the time if there's no third person interference, but they will be able to react in case the script isn't followed, because the trees are basically giving the characters... free will? In a way?
This, of course, means that if they ever go offscript they'd be affected by the trees' state. For a second, after Nightmare became corrupted, any action offscript would have been made based on a negative emotion, because they quite literally can't react in other ways since it's not coded.
Andddd going back to the trees themselves...! I imagine there's a super obscure inheritance thing for them (this will help me explain my verse Nightmare's final goal).
Mortals cannot withstand more than one apple since they... uh. Get super overwhelmed by energy and explode. Nightmare doesn't explode, but rather melts because the negativity is just too much for his monster body to handle.
Of course, it can be explained by him being Nim-made, but I can push it a bit further and explain it as him unintentionally kick-starting a process to make him the new Guardian of Emotions (since neither him nor Dream were created to be that, but rather just temporary replacements), which started the moment he ate more than one apple.
As such, his final goal isn't just to steal Dream's apple/kill him just to make everyone feel miserable, but is rather more linked to his desire to ascend into a balanced being that isn't just made from negative emotions, but that controls positive ones, too (a God, if one thinks of Nim as such).
(Whoever has the 1000 apples becomes the new Tree of Emotions, since Nim died).
