i loveee the sonic symphony sonic unleashed medley but i really wish they had worked in the werehog battle theme somehow its such an iconic song . well its iconic for people who have actually played the game anyway . i think it would have been really fitting if during one of the other songs they just out of nowhere switched to the werehog music as if the song was being interrupted

Concert in VRchat tomorrow night, March 30th at 10:30 Eastern.
Live music performance without having to leave your home.
VRchat is a game that can be played with or without a VR headset, they even have an android app though I don't recommend it.
In game the group is Midnight Munchies which you can search for and join the instance off of, or search for the midnight munchies theater world and join the midnight munchies group instance.
They also have a twitch which is midnightmunchiesmanifesto. So you can watch without being in VRchat.
Links in a reblog because I know Tumblr is weird about links.

physical media is getting kicked out the door and i hate it so much. it is so easy for online providers to take away the things you buy whether thats movies or music, it can be taken away. even if you pay for them, they can be taken. i miss getting physical tickets from the movies since half the time you get a receipt slip. i miss going to the store to rent dvd’s for the week and i miss the excitement of waiting for a movie to come out in theaters or dvd.
i want cd’s and dvd’s to not cost $20+ when it would’ve been $10 a decade ago. i would love to go to a concert, have a physical ticket, and not have to sell one of my organs to get that ticket. i’m only 23 so this was mostly my childhood, but i miss that i missed it. i have nostalgia for a time i was never in and it almost hurts how much i miss it.
i know it’s more convenient now but i miss the excitement of waiting and getting a solid copy of something and experiencing something for the first time.

Virtual Concerts: Exploring the Dynamic Landscape of Pop Culture's Musical Evolution
Welcome, fellow music enthusiasts, as we embark on a fascinating journey into the world of virtual concerts, where technology and music collide to create new connections and experiences. Virtual concerts have emerged as a powerful force in reshaping how we engage with live performances, but like any trend, they come with their share of pros and cons. Let's take an unbiased look at the impact of virtual concerts on pop culture's music scene.
Virtual Concerts: Uniting Music Lovers Worldwide 🌍
One of the undeniable strengths of virtual concerts is their ability to transcend geographical boundaries, allowing fans from around the world to come together for shared musical experiences. This global reach fosters inclusivity and provides access to performances that might have been limited to specific regions in the past. It's like an international music festival in the comfort of our own homes.
Tech Challenges: Navigating the Digital Frontier 🤖
While virtual concerts offer convenience and accessibility, they also rely heavily on technology, which can occasionally lead to technical glitches. Lagging audio, video disruptions, or internet connectivity issues may disrupt the overall experience for both artists and fans. However, advancements in technology are continually improving these aspects, enhancing the virtual concert experience.
Personalization and Interaction: Bridging the Artist-Fan Gap 🎤
Virtual concerts bring artists and fans closer together through real-time interactions. Q&A sessions, virtual meet-and-greets, and personalized shout-outs create a more intimate connection between performers and their audience. This level of engagement offers a unique opportunity for fans to interact with their favorite artists on a more personal level, fostering a sense of camaraderie.
Yearning for Live Atmosphere: Missing the Tangible Thrill 🕺💃
While virtual concerts provide convenience and safety, some music enthusiasts miss the tangible excitement of live events. The shared energy of a live crowd, the palpable atmosphere of a venue, and the spontaneity of a live performance can be difficult to replicate in a virtual setting. For many, nothing can replace the magic of experiencing music in the physical presence of fellow fans and artists.
Pricing Considerations: Balancing Access and Value 💸
Virtual concerts often offer cost-effective alternatives to traditional live events, eliminating expenses like travel and accommodation. However, ticket pricing models can vary, raising questions about the perceived value and authenticity of the virtual concert experience. Striking a balance between accessibility and equitable pricing remains a challenge in the evolving landscape of virtual concerts.
Virtual vs. Reality: Embracing Diverse Experiences 🎭
The choice between virtual and live concerts is a matter of personal preference. While some revel in the convenience and global reach of virtual performances, others treasure the authenticity and spontaneity of live events. Both options offer distinct experiences, allowing music enthusiasts to explore diverse avenues for connecting with their favorite artists and the global music community.
Embracing the Musical Evolution 🎶
In conclusion, virtual concerts represent a significant evolution in pop culture's music scene. They present a unique opportunity for artists to engage with fans on a global scale and for fans to experience performances from the comfort of their homes. However, the experience isn't without its challenges, and it coexists alongside the timeless allure of live events.
As the music industry continues to evolve, virtual concerts will likely play an essential role in the future of live performances. (even with the undeniable issues that it has) Embracing both virtual and live experiences allows us to celebrate the rich diversity of musical connections and honor the shared passion that unites music lovers worldwide. So, let's harmonize the digital and the physical, embracing the ever-changing landscape of pop culture's musical evolution 🎤🌟🎹
