Extra interesting case of vitiligo from the_vitiligo_kitty

I think this can be a rare insight into how melanocytes work - maybe whatever happened to induce the loss of pigmentation, it happened during an early cell division, and affects only the progeny cells of one early pre-melanocyte. The vertical line on the middle of the face could be where the clones of two cells met, just like in splitted faced torties.

Some design notes!

Even when standing, he sports a hunch.

His vitiligo is roughly inspired by Sally of “the_vitiligo_kitty” on Instagram!

Eyes are more dull in hue.

Purple-blue overtones.

Overall just very visibly ragged and run-down.

Scarring includes: Heavily ripped ears, nose bridge scar, several tears in fur (face, neck, shoulder), and a patchy-furred tail.
