Welcome to 1926 – Veronica Mars !! I hope you feel right at home here in Sydney. Before you get too comfortable and see what all our city has to offer, be sure to review our CHECKLIST. We’re so glad to have you with us, CC !!
** Kitty Wilde (Glee) is reserved for 48 hours !!
Tumblr media
Look who just woke up- is that ELIZABETH LAIL? No, I must have been mistaken, that’s VERONICA MARS from VERONICA MARS. I heard they are THIRTY-TWO and stuck here just like everyone else. Even in the 20’s, she still gives off a A CAMERA; A MOBILE PHONE AND A PAIR OF BINOCULARS; WANTING TO SOLVE THE MURDER OF HER BEST FRIEND; ALWAYS BEING A PAIN IN THE ASS BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO FIND OUT THE TRUTH ABOUT THINGS; NOT ABLE TO FORGIVE HER MOTHER FOR LEAVING THE FAMILY AND TAKING HER MONEY; TRYING NOT TO SHOW IT IN PUBLIC WHEN SOMEONE MANAGED TO HURT HER impression. In Sydney, they work as a JOURNALIST.They’re known to be quite RESOURCEFUL & INDEPENDANT but have a tendency to be FIERCE & VULNERABLE on their bad days. ((cc here! May I also please reserve Kitty Wilde from Glee?))

LIAM 🔁 AMES 💦😰🤙🏽
LIAM: 6:25pm: -picks up the phone after the second ring- "Hey, what’s up?" AMELIA: "Liam…" -a pause, before the phone cuts off- LIAM: "Ames?" -pulls the phone away to see that the call has been disconnected. confusion sits in his brows, before going to his contacts and hitting the call button under her name. It rings three times before it’s sent to voicemail. "What the fuck." Dials her again, and it goes to voicemail again. The confusion he felt began to turn into frustration. Dials again, with no answer.- LIAM VOICEMAIL: "Could you call me back? I’d like to know that you’re okay." LIAM: -dials again at 6:39pm, this time it goes straight to voicemail.- LIAM VOICEMAIL: "What the fuck, Amelia?!" LIAM: 6:43pm -dials and straight to voicemail- LIAM: 6:50pm -straight to voicemail mail- LIAM VOICEMAIL: "Okay, you’re starting to scare me. I really need to know that you’re alive." LIAM: -he looked down at his phone, his heart picking up, as the anxiety set in with all the different scenarios. Did something happen? Was she hurt? In danger?… did she decide to leave? Would she do that? The thought caused nausea, and frustration mixed with anger filled him.- LIAM: 7:02pm -dials for the 7th time, and as expected with overwhelming disappointment, it went straight to voicemail- LIAM: "You’re going to really have me be one of those fucking boyfriends that forces you to have your location on, aren’t you? Shit, might even tracker your ass. -pauses, and heavily sighs- I don’t know what’s going on, I really hope you’re okay. I’m giving you til 8 to call me back, Amelia. Or I will be hunting your ass down." LIAM: -at 720pm, because let’s be real he wasn’t going to wait, he’d hit the places he’d suspect she’d be within town. Only to come up empty.- LIAM: 8:15pm -calls again, and no answer. Instead of a voicemail, he ends the call, and goes to her texts- LIAM IMESSAGE: "Goddamn it, Amelia. WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU?!?" LIAM: -in a fit of frustration, he’d find himself whipping his phone at his dashboard, before leaning back in his seat. Both hands white knuckling the steering wheel.- (@robertsameliax)

open to: f, nb setting: your muse is henry’s childhood best friend, and showed up on his doorstep in tears. oh also he’s been in love w/ them since they were 14 :’)
Tumblr media
HENRY’S BLOOD WAS boiling with rage as he ushered his best friend into his apartment. he tried as best he could to contain himself in front of them. they didn’t need to see this side of him, not in their vulnerable state. “what happened? are you okay?” he closed the door behind them before leading them to his ratty couch. it had certainly seen better days. with all of his time training for fights, he was barely ever here. the other had been lucky - he’d been meaning to head to the gym for some final prep before his upcoming fight. the question he really needed to ask them was WHO? who did he need to fuck up to make them feel better? it wasn’t very logical, but nothing he did ever was.

I have a series of posts about the hatake clan and this one plot bunny that just “somehow several hatake and uchiha are brought back to life and now konoha has to deal with the hatake after not having many for a good long while.”
And basically what that entails is just a lot of “what the fuck is wrong with these people” from both sides. Anyways have a series of semi-connected ideas.
Basically, I’m going with the fun ideas that certain mental illnesses and conditions are put under a wide umbrella of one word, and that certain clans are more prone to them than others.
For example, depression and bipolar disorder are called The Shade, a cover of darkness that comes as goes, difficult to live with without the support of a guiding light. The Nara are very well known for having the Shade.
PTSD is known as Vivid Memoriam Shock, that one is self explanatory. The Uchiha have VMS in surplus.
OCD is known as Ritual Paranoia Syndrome. The Aburame and Hyuuga are well known for their different ways of dealing with RPS; the Aburame embrace it, while also medicating for it, while the Hyuuga use a lot of exposure ‘therapy’ and teach Iron Will, and to Not Give In.
ADHD and Autism are both put under the label of the Wild. The Hatake, Inuzuka, Uzumaki, and Yamanaka clans are practically made entirely of Wild folk.
The Hatake have a culture that favours the Wild. People get up and go to sleep whenever, you don’t have to wear something if it feels gross (which includes shirts, pants, skirts, bras), eye contact is never necessary (you can close your eyes and still have a conversation!!), eat what’s good for your tastes/textures, click your teeth, clack your claws, do a little wiggle just because. Repeat words you hear, recite a jingle, avoid touch, lean into touch, sleep in a pile of people or summons or pillows. The only Rule is to respect another person’s Wild.

thou darest not venture forth, for beacon spoilers lie beneath the cut. hark! lest ye look upon those great and terrible spoilers.
honestly the first half really solidifies bell's hells as the charisma party (in contrast to VM with WIS and MN with INT). multiple 20+ rolls, a nat 20 or two, displays of power and a defense of what they believe, it's just so good. they're a unified party even with disparate beliefs.
braius, the bullshit king. orym the champion of the wildmother. imogen, pulling on personal ties. laudna appealing to darkness and calling for balance. ashton and fearne, in titanic aspect, recalling those who need their help, gods or not. dorian, summoning the dragon coriolis and supporting the group. chetney, calling to age and wisdom in an unprecedented era.
some incredible conversations. rp episode of all time. dorian and zeru. chetney and waylon. braius and the highbearer. imogen and keyleth. chetney and ashton with the bright queen.
honestly braius and the highbearer deserves its own paragraph. it might not be where he goes with it, but goddamn sam riegel sold the beginnings of a return to faith.
and ending in the C-POP museum. god what a note to end on. objectively he's the most famous of the group.

C3E58 - reaction
I am very entertained that they are fighting a creature with many mouths who causes psychic damage from the sounds, considering I'm in the gibbering mouther section of my C2 rewatch and about to get to the laughing hand, so it's all just fucked up mouths for me XD
LOL the fact that FCG has started consistently fucking with who doesn't get bonded and it's an issue each time. I love it! Though I'm worried about their stress points, I'm also kinda looking forwards to a little blow up.
I saw a few spoilers about the episode before I watched so I WASN'T terrified when Fearne went down and got swallowed, but holy fuck if I hadn't known she lived for a threesome, that would have been so stressful!
I'm so glad we got to see at least a tiny glimpse of the wolf-king! I want Matt to post a picture of it on twitter please! Please please just for me!
Huzzah for bag of holding! Great with the notes and harness and rod for plot development, good for funds for refilling some pockets, especially because ...well, I don't even know what the funds status is of this group. VM was rich AF, M9 was poor AF, I have no clue where BH falls. Especially because a lot of it is based on RP (I think M9 probably had as much as BH, but rped as much poorer - nope I lied, counting today's haul, BH has like double the amount that M9 had by the same episode)
Wish we could have gotten more from the FRIDA moment, interesting that Matt has Christian be much more active in the rolls and directions, whereas with Ashton and Fearne's dad (not Birdie, I can't remember his name) they were much more passive while Imogen and FCG/Laura and Sam really took the lead. Confirmation of Aeor though! Sounds like they got smited by the gods though I don't think we had any idea previously that some Aeorians were against using the malleus factorum. Not surprising once I think about it for like, two seconds, but never considered it before.
THREESOME!!!!! Oh I SO hope that Fearne holds to her early game comment and does 'work her way through all of them'. PLS PLS PLS. Anyhow, a touching and mostly hilarious moment, I loved every second of it. I'm also pleased that the first kiss and first sex scenes were from PCs that it seemed like the fans went out of their way to desexualize, I love it.
All the gifts! Hoodies were adorable, and then two wooden gifts from Chet! With how frequently the table gave each other game related gifts out of game previously, I do enjoy how much it's a lot of in-game gifts now.
Oh fuck those scenes with the Changebringer and Dawnfather were INTENSE. HOLY SHIT. I am very hyped, for the gods to just force visions and make demands (at varying levels of demandingness)!!! I wonder how many non-PCs are also receiving these visions? Did Caduceus get one? Fjord? Pike and Vex and Scanlan? Random other clerics and paladins of the world?
Seriously, I am so hype. C3 took me a bit to settle it, but it is a very easy second place for me out of the three campaigns! Still won't beat C2 for me, but I'm pretty sure that's because 1) it was my first campaign and 2) it's when I really hit hyperfocus on CR and could watch two and a half to three episodes a day. ...yeah, I binged HARD on C2. Started late January 21 and finished in time to watch the finale live.
I'm also intrigued to see how all this is going to go. They physically CAN'T have Aabria and Christian playing once everyone is back together, there's just no room at the table. What is going to be the thing that splits them up? I wonder if it'll end up coming down to an NPC having to be 'group regulars go to this location, group guests go to this location' to have a natural and realistic separation.

WIP SONG SATURDAY
@moon-and-seraph host the event HERE
This week's optional theme is "First & Last", so I'm making it my interpretation of what song started as a theme for my First WIP (oldest) @theimperiumchronicles and hits everyone to the newest @sehnsuchtrising (even if I haven't posted yet).
Since I heard it @ 2017 ESL Masters
https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_m1BO50H3-eQrb8isbbEJtTBaHUI4MhHJI&si=tlLgVSSzChbxFgQI
With every breath and every stride
I still need you here by my side
And take me by the hand when once again
I'm blinded by the light
We won't back down from a fight
No, we won't back down from a fight
There's nothing that I wouldn't do
After everything that we've been through
We won't back down from a fight
If we would stay alive
Why below cut
@theimperiumchronicles - Back in 2017, we are talking the CORE group here, and they were not Horesemen. Brie, Cruz, Dez, Talon, Talia, Raquel, Arioch, and Arch. There were a LOT more fight scenes, which will be coming back soon, too. They were fighting each other, fighting themselves, and fighting demons/evil. Lots of battles of all kinds. This was the perfect song.
@behindthesemasks - During the RP phase of Melania's existence, she was paired up separately with a Bucky Barnes and a Brock Rumlow. You can see how those pairings helped shape her current team some. 🤣 While my friend and I wrote some complex and twisted storylines, when she left RP, I chose not to pair Mel up again with anyone and so began her solo adventure in a story. Since bombs, guns, and mercenaries have always been part of her past, along with her cursed relics...it morphed easily. From RP to current posting and writing, the song fits with the theme of the storylines and staying alive as they battle adversaries.
@bendingthelaws - You have a whole law enforcement entourage at all levels, taking on (at least one) organized crime family. Pretty self explanatory. I'd say this fits the LEO community more than the mobile.
@the-andromeda-effect - I see this is more from Caliban’s crew regarding taking care of Adira and getting revenge on the Kalavati’s. Also, ferreting out those who helped Kondrat try to kidnap Adira, and a few things that happen in the future.
@devil-in-the-details-ay - After their honeymoon, Astaroth and Yara are going hunting for her parents. They will find then...and a few extra relatives. Her parents and relatives thought she was dead and are NOT happy with old Luc. Lucifer is also plotting against them. So, Royal Rumble anyone?
@magical-mistakes-vm - If you're following along, you're soon going to meet Balor. He's going to reveal something that the others should have realized, who Mahala’s dad is. Hint - it's not a good thing. From there, the news gets worse, and it is going to culminate eventually in a major conflict where Vollrath’s death is asked for in exchange for Mahala’s life. First, though, there are going to be a lot of smaller confrontations, as well as Mahala being trained how to use her magic to be deadly. You know, stay alive.
@princess-of-thieves-id - Right now is groundwork and worldvuilding. Soon comes the actual pirating. Then my little trio are going to depend on one another to stay alive.
@sehnsuchtrising The idiots are going to need each other because they all seem to have a death wish. It's not that they consciously try to get themselves killed. They just all are inept. But they don't back down from a fight and do want to stay alive.
@tapperhet-em - If they are found, they will have to fight to survive. Meeri has a price on her head , and now the other four do for helping her. None of them will back down, all are ready to die for one another, and all want to stay alive to take down her uncle, pay back her father, and figure out who put the idea in her father's head she betrayed him.
Soft tagging - @aohendo @winterandwords @flowerprose @kaiusvnoir @ceph-the-ghost-writer
My peeps - @blind-the-winds @saltysupercomputer @aziz-reads @outpost51 @pheita @writingmaidenwarrior @late-to-the-fandom @thebejeweledwatercat @dreaminggoblin

This is a tracking category. It builds and maintains a list of pages primarily for the sake of the list itself. They are not part of the encyclopedia's categorization scheme.
This category is hidden on its member pages—unless the corresponding user preference (appearance → show hidden categories) is set.
These categories can be used to track, build and organize lists of pages needing "attention en masse" (for example, pages using deprecated syntax), or that may need to be edited at someone's earliest convenience.
These categories also serve to aggregate members of several lists or sub-categories into a larger, more efficient list (discriminated by classifications).
"Unprintworthy" redirects are redirect pages on Wikipedia that aid online navigation, but would have little or no value as pointers to target articles in a hard-copy book. The name of a redirect may be unprintworthy for a number of reasons, including being nearly identical to the name of the target page, containing typographical errors, or not being encyclopaedic. Redirects are not unprintworthy just because the name may be offensive to some, unless the name is also not encyclopaedic.

Last night I got high and wrote a program to find all of the unused elemental symbols. It turns out there’s 585 of them and it’s much less interesting the next day.
One interesting finding: I couldn’t be bothered to generate all possible one and two letter strings, so I asked ChatGPT to write me code that would do all that for me. It worked surprisingly well!
['a', 'd', 'e', 'g', 'h', 'j', 'l', 'm', 'q', 'r', 't', 'x', 'z', 'aa', 'ab', 'ad', 'ae', 'af', 'ah', 'ai', 'aj', 'ak', 'an', 'ao', 'ap', 'aq', 'av', 'aw', 'ax', 'ay', 'az', 'bb', 'bc', 'bd', 'bf', 'bg', 'bj', 'bl', 'bm', 'bn', 'bo', 'bp', 'bq', 'bs', 'bt', 'bu', 'bv', 'bw', 'bx', 'by', 'bz', 'cb', 'cc', 'cg', 'ch', 'ci', 'cj', 'ck', 'cp', 'cq', 'ct', 'cv', 'cw', 'cx', 'cy', 'cz', 'da', 'dc', 'dd', 'de', 'df', 'dg', 'dh', 'di', 'dj', 'dk', 'dl', 'dm', 'dn', 'do', 'dp', 'dq', 'dr', 'dt', 'du', 'dv', 'dw', 'dx', 'dz', 'ea', 'eb', 'ec', 'ed', 'ee', 'ef', 'eg', 'eh', 'ei', 'ej', 'ek', 'el', 'em', 'en', 'eo', 'ep', 'eq', 'et', 'ev', 'ew', 'ex', 'ey', 'ez', 'fa', 'fb', 'fc', 'fd', 'ff', 'fg', 'fh', 'fi', 'fj', 'fk', 'fn', 'fo', 'fp', 'fq', 'fs', 'ft', 'fu', 'fv', 'fw', 'fx', 'fy', 'fz', 'gb', 'gc', 'gf', 'gg', 'gh', 'gi', 'gj', 'gk', 'gl', 'gm', 'gn', 'go', 'gp', 'gq', 'gr', 'gs', 'gt', 'gu', 'gv', 'gw', 'gx', 'gy', 'gz', 'ha', 'hb', 'hc', 'hd', 'hh', 'hi', 'hj', 'hk', 'hl', 'hm', 'hn', 'hp', 'hq', 'hr', 'ht', 'hu', 'hv', 'hw', 'hx', 'hy', 'hz', 'ia', 'ib', 'ic', 'id', 'ie', 'if', 'ig', 'ih', 'ii', 'ij', 'ik', 'il', 'im', 'io', 'ip', 'iq', 'is', 'it', 'iu', 'iv', 'iw', 'ix', 'iy', 'iz', 'ja', 'jb', 'jc', 'jd', 'je', 'jf', 'jg', 'jh', 'ji', 'jj', 'jk', 'jl', 'jm', 'jn', 'jo', 'jp', 'jq', 'jr', 'js', 'jt', 'ju', 'jv', 'jw', 'jx', 'jy', 'jz', 'ka', 'kb', 'kc', 'kd', 'ke', 'kf', 'kg', 'kh', 'ki', 'kj', 'kk', 'kl', 'km', 'kn', 'ko', 'kp', 'kq', 'ks', 'kt', 'ku', 'kv', 'kw', 'kx', 'ky', 'kz', 'lb', 'lc', 'ld', 'le', 'lf', 'lg', 'lh', 'lj', 'lk', 'll', 'lm', 'ln', 'lo', 'lp', 'lq', 'ls', 'lt', 'lw', 'lx', 'ly', 'lz', 'ma', 'mb', 'me', 'mf', 'mh', 'mi', 'mj', 'mk', 'ml', 'mm', 'mp', 'mq', 'mr', 'ms', 'mu', 'mv', 'mw', 'mx', 'my', 'mz', 'nc', 'nf', 'ng', 'nj', 'nk', 'nl', 'nm', 'nn', 'nq', 'nr', 'ns', 'nt', 'nu', 'nv', 'nw', 'nx', 'ny', 'nz', 'oa', 'ob', 'oc', 'od', 'oe', 'of', 'oh', 'oi', 'oj', 'ok', 'ol', 'om', 'on', 'oo', 'op', 'oq', 'or', 'ot', 'ou', 'ov', 'ow', 'ox', 'oy', 'oz', 'pc', 'pe', 'pf', 'pg', 'ph', 'pi', 'pj', 'pk', 'pl', 'pn', 'pp', 'pq', 'ps', 'pv', 'pw', 'px', 'py', 'pz', 'qa', 'qb', 'qc', 'qd', 'qe', 'qf', 'qg', 'qh', 'qi', 'qj', 'qk', 'ql', 'qm', 'qn', 'qo', 'qp', 'qq', 'qr', 'qs', 'qt', 'qu', 'qv', 'qw', 'qx', 'qy', 'qz', 'rc', 'rd', 'ri', 'rj', 'rk', 'rl', 'rm', 'ro', 'rp', 'rq', 'rr', 'rs', 'rt', 'rv', 'rw', 'rx', 'ry', 'rz', 'sa', 'sd', 'sf', 'sh', 'sj', 'sk', 'sl', 'so', 'sp', 'sq', 'ss', 'st', 'su', 'sv', 'sw', 'sx', 'sy', 'sz', 'td', 'tf', 'tg', 'tj', 'tk', 'tn', 'to', 'tp', 'tq', 'tr', 'tt', 'tu', 'tv', 'tw', 'tx', 'ty', 'tz', 'ua', 'ub', 'uc', 'ud', 'ue', 'uf', 'ug', 'uh', 'ui', 'uj', 'uk', 'ul', 'um', 'un', 'uo', 'up', 'uq', 'ur', 'us', 'ut', 'uu', 'uv', 'uw', 'ux', 'uy', 'uz', 'va', 'vb', 'vc', 'vd', 've', 'vf', 'vg', 'vh', 'vi', 'vj', 'vk', 'vl', 'vm', 'vn', 'vo', 'vp', 'vq', 'vr', 'vs', 'vt', 'vu', 'vv', 'vw', 'vx', 'vy', 'vz', 'wa', 'wb', 'wc', 'wd', 'we', 'wf', 'wg', 'wh', 'wi', 'wj', 'wk', 'wl', 'wm', 'wn', 'wo', 'wp', 'wq', 'wr', 'ws', 'wt', 'wu', 'wv', 'ww', 'wx', 'wy', 'wz', 'xa', 'xb', 'xc', 'xd', 'xf', 'xg', 'xh', 'xi', 'xj', 'xk', 'xl', 'xm', 'xn', 'xo', 'xp', 'xq', 'xr', 'xs', 'xt', 'xu', 'xv', 'xw', 'xx', 'xy', 'xz', 'ya', 'yc', 'yd', 'ye', 'yf', 'yg', 'yh', 'yi', 'yj', 'yk', 'yl', 'ym', 'yn', 'yo', 'yp', 'yq', 'yr', 'ys', 'yt', 'yu', 'yv', 'yw', 'yx', 'yy', 'yz', 'za', 'zb', 'zc', 'zd', 'ze', 'zf', 'zg', 'zh', 'zi', 'zj', 'zk', 'zl', 'zm', 'zo', 'zp', 'zq', 'zs', 'zt', 'zu', 'zv', 'zw', 'zx', 'zy', 'zz']

watch-ahead beacon spoilers here--warning because i forgot earlier
really hopeful that they get to commune with the gods and say we saw what happened. we know you're as flawed as us. we don't want this world to die. what can we do, what can you do, to prevent that.
some of the arguments got hashed out here: braius clearly isn't in favor of the primes and is sowing chaos. they're relatively okay with the wildmother, because of past support and orym having an existing connection. i feel like dorian is thinking about it a little more, while ashton is getting into the nihilist punk of it all. orym talking about family while dorian just lost his is just so crunchy.
i think chet and orym have the best idea of it, which is that ludinus and by extension the vanguard are trying to control the fate of exandria and shape it to unknown ends. the stated goal of releasing predathos could have untold effects on exandria writ large, beyond the existing consequences of the apogee solstice. the loss of the gods, beyond the meaning they bring to the lives of those who follow them, would be a major change to the power hierarchies of exandria in a way that would cause untold death and destruction.
also the concept of the whispered one is a rebuttal to ashton's point about smaller powers with accountability--i hope they have time to talk about it.
i have a feeling next episode will be a crazy one rp wise.
also shoutout to grog. incredible. we're just waiting on tary and scanlan to get all of vm. as the champion of ioun scanlan might just be there.
