INTRO TO VURRENS

HELLO!!! i'm vurren/meredith (either is fine, it/they) and im a weirdfurry kittything who posts on-line! i've been here since 2013 and I have a track record of hitting post limit regularly so you've been warned lol

I'm a (mostly digital) artist and my dream is to sell my own buttons and stickers and pins and prints and comics and zines and clothes and—well you get the idea lol. not even as a thing to get rich off of, I just want my art to mean things and resonate with people. my art blog is over at @vurrart, please check it out!

my biggest special interest is little shop of horrors. ive been a fan of it since 2016 and I love the themes and music and puppetry and story of its creation but also I want to kiss that plant like nobody's business <3

some other things im a fan of are furry and queer culture/history! other than that i have a multitude of things I like, way too many to list, and my personality is currently going through an upheaval so I'm not sure what's gonna stick lol. be prepared to see a little bit of everything here!

as a warning, when i say i post whatever i want here, i mean it. i might posts slurs, nsfw text and sometimes art, media youre triggered by, the likes. i have bad memory and low spoons so consistent tagging is impossible for me, and also its my blog so i can post whatever i want. unfollowing is fine!

my fursona is kittylove the cat (it/they), but I tend to change up fursonas every 1-2 years lol. it wears a kippah all the time! I aim to start wearing kippahs more often when I get less depressed and have money to afford nice ones, so expressing this desire through my fursona is fun :] fanart is ALWAYS welcome as long as it's not nsfw, but dont feel obligated!
