Some of my headcanons in Death because he is the love of my life

-He also likes to dance like the rest of the people in the movie.

-He doesn't really like his job that much, since he has seen a lot of horrible things happening to mortals.

-He is tired of people misjudging or mocking him. That makes him mad, even sad sometimes.

-As a god, he mostly knows every language, but decides to stick with Spanish and English since those are the ones who really likes. He also really enjoys talking portuguese.

-He can change forms, but decided to stay with the wolf one because he really likes it and feels identified with the animal. Since he has stuck with it so much, he started also adopting the attitude of the animal, even tho being an anthro incarnation of one.

-He really wishes to be with a man, but he knows he could be dangerous regarding his job and him.

-His way to weaken off people is his elegant and godly way of flirting, which makes most of the people to fall into his seductive tricks. He is very romantical. (Sometimes it can get out of hand, putting him in weird situations.)

-His biggest fear is to be left alone forever. (Yes indeed, Death himself fears too.) He has suffered for years, trying to at least talk to someone about his worries, but he can't do it because he is too scared to if he gets emotionally attached to someone, he might affect that one because of who he is. He went through depression periods just by the thought of that. And when he got to talk to Puss, it was just to teach him a lesson: To appreciate life and accept that he cannot live forever. When Puss learned his lesson, he felt frustatred because that was only a few moments where he really enjoyed his job. And very apart from it, he didn't really want to torment Puss in the way he did.

-Suggestive Warning: He likes to lick a lot, in every part of the body. It is one of his ways to show sexual and romantic affection.

-He might seem very intimidating, but he is really sweet and caring, calm even.

-His favourite sound is the hearbeat of a living being.

-His favourite color is red.

-He mostly enjoys drinking beer. Sometimes at the point of being drunk. He is the type of drunk guy who usually gets emotional.

-He also likes wine.

-He smells like incense.

-When he arrives or makes act of presence, the air around him gets chiller.

-Like Puss and Kitty, he also wears eyeliner, but also eyeshadow.

-He is a great lover of nature too. He loves roses.

-Usually fixes his head fur like if it was hair.

-Supresses himself when fighting, as he has great control over his powers. But he can lose control if he experiences an strong emotional outburst: like getting furious, depressed or stressed.

-Trigger warning: Doesn't kill unless it is very necessary. When he goes all out, he shows no mercy at all and is really violent, making a bloody disaster of organs all around the battlefield.

-He also works as a bounty hunter for tasks other gods may ask him to do.

-Not very social around his other divine comrades, except Life. They are best friends and Life supports emotionally with Death's personal struggles.

-It may not seem like it, but he also gets physical exhaustation. He barely gets sleep, as his works demands him a lot. There was a few times he got to rest a little, even if it was after having you know what. Truly an amazing sight to saw him rest.

-He really enjoys making men thirst over him.

About the AO3 "No Guest Comments for a while" warning

If you're not following any of AO3's social media accounts you might be in the dark as to what kind of "spam comments" have engendered this banner at the top of the site:

These spam comments have been posted about a great deal on the AO3 subreddit for the past couple of days. Initially they comprised a bunch of guest (logged out users) bot comments that insulted authors by suggesting they were using AI and not writing their own fics. Some examples, from the subreddit:

But it then escalated to outright graphic porn images and gifs being posted in comments, again by logged out 'Guest' accounts. Obviously, I'm not going to give examples of those, but between these two bot infestations, AO3 has clearly decided to act and has temporarily closed the ability to post comments for users who are not logged in with an AO3 account.

Unfortunately, this means that genuine readers who don't have an AO3 account won't be able to leave comments on fics that they enjoy.

If you are a genuine reader who doesn't yet have an AO3 account, I strongly suggest getting yourself on the waiting list for one. More and more AO3 authors are now locking their fics down to registered users only - either due to these bot comments or concerns about AI scraping their work - which means you're probably missing out on a lot of great stuff.

Hopefully guest commenting will be enabled again at some point soon, but I suggest not waiting until then. Get yourself on that list.

Wait times are going to be longer than usual at the moment, due to the current Wattpad purge [info on Fanlore | Wattpad subreddit thread], but if you're in line, then your invite will come through eventually.
