Something I realized, the majority of cookies we saw in the Dark Cacao Kingdom were soldiers and/or people who worked in the Citadel, so government officials. Other than the Milk Village (who seem to have their own unique outfit style), Snowfall Village, which has only recently been confirmed to be part of the Dark Cacao Kingdom, and the Young Girl from the Mountains are exceptions. Well, not counting the Cookies who could be from/used to live there, since they aren’t required to wear the Dark Cacao Kingdom clothes

Oh right, and that Cookie from the flashback too

I mention this because this means we have almost no references for what the casual Dark Cacao Kingdom garb is. That’s in the actual game I mean, and not just looking up references from what we know the kingdom is based on

Which is difficult when making Cookies that live there but don’t work in the Citadel and trying to design outfits
