Omgomg wait but I hc Joel to be a bug he just FITSS as a bug yk?? And like so he has antennae and the lil bug wings. (Me thinks the wings are damaged and he does some stuff to like fix it like how Toothless has the prosthetic in HTTYD, and it gets removed for the life series sorry I'm rambling abt this it just upsets me seeing ppl draw Grian and Jimmy with their wings tied that looks PAINFUL so I think of more natural reasons)

Soo so so the antennae are like sensors on actual bugs right?? So that means that they're super sensitive................ I'll let you guess the rest of it

(Maybe Etho found out during double life, and it was one of the few places he could tk Joel without feeling it because he doesn't have any antennae himself)

Yesss I wish they found other ways to keep Grian and Jimmy from using wings in the life series without tying them or having them be hurt.

I could 100% see Joel needing to take off the wing, maybe he still has like one left but he can’t fly with one so the prosthetic just gets left back in hermitcraft sorta thing.

It’s super cute to think though that the Antenna are ticklish tho hahah, even just like the wind blowing a bit to strong can get Joel giggling and I feel like the hermits didn’t know why he was randomly giggling when the wind would blow at first. But then one time Grian and Etho were sitting with Joel when the wind starts blowing really hard and Joel starts giggling and tries to cover his Antenna and Grian and Etho are both like. “Wait they are ticklish??” And Joel gets all flustered and is like. “WhAt, no you idiots it’s not tic-“ as the wind blows again and the hermits watch them like twitch as Joel starts laughing again and runs inside the nearest building.

Grian going “uh huh. It’s okay for them to be ticklish Joel. My wings are ticklish and here, Ethos fox ears are ticklish, watch.” As he like reaches over to Etho to lightly fluff Ethos fox ears for the boy to burst out laughing as his ears press back against his head and he leans back away from Grian going “Hehehehey.”

Joel tries to fight a smile watching Etho and Grian interact before he’s like, “yeah okay they are ticklish, don’t tell anyone else though.” With a small pout as he crosses his arms and playfully looks away.

Another concept I could see happening is like Etho and Joel is DoubleLife tickling each other and Etho manages to pin Joel and is watching his Antenna twitch and move around while his eyes are focused on them. He then goes “can I touch them Joel?” And he feels the man below him like freeze before he relaxes some and goes. “30 seconds.” As Etho grins and slowly drags his index fingers over them and Joel melts into giggles as he fights to not grab Ethos hands.

I am someone who has been here since the xlife days, and watched every pov, and let me tell you I am terrified of Joel with a donkey or a llama and the name Jeremy. It also frightens me to wonder what it would have been like if Sausage was there and joined the cult. He is an agent of chaos and that would have made everything worse (or better if you actually sided with him)

Pearl is honestly a bit like the replacement for a boogeyman in doublelife. She seems to not really care for anyone besides her dog Tilly, and is forsaken by (nearly) everyone 

So while yes she really does deserve better, I do also want to see her go feral once she is red

I know I'm a few weeks late but I've finally had time to watch the ranchers pov of double life and people really weren't exaggerating, they're so pathetic (/pos)

In the first episode tango has almost starved to death about 7 times, people are working on getting diamond gear while they still only have one piece of iron armour, both of them keep wandering around the map because they have no things and are trying to get pity presents from the others. How did they survive this long
