EVERY DAY !!! i FACE OFF against my ANXIETY !! and EVERY! DAY! i LOSE !!!

#went to an office in school to get help w smthg and then started convo with a stranger on the elevator and since then i have been useless #i have a limit of like three well articulated sentences per day sorry to any irl buddies here #curse you animation industry for being so team based #i have faith that my classmates are supportive and nice yk we all have the same goal here but !! its so hard to trust in that belief #and ik stories and creativity is subjective but i think my issue is i cant think of any stories that dont have a piece of me in it #and like the storys message feels so obvious and personal and while i want to trust everyone is safe here it is still so scary #how is it possible for ppl to come up with stories with meaning without exposing themselves..is it even possible #anyway!!! i love accelerated heartbeat sweaty palms red face weak legs tight breaths </3 #by which i mean AHRGH im like not trying hard enough to be normal whehee
