god i feel u so much on the not being able to use fancy detail brushes thing, i also use a textured brush (idk abt you but it stops me from obsessing over the lines being 100% Absolutely Perfectly Neat & Even) and i cry every time i see a cool brush that would just look totally out of place in comparison lmao. i keep telling myself someday ill make a whole bunch of custom ones that match my main brush... someday.....

I REALLY THINK THAT'S JUST WHAT WE GOTTA DO.... i do feel like by slowly playing w other ppl's custom brushes (i have to really recommend @robogart, @inspiderwiht and @pharanbrush as artists who create custom brush packs that i REALLY love!), i'm starting to understand very gradually what all the different settings and tweaks and adjustments do, which helps a lot + does make me feel like eventually i can work my way up to tackling my own...!

when i first started out the brush settings panel was SO overwhelming, so it felt like any time i downloaded a brush it was like. either i like it or i don't, and one tiny gripe abt it could ruin my experience w a brush that could otherwise be super useful and fun for me!! bc i didn't really feel capable of really getting into the guts of it and fucking around (also esp when u are on deadlines and stuff it's like. bro i cannot afford to Find Out rn and also i simply do not have time to spend an hour trying to figure out if i can make the pressure curve on this thing play nice w me). BUT giving myself a little bit of time whenever i'm doing personal doodling or warmups or w/e to experiment and mess around has been really really good for making me feel like i can take more control over the tools :D

I GUESS i am rambling majorly and a lot of this has nothing to do w the actual point of ur ask (esp the kind of. stamp brushes or fully drawn stuff like clothing trim/buttons/etc where it really IS like okay either it can blend w ur art style or it can't) BUT my point is just. grips ur arm in solidarity. by fucking around a tiny bit each day. one day we will understand digital brush composition + function enough to make our own. and then it's over for all of you bitches

I don't have like, the slightest bit of patience to do those, but I'm still hella interested to know how ppl do them. Do you plan them out or is it 'fuck it we ball' type of process? Do you usually go into more symbolic meanings (like with the floral ornaments) or add whatever fits aesthetically? Also are there any particular artists that inspire you when drawing them?

while it'd be easier to tell me about my #process on a case by case basis (so if you have an image/images in particular you'd like to know how i did the patterns of i could likely be more precise in my response) the Vast Majority of the time truly i am ballin. at most I might sketch out where i want Big Pieces, and where i'll fill out with smaller things However Comma there are motifs that keep coming back. and i'm sorry to tell you this. one of them is The Patience To Do So. in no order whatsoever:

floral motifs. i never go for something that Actively Looks Like A Real Flower on purpose: the language of flowers is very dependant of era and place, and a flower that means [x] in 1910s Russia might not mean the same in 1870s England.

vegetal motifs in general, so leaves, vagyuely ivy-looking stuff, stuff inspired by mushrooms & fungi, etc

animal motifs, typically associated with the characters i'm drawing. i might draw stylized birds, wings, horns, serpents/snakes, scales, etc.

eyes, mouths, wounds, or anything that looks kinda ()-like. it can also. look quite yonic depending on the context so. yeah you could say i draw those motifs.

anatomical motifs, inspired by scientific diagrams of the epidermis, of cells, of different organs and body parts, etc. i rely a lot on [this] (Henry Gray’s Anatomy of the Human Body) because you have a lot of engravings for every body part you could think of.

random motifs: spikes, spirals, dots, waves, curls, blobs, "ladders",...

i do equal parts symbol & vibes. as mentioned above i'll often fit in animals that i associate with the characters i have drawn, add more anatomical stuff depending on the characters,... but a lot of the "filler" squiggles are pure vibes. i use them to connect symbols together. also most of the characters i draw with these types of patterns are in equal parts anatomy of the body and anatomy of the vegetal so truly i'm tailoring it here.

as for artists i'm inspired by those are the two i always mention:

Ernst Haeckel especially his Kunstformen der Natur (<- link to the Gallica digitalization, but if you google search that you'll also see plenty of good images). He was mostly a biologist & his KdN is drawings he did within his research, a bunch and i mean a buuunnnnccchhh of very beautiful drawings of so many lifeforms on earth. i often reuse his drawings of hexacorallia in peterstakh artworks. those types of artworks if you see what i'm seeing.

i'm also incredibly inspired by Solange Knopf's artworks, and routinely joke that i keep being inspired by her art. i loooove how she does it very freeflowing, packed with so much details

again, i'd probably have more to say if you pointed to an image in particular, but for the most part this is it chrewly!

About the con itself: OH MY PRIMUS I'D BE HERE ALL DAY TALKING ABOUT EVERY COOL THING I SAW 😭💜 Let's just say that I was incredibly lucky to find the stuff I got, and I'm grateful to have gotten it (yes btw that is a screenshot from a tiktok I made about this, I'd put it here but Tumblr is really weird about posting videos so....check my TikTok ig? 😳) // It was truly awesome to see all these figures and things from shows I barely see anyone talk about yet which I care deeply for, NOT TO MENTION THAT EPIC TABLE OF ENTIRELY VINTAGE JAPANESE G1 STUFF WAAA 😭🙏💕💕 So yea, I got a lot of cool stuff, I met some ppl (including a nice conversation with the actual Aaron Archer!! He signed some stuff for me and even left doodles with the signatures!!! Like a smol Unicron or an Optimus!!! That was very cool 😌✨) I saw a lot of cool cosplayers who I didn't have the courage to talk to, but I'm glad I could admire all the creativity and passion from afar :] And the panels!!! Were all very interesting!!!! The Peter Cullen one was awesome, and the script-reading one at the end of the day was also very fun!!! I read for Minerva's part in the audition period, and though I didn't get it, I enjoyed that little moment! Plus, the person they ultimately chose did an amazing job with the script!! ✨ It was purely just cool to even see Minerva on that screen for a while--tbh, we stan the Masterforce rep I saw all throughout the day 😩💖🔥 or, well, I stan that...😳✨

About Meeting Peter Cullen: In short? Surreal ✨🙏 So, I'd signed up for an autograph when getting the tickets for the con! And that Optimus you see up there is the thing I meticulously drew as the print. I wanted it to be something special, so I literally poured my heart into that...tbh, it did turn out quite nice!!! ^\\^

From here I'll repeat exactly what I said in my Instagram post: Though brief, I'll never forget those couple moments. I was able to tell him that theres a lot I struggle with, but that Optimus has always been a real friend to me, and I thanked him for the role he's played in my life...after he signed my print, I asked to give him one, and then mentioned actually, I'd drawn these, and he was so impressed. He read the captions on the banners aloud and said "That's Optimus alright!" (I was grinning like an idiot sjsjsj) & before I gave the copy, he asked *me* to sign it for him 😭 the highest honor for me as an artist ngl 🙏 Reading my name, he said he was glad to have met yet another unique individual like myself...before leaving, we shook hands and he told me I should keep going, that I'm doing great. I couldn't stop smiling as I left.

twas on my list of things to do for art fight but didnt get to until teams were announced and i like had to (especially cause im team werewolf with a handful of vampire/vampire like OCs and no werewolves)

Loceit, prinxiety, & intruality

Characters/story:

Janus - mentally/physically 26-27ish - turned in the 1900s/1910s as a child - was gifted a Victorian house from his adopted vampire family that he now lives in as a bit of a recluse. He allowed Virgil to stay after he was turned and together they keep up the act of being Normal Humans. He allows a werewolf pack to rent part of the property since it has a large yard and forest that he doesn't use. It's only because he has no use for the land and he thinks the supposed rivalry between vampires and werewolves that some like to play up is absurd. it has nothing to do with how charming he thinks one of the wolves is, nothing at all. (I do realize it's dumb as hell to make Janus a landlord but 'rent' is usually 'buy me dinner' or 'be my chess opponent, Virgil keeps refusing to be'). He’s got a port wine stain birthmark.

Virgil - mentally/physically 25 - turned in the early 00's as a teenager - he was attacked by a rogue vampire and struggled to adjust until he met Janus, and then continued to struggle to adjust, but he eventually learned to appreciate that turning got him a friend, which is more than what he used to have. Never outgrew his emo phase and never will.

Ember - Mentally/physically 28 - actually a couple hundred - Janus' adoptive sister, she lives a while away but likes visiting her baby brother. She acts like she's way older than Janus but as far as vampires go she's not that much older. Has a light hearted rivalry going on with Roman and Virgil, her rivalry with Roman is over the top silly and dramatic, her rivalry with Virgil is casually flipping each other off as a greeting. she's albino, dyes her hair for goth reasons, and you decide if her brows are dyed/colored in/shaved and drawn on. her eyes do that thing some albino ppls eyes do where it look red/purple in some lightning when its actually blue, moreso than normal because vampire red tint (she is the dragon witch. dragon witch my beloved)

Roman - mentally/physically 24 - just turned - himbo <3 he was dating Virgil, and it had just been long enough that Virgil was actually going to make it serious and tell Roman about his vampire-ness, though he kept getting nervous and putting it off. Something (car crash? Mugging? idk??) happens and leaves Roman mortally wounded and Virgil is certain that Roman won’t live long enough for an ambulance to arrive so he turns him and then feels awful about turning someone without their permission. Roman adjusts as best he can and forces himself not to dwell because he understands why Virgil did it and frankly he would've done the same if roles were reversed. But if he does think about it too long he dreads the fact that he might outlive his twin. His shirt is Totally Not Bunnicula cause i think its funny

Logan - mentally/physically 25, actually 30 - Born a werewolf - he met Janus by happenstance and when he brought up him and his cousin were looking for a place to live, Janus offered up his yard and Logan had insisted on compensating him for it. Neither Janus or Logan are truly in denial about their feelings for each other but they don’t really discuss it and mildly dodge questions when asked even though it’s like very clear they like each other. They definitely are dating but I don't think they've had a non-emotionally constipated conversation about this. Patton - mentally/physically 25, actually 25 - born a werewolf - when he was young most of his cousins and siblings found him annoying, they were never outright mean, but usually didn’t seem to want to include him, Patton could never be sure if they were actually being nice or if they just didnt want to get in trouble with their parents. His cousin, Logan tolerated him fine though, clearly stating when he was doing something that bothered him and worked through a compromise (autistic besties using direct communication ftw). So Patton would always spend all his time following Logan around at extended pack gatherings. When he got a bit older, he got more confident in his socializing and stopped caring so much about what others thought, his love for pups often made him a defacto babysitter which he didn’t mind, but he was still always closest with Logan. It was only natural that they’d move out as a pack together.

Remus - mentally/physically 24 - just turned - Remus was smart and also stupid.. Smart enough to realize something was off about his brother and stupid enough to not write off the impossible, good thing too, because he was right. He was already suspicious but got his confirmation when he literally walked in on his brother drinking some drunk person’s blood. He of course helped hide the (still very alive, just passed out) body before really asking questions, but when he did ask questions, he kept insisting until he got the basic gist. Including that his brother would outlive him. Naturally he asks to be turned right there and then but all 3 vampires repeatedly refuse. He doesn’t let it go though and when he finds out there are two immortal werewolves who could turn him living in the backyard, he doesnt think twice to find them and ask them. Patton is weak for sob stories so he (with Logan’s begrudging approval) turns Remus and Remus joins their pack.

Worldbuilding: 

werewolf packs are like little groups that live together, made up of actual bio families, close friend group and/or polycules, sometimes a mix of those 3, sometimes not. Werewolf vibes idk. Extended packs are any packs that are any degree biologically connected, which means they get massive. (like a unrelated pack of 3 each have the packs they came from, which then come with packs of their cousins/piblings/grandparents/ect which then come with more packs of cousins/piblings/grandparents/ect from the other side of the family and so on)

vampires and werewolves are functionally immortal, people born as or turned into vampires and werewolves before the age of 25 keep aging as normal until then, and then it slows down significantly, pretty much no one knows how long their lifespan is because they get killed or die from something else long before they make it to old age. They're resistant to being killed but it can happen (see cliche vamp/were killing methods. Crosses don't do anything to them tho.)

Werewolves find it easier to stay as wolves around the time of the full moon and as humans around the time of the new moon, and are often lethargic when trying to go against this. They will typically start to wolf out at any strong emotion, while they can resist this (though it's harder near a full moon) plenty of werewolves (Patton+Remus) just let it happen and deal with getting tangled in their clothing as dogs. (Remus, of course, doesn't care if he's seen nude after shifting but most wolves shift back to human in privacy and try to keep clothes nearby. In werewolf only areas it's p common to half strip and shift, but that's about it)

Vampires' eyes have a red tint to them but not enough to be pointed out by mortals as they'd think it's a trick of the light (insert something scifi-y about reflecting off of blood vessels here)

Both are naturally very protective/possessive(though not toxically so, unless they're like, bad people) but werewolves are extremely social creatures and go into instinct mode when they get too worried about someone in their pack/they consider to be their pack, so much so that they might unreasonably lash out at another packmate because they don't want anyone to touch the one they're worried about. (angst angst angst)

Vampires struggle to control themselves around blood. They can and should eat normal food sometimes but actually need blood frequently to live, can make it a long while on animal blood but still need a human's every so often.

So I um,,, I wanted to ask for a Driver fic for months now but I’ve held back because I was worried it was too stupid. But then I remembered you’ve written me mostly hurt/comfort and you haven’t treated my ptsd like it’s stupid at all, so ;-; I thought I’d throw this post into the void. But you don’t have to write anything if you don’t want to!! This is entirely your decision, and ofc I will draw you anything in return if you were up for it.

So um here is the thing,,, I love Driver sooo much but I’ve struggled for almost a year now with feeling kind of. scared of him. The reasons for it are dumb and I won’t bore you with it, but like. So Damn Much has happened in the last two years and self shipping is so difficult for me. The trauma I’ve gone thru that gave me cptsd in the first place ruined self shipping for me just in general, and then I started to feel better after the Barbie movie started healing me. But I still don’t feel safe with my F/Os every day, it’s an on and off experience, and I’m always going to fear them in the back of my head even on my good days. But out of all of my Ryan F/Os, I’ve felt the worst around Driver... which breaks my heart because he’s my second favorite Ryan F/O tied with K!! He is sooo dear to me. I don’t engage with fics in the Ryan community because there might be some ppl who don’t like self shippers engaging with their content, and I’m always too afraid to step on any toes. but I wonder if reading something rly soft and gentle with Driver might make me feel better.

I was hoping if you were down for it, if you could write something rly comforting and soft with him? It doesn’t have to be anything in particular. It could be a romantic date without any angst, or it could be a hurt/comfort thing full of angst, it could be anything you are comfortable writing.

Sometimes I feel comforted thinking about how maybe he’s rly worried about me when I don’t visit his dimension for a long time, and he knows it’s because there’s something about him that scares me. Well - it’s not him, it’s just… some incidents I associate with him. But still, I do draw some comfort from the idea of him being really devastated that his own girlfriend flinches around him or avoids him entirely every so often without warning. Sometimes it’s nightmares related to ptsd, sometimes it’s a flashback of something else, sometimes it’s just paranoia/anxiety, but any time these things happen, he gets a little nervous that it’s his fault somehow. He knows it’s not his fault, he knows she’s got a lot of trauma and has been through way too much, but it hurts him to know that out of every guy in that room, he’s probably the one she’s scared of the most. Sometimes I’ll draw comics with Ken holding my star form, and Driver sees it, immediately pivots and walks away because he’s afraid she’s had a nightmare about him or something. And Ken rushes to say “no no, wait, the nightmare wasn’t about you/she was triggered by something unrelated to us” etc, he turns back around and Ken’s like “here, you should hold her.” And Driver shakes his head and steps back because he doesn’t want to make it worse. And Ken insists “dude, you’re her boyfriend, you need to show her you’re there for her” and he reluctantly takes the star and just. hugs her.

Like… it’s sad to think about stuff like that, but it does make me feel better, to think he cares about me that much that he’d want to still be considerate of my boundaries. Or that he wouldn’t hate me for being so… jittery and broken. Or I’ve drawn some other stuff too where she’ll jolt awake from a nightmare and he immediately keeps his distance, and when she calms down he asks “are you scared of me?” and if she says no then he asks “can I touch you?” And tells her it’s ok and holds her. And then takes her out for a drive since she won’t be able to fall back asleep again. Gets some apple pie at a diner, gives her his jacket. Thinking about that makes me feel better ;-; I think my biggest worry is always that my ptsd is “too much” for my F/Os to handle, or that they wouldn’t love me when I’m like this. And then feeling unsafe with my F/Os on top of it just,,, it’s just a bad time all around, so I was thinking maybe reading someone else’s perspective on them still being loving and gentle w/ me despite everything would be something good for me to focus on when I’m having a bad day.

You don’t even have to write a hurt/comfort thing if you don’t want to, you can write any scenario you want, or you don’t have to write it at all!! If this is something you don’t have the energy for or you’re just not feeling it, that’s totally okay. If you are up for it, I will draw you anything you want in return. I’m tied up with commissions at the moment so I’d only be able to do the simple art style with the little dot-eyes, but I’d color it and add my sparkles and make everything look nice and pretty just for you. And you can be as specific with your request as you want.

i went kinda ham in the tags so, on that topic cause it’s on my mind.......there’s a fine line right. like yes i agree, try to reblog art you like because likes don’t matter. but at some point, some have taken that as “if you don’t reblog everything regardless of whether or not you like it, you don’t support artists or small businesses” which is. not at all what that was suppose to be about lol

and like the whole “this didn’t get engagements therefore my art is bad and ppl don’t like it” is smth my brain tells me often. but that’s a problem that is never going to go away by feeding it more engagements. that’s a problem that stems from something else that i’ll need to work on. it’s absolutely okay to care about that stuff and to draw for validation if it works for you. but again, there’s a line there. it’s not supposed to consume you. god knows it has for me. but i’m still not gonna lash out at ppl in bitterness. that’s just going to make less people want to work with me and less ppl want to interact with my art at all.

i vent about this stuff sometimes because yes it is frustrating. but when i do, i always hope i’m clear about how i do not blame anyone or anything but algorithms (and myself tbh even if you shouldn’t) for whether smth flopped. even if it would have exploded if x person shared, it’s not their fault that my piece did badly.

and as for running a business, i understand that too, because i’m also doing that. and then obviously engagements are crucial. but again, you don’t find your audience by getting angry that ppl who don’t vibe with your stuff aren’t interacting with it. there’s nothing wrong with it just not being their thing. it doesn’t say anything about your skill level or worth.

like yeah i know it sucks. i want everyone to like my art and my ocs and my merch. but i also do not want ppl who aren’t interested to feel pressured into sharing them. it doesn’t matter how many followers they have that could potentially be drawn to my stuff, if they’re not interested then that’s fine. they’re not just a means for me to breach into a large following. they’ve got their own interests and their own type of art that they probably enjoy.

or hell maybe they would like my stuff but they just reblogged 100 things and feel like that’s enough for today. idk! the people who demand this stuff certainly don’t reblog every piece of art they see either i’m sure.

so yeah. i know how much numbers can matter. but we can’t rely solely on other people to market ourselves and then lose our minds when we didn’t hit the jackpot every time. marketing is a skill for a reason.

i like to think luke's love for antiques started when he was young. he was drawn to old trinkets and then moved onto outdated tech and then incorporated as much of these objects into his life as his love letter to the beauty of objects from the past

warriormans (AKA artyestman) is another somebody in the jsab community. He has a youtube, instagram, tumblr, twitter, deviant art, he's basiclly everywhere. Now, why am i bringing up this person who almost all of you never even heard of? Well, ofcourse theres alot of stuff i wanna say

I first heard the word Warriorman when someone made a fanart for me, A fanart of my Corrupted after the whole Kofi collaboration, i simply thanked him after getting a fanart bc who doesnt like that?

days or months has passed i honestly didnt know, but i do remember that my discord friend told us about the same guy who made the corrupted fanart for me. He told us how he kept trying to dmed them and so they blocked him.

sometime past ppl in the discord server started talking about him again. I dont know for what reason at that time but i remember about copied bosses or something.

after that Cubical (one of the jsab animator) and another friend started looking thru his social medias, we saw alot of weird stuff and i feel like im gonna list it.

In his deviant art acc, he reposted Cubic's arts without credit

He sexualized women alot (he draw women with big chest, and he posted a no no video of a women in his twitter

hey !!! ik uve probably already gotten thiz question before but do u have any tips for getting traction on ur artwork? specifically on tumblr

Hi!! it’s okay I don’t mind, but to completely honest with you I can’t give much advice :[ but I’ll tell u what I know !

The only traction tactics I use are very loose: post every week consistently at a set time range (for me I choose when it’s around lunch my time just for ease on the weekend because thats usually when my dash pops), I draw for specific fandoms in bulk which also helps bring in people grouped, and when I switch to drawing for a different fandom it’s usually so similar in fanbase it will bleed into a community (though this is just coincidence) and to have a brand (like tomatos for me) it’s just for when ur supporters see u around a different media they’ll go “omg is that ___?!” but its not necessary

I have to say that the traction I have comes totally from tags on my big notes posts, which is completely up to tumblr in how they receive it. I think only about 100 notes come from my followers straight just from their dash, and the rest of them find it thru tags! a tip for that i have is that if someone follows a tag, tumblr only advertises the first 5 of your tags on that post to ppls dashes who follow the whichever specific tag. (all tags on the post register when u search them tho dont worry!) so i use my first 5 tags on my posts to put the important tagging system stuff like the media, characters, shipnames, ect.

And another thing to keep in mind is sometimes it’s never a steady inflow! for instance the second largest batch of notes I’ve gotten is deltarune Art (22k) on a single post. But the first largest batch of notes I’ve gotten in a general tag was for persona 5 (I stopped counting so 22k+). I only have about 4 deltarune arts drawn, and 2 of them are very very old with little notes. Meanwhile my persona art doesn’t have nearly as much as my current deltarune art on a single post, but my general p5 tag collectively has more notes than a single one (1) of my deltarune posts notes, because there are so many. That’s just because I’ve drawn for p5 for about 5years, so it shows how traction and notes and follows can be sort of an over time thing!

my first year of trying to seriously be an art presence wasnt immediate in getting a substantial following, my art only got maybe 10 notes and it was frustrating, but continuing to just post and post and post paid off! 

I think my number one rule is to always draw what you are super passionate about, things that people will watch and go “I like the passion that guy has” I think having a genuine inspiration and love for ur art and art blog really drives wonderful people to support your love! your art is very nice too btw! i love how u draw hair its so silky and ur style is so fun, i wish you the best of luck even if i cant help much w advice @_@ <3

SPOILERS FOR MS. MARVEL

ok guys i expected this show to be pretty average.. nope. it was great. just 1 episode in and its already one of my favorite marvel shows. heres a bit of my thoughts on it -its so cool to see more representation. im not Muslim or Pakistani so i cant say anything about those aspects (tho im sure u could find stuff about it online from those more knowledgeable) other than its great to see other cultures and languages in a production like this. and like MoonKight they had what i assume to be cultural music, which was also rlly cool -ITS SO RELATABLE! LIKE SKDFJSGS;, i dont have the words. the fact that she daydreams all day about being a superhero, doodles during class, is a literal fangirl, and has parents who doesnt understand what she likes, is. so. relatable. this is the most ive ever seen myself in a marvel character, which is kinda the point of the show. but still. i was watching her talk about making her cosplay and looking at fanart and its just, i do those things. i have marvel shirts and dream about going to cons. the amount of, just feeling, i felt when her mom completely shut down her plan to go to AvengerCon is just, immense. like wow, so many ppls parents judge their kids for the things they like. the scene where Kamala tried to put something around her hips after her mom told her the outfit was too skimpy or tight (without even seeing it i might add) was something i just immediately felt. she didnt even need to monologue about why she felt the need to do it, i could instantly understand based on her action and expression. i cant put into words how this feels like a show that just gets us -her friendship with Bruno (im still not over that song why would u do this to me Disney). its so accurate to how friendship is and its so wholesome to watch. Kamala feeling out of place in school and being quite to meeting with Bruno and talking about the con? thats great, thats the friendships i wanna see. there was no romance, tho there may be based on the look they shared on the roof, but im surprisingly open to it. i usually never like romance in action based shows but they understand each other so well. their struggles and dreams, like even if their love is just platonic its still there. and i love to watch it (not to mention its the literal perfect superhero partner dynamic, the one who fights and the one in the chair) -the directing. ive had a lot of problems with Disney directing as of late (cough cough Boba Fett) but marvel shows have always been fine. WandaVision was rlly unique in its idea, so was Hawkeye, but none have stood out in just plain directing so far. until this. theres no weird shaky camera for no reason, no weird up close face shots (im looking at u The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), nothing like that. just good camera work and going 100% with the theme. the drawings coming to life on the walls and their texts becoming signs and Kamala's planning being animated/drawn. its like spider-verse and i love it. it seems so true to her character and the vibe of the show. reminds me of a movie i think exists where some guy in high school has the ability to make the things he draws real, but im not sure if i just made that up lol -references. some ppl call them easter eggs but either way their great. like me tell u i was screaming whenever i saw something from the greater mcu. even before the show started i noticed how MoonKight is now in the intro logo. there was a lot but some things i remember r the og captain america song at the con, the drawing mentioning his ass, also at the con, the trust a bro truck and original ms. marvel design as art during the end credits. im sure there was more and im kinda disappointed im not remembering them after just watching it -the mysteries. whyd the bracelet (idk if thats what its called but for now bracelet) give her powers? who r the ppl in the end scene (i dont think any other marvel show has had an end scene first ep)? will her old friend refriend her? OMG SHE STILL HAS THE POWER TO EXTEND HER LIMBS?? BUT NOW ITS LIKE CRYSTALS???

The first that comes to mind when I think about it is the workshop battle arc, because I love Viole with everything I have and the whole arc (plus the build up to it too!!) hurts in the most wonderful way, but then I keep thinking about it and I realize there’s so many character I live for that don’t appear in it - I love the floor of death arc SO MUCH cause for one, there’s nearly all my favorite characters in it, and also because it’s such a good, dynamic arc?? everything that happens is so much fun and interesting?? also Hockney is there, and Urek is there, and Garam is there, and the Hell Train gang is all there, so!! AH and the hell train as a whole is so damn good (the dallar show???? my whole soul rests in there, Khun’s trust in Bam!! the coin flip with rachel!! Bam’s whole everything!!!!!!!! GAH) but my fav part of it has to be the hidden floor?? because!!!!!! it’s perfect from start to end, everyone in it is wonderful, Bam’s growth in it!!! GODS! My favorite scene in the whole webtoon is in the hidden floor arc, it’s how much I love it - THEN THERE’S YAMA and the whole arc there is so so SO good too, and the latest arc!! how good is the latest arc!!!!!

so yeah I can’t pick - art wise I think it goes without saying that SIU’s art has only gotten better, so the closest to the newest update you go the more I like the art.... though, my favorite Bam is still the short haired one from the Hell Train arc haha
