I feel like people overreact a tad in regards to the age gap sometimes. Yes, when you are young (childhood, teenage and 20's) age gaps are really impactful and should be minded but the older you get, the less it matters? Idk, I feel like most people shouldn't be scandalized at a 8 year age gap if both parties are over 30 or something like that. Even so, in the specific case of RoC, Shrike and Fire don't become close friends until after they both are very much adults so like. I understand the concern but, it sounds a little silly.

No I completely agree, in RoC (and I'm pretty sure in canon too??) Fireheart is around 2 years old and Shriketail is around 2.5 years old when Swift dies. This makes Fire around 24 in human years and Shrike around 26. That is not a big age difference , and this is when they start being friends in RoC.

I do understand however that a lot of ppl find this kind of ship uncomfortable bec these cats will be around and live with eachother when one is a child/baby and the other is an adult. I personally have the rule that these kind of relationships are fine as long as the characters interact very little before they are both adults. Which is why I'm chill with LongFire, tho ig it is pushing it since Long does bully Fire as a child (and literally fights him).

Buuuuut, the age gap is one of the reasons I like younger Shrike, but it isn't the only one. I like Shrike being younger bec we can get to know him a lot more since he would interact with Fire more! I also feel like the younger age fits his asshole teen character lol.

OH I DIDNT REALISE IT WAS SO RECENT THAT MAKES MORE SENSE for me I've been trans since i was 12 and I only recently got more comfy being [insert gender here] and using she/her pronouns. Which doesn't make me a detransitioner or a woman by any means (i cant even "pass" for a girl atp since I have facial hair)

What I have learned from this is that like. You can be whatever you want all of the time. The scaremongering about transness being this huge life changing thing are mostly lies. I was a he / him trans guy now im a she/he non binary person who looks literally more masc than i did before said realisation. It's fine to try stuff out and figure it out.

If you're really having trouble i recommend just cutting transphobia out of your life completely. Like not even arguing with it, just getting rid of it , blocking discourse about it. It's an absolute poison and it SUCKS. This includes calling it out, news stories critical of transphobia, everything. You're not a bad trans person for not engaging with your own oppression for that - sometimes you need a break from the negativity to feel more confident in yourself.

Also oddly enough having a cis boyfriend made me even more sure I wanted to transition. I won't go super into detail, but I basically ended up getting super super jealous of all his Cis Guy Things and I think that's what really cemented it for me. Especially cis guys who are chill with trans ppl can be literally some of the most validating ppl. I'll never forget when i came out, the boys' section of the soccer team I played for started hyping me up all the time, the guys in my friend group used to invite me out when they all went out together. The media and social media especially overstates the amount of transphobia the world has to offer by a long shot. There's a lot of fun and beauty in being a trans guy that gets talked about online but like. At the end of the day you're just a guy. Most people will see that lol.

'rona-wise, i'm still sick. dad still sick. mum sick. sil sick with covid round three. i suspect i was the one who brought it home from work from colleague who got it before me, but bc i was asymptomatic for so gd long before it kicked in - and bc covid reporting procedures are basically nonexistent anymore - i was just going to work as normal instead of isolating which seems like a totally fine thing to do and I have exposed at least one or two other ppl at work without knowing.

but it's okay guys!!! we've been wiping the countertops at work with antiseptic wipes every two hours since mid-2020!!!! that'll definitely fix it!!!!

this is the only remaining covid policy my work still has, wiping the countertops and other surfaces every two hours. NOTHING ELSE REMAINS. there's no mechanism that i'm aware of for reporting covid cases, or to inform staff about who has covid and who might have been exposed to keep ppl safe. as an org with a high retiree population of volunteers who are at higher risk of covid complications like. it just shits me that covid will just go through our store and that's life ig. we're already short-staffed as it is. this will not help.

it is still very funny to me to see my mum now bc like, she's been paranoid about covid for years and she had all these ideas about how we'd manage if it got here, and now that it's here she's just like, given up lol. we're managing, and none of us are so sick we are like, bedbound or anything. it does suck tho, bc we've basically lost a month, depending on how long it takes for us all to recover. my dad's lungs are shit enough that he often takes a longer time to recover from colds and chest infections so. which is why he has the antivirals to help that happen faster.

I do feel better than I did earlier in the week, though my sinuses are still conjested and there's a weird taste in my mouth but otherwise all the low iron lack of energy is just making me feel like I felt six months ago lolololol. god knows how long it'll be before i can get that iron infusion tho. oh well. i survived this long with low iron, i can last a few more weeks. haven't had much of a cough either tbh. mostly it's just been snot for days, chills, and migraines. my rhinitis nasal spray has been a godsend lol. am grateful it hasn't been much worse tbh.

i got my manifesto day 1 album but i didnt get sunghoon weverse pob :(( its ok cuz my pulls for the actual album were so good?? anyways i got jay in the uniform pob and hee in the other (they look saurr good) and my pulls were absolutely insane i got my entire bias line??? i got jake for the postcard and jungwon and sunghoon for the pcs ?!?!?! i was so surprised i got so lucky,,,

i tried getting another border carnival album but they didnt have hype ver :(( the guy at the store said everyone always goes for that ver so i got dimension dilemma instead and i'm pretty sure i have a sunoo curse (not complaining though) i was in a rush so i accidentally got the wrong ver but its not a big deal lmao

i got two sunoo pcs and i got niki for the poster ! so as of rn i have at 5 sunoo pcs (damn), 2 hee pcs, and one for everyone except jake (jake pls come home) but if i count the other things in albums then i've got members !

and my barista course was fun !! it was rlly stressful at the beginning cuz they kept feeding us lots of information in the beginning but the second part of the class was more chill and we did a bunch of stuff like fudge and latte art,,, i tasted one of my coffees and it surprisingly tasted good ? i genuinely thought it was gonna taste like absolute shit lmaoo the instructors complimented my first latte and my milk frothing so ig i found a hidden talent hehe

as of rn im listening to jungwon's live, i rlly hope the members rest well and get well soon !! they were so excited to promote paradoxxx invasion esp jay but they got covid so :((( but jungwon is genuinely one of the sweetest ppl on earth bc he kept reassuring engenes that they're all fine and he's even on live for us ( genuinely sobbing i love him so much)

sooo about my show last night lmao. i was definitely nervous and i think it ofc reflected on me during the performance which is like. ok. thats fine, i expected that. when i got there there wasn’t a lot of ppl there and i talked to a few ppl and they were nice and friendly. and then later i started to set up my stuff and we had to find the right plugs and cords and such for my laptop but eventually we got it working. my music sounded p good all loud and stuff. and then as ppl slowly started to come in i went up to perform and i felt a bit awkward mainly bc there werent too many ppl and i was just singing. i think what will help my significantly in the future is having something to do whether playing the guitar or piano (preferably guitar) bc i just do not consider myself a singer and for that to be the only thing going on for me was kinda taking me out of the zone. i danced a little but the crowd was like. not dead? but not very dance-y. i wanted them to really vibe and there were a few people who were but majority were just kinda softly bopping their heads or something which is fine ig. i thought i didnt sound very good on the mic (probs bc first time performing live and it was hard to hear myself) but then i saw a video of me singing later and i think it was decent and better than what i thought. i did have some fun and it was nice to hear everyone cheer and clap and what not after each song that definitely held me in there. but overall i think the vibe was not mine. like it was so indie which is kinda my thing but not entirely. it was almost like. straight white indie. not like gay indie u know ? everyone seemed pretty straight (lots of very obviously cis straight girls and boys). and they seem to be the kinda music lovers who probably froth at the mouth when listening to like. phoebe bridgers. idk i say this bc the guy who went on after me was very good but he just had his guitar and sang. no backup instrumentals at all. and he sounded great! but it was just that kinda vibe that was so different than mine. i knew absolutely no oneeee there. and everyone loved this guy after me bc they all KNEW him. like lifelong friends. and the straight girls next to me were like wetting themselves just watching him lmfao. i was like ok yea i dont see myself really making a lot of friends at this place. or in general anywhere hahahah. i talked to some guys who were really chill and nice and honestly i got much better vibes from the straight guys than i did from the girls ? idk. they just seemed like they were there for the cute boys while the guys were there bc they are genuine music nerds. and they were very sweet to me for the most part. very helpful as well. i just felt very out of place and uncomfy bc i obviously dont know what im doing when it comes to this kinda stuff yet. so i decided to leave after the second set and i felt kinda bad about it but my thoughts were building up and i was like ok i gotta go. so on the train ride home i felt intensely suicidal, like more so than i usually get. i cried on the train and i think its honestly mainly bc i dont feel like i belong anywhere and that i will never find a place where i do feel myself and understood and accepted. and i kinda spiraled. after some reflection with gf when i got home, i realized it wasn’t even so much the performance that made me feel bad but just the thought of loneliness and how i feel like i will never fit in anywhere or make friends that are really meaningful to me. it made me wanna give up in the moment. in music and in life lol but i do know i tend to be a black or white kinda person. anyway. hopefully for my next show ill be more prepared and also be able to play some parts of my music live bc i think that will be what saves me really. and makes me have a good time. and also hopefully i will be in an environment that vibes more with what im putting out there. although i did got a lot of compliments on my set, like everyone was pretty supportive. it just felt weird.

lmaoooo i don't mind at all but i'm literally the worst at studying. i wait til the last minute (which is basically the day before) and cram which isn't what i recommend at all lmao.

what i did before i got to college tho was making sure to stay goal oriented. i'm mainly a goal/checking shit off my to-do list kinda person cuz it gives me some kind of ??? gratification ig 😭

i also thrive on competition so my goals were to get the highest score or have the best grade in the class (which is v toxic but it worked 😭). anyways, maybe try setting goals and try achieving them to the best of your abilities but keep in mind that it's ok if you don't get to every goal you set. it's good to be ambitious but it's better to be mentally stable lmao. i also found this tiktok and it only motivated me to study more which is absolutely horrible of me 💀

and what i've found helps a lot with my work recently are pomodoro timers? i didn't think they'd work but they rlly do and it keeps me on track when i'm studying.

i'd also study ahead fs. if you know when an important exam/quiz/test is, plan to study a couple days or a week beforehand and section out things you wanna do each day. find new resources you can use and different ppl you can consult if you get stuck. EXHAUST ALL YOUR RESOURCES!!!!!

try to find a spot you're comfortable studying long periods of time in. i usually do it on my desk but i've since moved to my bed which is a rlly bad decision on my part lmao. find some lofi or just ~chill~ music you can bop to while you study and gather everything you need and put it around you so you won't be rushing around every time you need something.

The Library Fairy:

Basic Plot (Chrono, comic starts from human perspective abt the ‘legend of the library fairy’ ig maybe. Nothing here is permanent cept the characterization)

Part A

1- Mira is borrower currently chillin in a college library

2- She lives off of the cafe on the second floor nd reads lots and lots of stuff about everything when the upper floors close (lower floor open 24/7 but upper floors r vacant p much after 12:00 AM)

3- she starts getting increasingly curious about human stuff cos she’s literate nd books r pry neat

4- it starts one night when she spots an unattended notebook and a half eaten blueberry muffin, nd it’s 12:30 so nobody’s coming back in atm (it’s the 80s so no laptops for the plebians quite yet)

5- so she goes ‘welp’ nd takes part of the muffin, then sees the work on the page and goes ‘hmmmm this is incorrect’ so she helps our and leaves notes here n there to point the kid in the right direction and puts down some book refs for further study bcos at this point she’s been there for 2 years and she knows where most things are

6- she stays behind to see if the human comes back for it, hidden in a hidey hole near the desk

7- human comes in, sees notebook, practically melts w relief nd stuffs it in his bag

8- next day human comes back nd leaves nother notebook and a cookie, along w a hidden camera

9- Mira goes ‘o boy, this a trap, innit’

10- Mira then decides ‘eh whatever I haven’t had contact w anyone in years now so I might as well’

11- she steals the camera film nd leaves a lil scrap of paper saying ‘nice try ;)’ on it

12- student comes back, sees paper, goes ‘dammit’, then leaves note addressed to the ‘library fairy’ and another cookie, as well as more of their work for her to help with

13- bout a decade goes by and now the “Library Fairy” is an urban myth, it’s currently 2003 so she’s also wound up on the school’s unofficial Wikipedia page under ‘local cryptids’

14- most library employees know of her but they don’t go looking out of fear stemming from superstitions bout her, somehow the legend grew from ‘can’t be photographed’ to ‘a student once saw her and died that day’

15- there’s now a small shrine devoted to her where ppl bring offerings hoping to get good grades in return, sometimes they will leave papers for her to proofread nd stuff

16- new prof (named Alexei) finds online article thinks he Knows What’s Up bcos he had a borrower friend as a kid, but they left when borrower’s fam found out about them knowing each other

17- he leaves note wedged in one of her secret entrances behind outlet, asking if she can meet w him at some point

18- Mira, already In it, goes ‘Okay. Alright. This has gone on for long enough. Time to go and never return’ but ofc she’s curious as all hell and like she decides she will at least honor the guy’s request for a convo b4 she goes, but on her terms and w/o speaking face 2 face

19- they Talk in the library after hours, bcos he paid off the janitor to let him stay after hours nd most of the student employees recognize him as a prof nd leave him alone

20- they talk again for every subsequent night

21- she uhhhh finally decides to reveal herself nd prays that her hunch was right nd he won’t try to grab her or anything

22- he doesn’t but she’s nervous so she winds up gettin caught in her own climbing rope like idiot, is now dangling from ceiling in tangled mess

23- he stifles chuckle nd she says smthn sarcastic

24- he moves closer and offers to untangle her

25- she’s like ‘please’

26- so he do, but her grip on the rope slips nd he has to catch her

26- so now she’s in his hand and he just sets her down and now he’s a bumbling embarrassed mess bcos he said he wasn’t going to hold her and he just did and o dear pls forgib him

32- so now she’s a professor, and has revealed her Secret a few times here n there to a number of the faculty, nd she has recorded her own findings in a personal journal

34- enter Ross, an mall goth who accidentally tripped headfirst into a premed program

35- Mira’s favorite field of study is bio so naturally she’s his prof for a majority of his classes

36- being the good boy that he is, he now knows Mira’s secret. There is an Entire Chapter on him finding out and legit just continuing their conversation as if everything was normal bcos he thought that was how he was supposed to handle the situation

37- then she says ‘u can ask questions, u know’ he’s like OH THANK FUCK CAUSE I HAVE SEVEN HUNDRED OF THOSE

38- and now he kinda knows what to look for in terms of ‘do borrowers live here check yes or no’

39-in his apartment, the answer is yes and he mistakenly kinda stumbles upon the mom one night when he wakes up in the middle of the night for Snack and opts to pretend like its not happening. Unfortunately the thing she was trying 2 borrow (piece of crumb cake for Son Boy’s birthday) is the thing he wants 2 eat so he’s like “uh. ‘Scuse me, ma’am.” and he peels back the saran wrap on the other side of the plate, takes piece, nd then leaves some there for her

40-so now the woman is like ‘welp guess it time 2 Leave’

44- he up and leaves work, thankfully his apartment is above the shop so he jumps up the fire escape w the child and

46- he calls Mira nd asks her 2 come over to ASAP. he’s A Mess at this point

47- it is Very touch and go, kid needs blood, Mira is the only viable donor so she’s just gotta pray that the blood type is fine and won’t kill him

48- and then eventually they manage 2 stave infection thru antibiotics properly dosed to his size, Mira does Math and Prays basically

49- ‘bout a month in, kid wakes up

50- kid doesn’t rember much since he’s only 3

51- hes v scared of Ross at first but over time he gets used 2 the human

R- Elliot starts trying 2 b more independent, basically from now on he’s like ‘I can do everything my Damn Self Thanks’

S- but uh he does it to a point where he’s going out of the way to endanger himself

T- so they get into a fite about it and ross Yells and Elliot is like ‘kthxbye’

U- and the boi just. Fuckin bolts. Runs Away. Ross is a Mess, he starts smoking again (he quit cold turkey the day he took Elliot in) to curb the depression, he’s jus. Not doin good, worried that his son is dead and the last time they talked it’d ended badly

W-anyway a year goes by and then the borrower group gets hit hard w some kind of sickness ig. Elliot gets it too he’s basically incapacitated n drifting in and out of lucidity. So. They contact the weird crazy doctor lady who hangs around humans, a.k.a. Mira, and she’s like “oh. fuck. I know this kid.” bcos she does, u kno, and she jus treats em all for their ailment and shows them how to make antibiotic poultice thing in case smthn like it happens again. Mold. Penicillin is basically what it is

X-she and Elliot hav a Chat (Mira basically yells at him a lot) once he’s fixed up and he decides he’s gonna visit his dad but he makes it very clear that he is a Grown Up (he’s not, he’s literally sixteen), and he is living on his own now

80- this is a lie she does not want to meet him she is doing this bcos she does not want to lose Elliot and that outweighs the fear of his dad

hi, i'm someone who was in the violet vineyard discord before it was closed (and then archived, then deleted). i joined semi-recently and the entire time it was like a regular writing server. not around for the drama 'cause timezones.just want to say that the reason **given to the people in the server** for its closure was related to the mirror sites thing. some people on vv didn't like tumblr in general, this was just extra incentive to leave. mods said "a lot of people are leaving writeblr and

vv is a tumblr-based community so we're shutting down." mina herself said she'd leave discord and writblrr cuz security.  i personally did find their reasoning weird cause not a lot of vvers actually left writblr. ig cuz the mirror sites incident happened around the time that the drama happened it was convenient? (idk much about the drama btw, not one of the vvers involved)  also, i haven't had any negative experience in vv myself. other people haven't said anythng to me either

im a fly on the wall ig. the dogpiling was limited to just a couple of people who had been mina's friends. most of us didn't really keep up with the drama? i didnt engage with the drama myself, i just backread sometimes. im going anon not because im scared of the mods but because tbh idk what's even going on,dont have much info to give, this is wild to watch and also probs a waste of time. idk all i can say is that the server itself was never culty, normal writing server.

And while it’s hard for me to judge what the atmosphere in there was like since I wasn’t in it, all my judgments are based on like, the most extreme reactions in the server/on tumblr itself, which will obviously consist of the most vocal minority. For what it’s worth, the cult comments are a jab at those people and not the rest. Again, I had friends in the server.

ok so let me start by saying i’m a seventeen stan and when i was 15-16 y/o i shipped svt members, read rpf, etc, but never really was into overanalyzing every touch or gaze. i obviously enjoyed my favorite pairings interact and i read romantic fics about them. i wasn’t really into reading smut because for me, personally, fics using the members’ names and personalities even in au kinda made smut feel like visualizing the members in a sexual context and i felt like i was crossing a fan boundary, like, would my idol be comfortable with me seeing them in a sexual context with another member they tell us they consider as friends/brothers/sisters? or just in general, would they be comfortable with me thinking of them sexually? but hey, if it was a good fic i would just skip over the smut because good fics are good fics. now idk if it’s because i’m older, or other changes? i don’t really do romantic shipping or read rpf, i stick to reading fics about fictional characters because that’s what makes me comfortable (like if i ever rb two members’ interactions on my main, i stick to just tagging the members instead of their ship name, same goes on here for real people) and i still very much am uncomfortable w/ real people smut literature and art, but that’s just me

ok you see shipping a lot in idol culture because idols are in groups and members spend a good 90% of their time together, so whatever cute interactions you see  kinda lead to people shipping two (or more ig) members. i never really thought about idol shipping culture from a marketing perspective, so i asked some of my friends, and one of them made a really good point about how some ships are more popular than others, and these interactions on shows and stuff might be a strategic/marketing tactic to lure in new fans because of the “ships” being cute. i don’t know how true this actually is, but it kinda made sense. for example, in svt, mingyu x wonwoo is a super popular ship, compared to ships like the8 x vernon which no one ever talks about, even though we know that all the members love each other equally and wholeheartedly. so yeah, there probably is a subtle pushing of certain ships in order to gain momentum in attracting more fans to the group

also i’m gonna be using wonwoo and mingyu as examples but i’m not targetting anyone or anything, just hypothetical situations w/ an idol ship that i noticed to affect the members because how out-of-control SOME stans are

so as i said in my tldr, i don’t really mind romantic shipping, as long as it’s 1) lowkey 2) not pushed in places that it doesn’t belong and 3) not mentioned among the members

keeping it lowkey- pushing ships in everyone’s faces gets annoying. sometimes fans just want to enjoy idols’ content as they give it to us and frankly, it’s a little offputting when you’re trying to watch something or enjoy something and hoards of fans are fangirling over a gaze or a touch between 2 members. keep it on your private acct, or in a group chat, not in the youtube comment section of the video. but still, men and women are allowed to touch each other and show affection without it being romantic, and i feel like shipping culture kinda invalidates the platonic relationship. like unless a pairing is confirmed to be dating, why even bother with overanalyzing these gazes or touches. and no, it’s not homophobic for non-rpf fans to be annoyed, because sometimes fans just want to see the members as they portray themselves to be rather than finding a deeper (and unconfirmed) meaning behind every small thing. fans being like “bro it’s just the touch of two hands it’s not that deep” is not the same thing as fans going “ewww i’m’ not supporting them if they’re not straight” . and sometimes i feel like people try to twist non-rpfers words and call them homophobic if they’re not for shipping when sometimes people don’t wanna romantically visualize 2 people if they’re an unconfirmed couple. how can you use lgbt struggles, which is an issue in society, to fight against people who simply don’t do rpf?? how are you use that as a weapon and for what ??? (also a good amount of people who do this are lgbt fetishizers who aren’t lgbt themselves bye i said it) why can’t we all jus be friends dudes

i think where this becomes a problem is when people start projecting wangxian’s relationship onto yibo and xiao zhan because...the latter are real people. yibo and xiao zhan =/= wangxian !!!!!! my BIGGEST pet peeve is when people wholly credit wyb’s development as an actor and as a person to xz and vice versa. i cannot tell you how many times i see posts saying “wyb brought xz out of his shell” and vice versa and things like “xz looks like he’s having much more fun than he is when he’s with xnine, they’re soulmates” and etc

both wyb and xz have had years of industry experience before getting to know each other. they’ve gone through some of the lowest points of their careers before even getting to know each other well, and they’ve both found Their People in the industry before finding each other. to say that wyb brought xz out of his shell in a summer’s worth of filming based on some bts videos is just so unfair to the bonds xz has made with his other colleagues and xnine  members and the accomplishments he’s had before cql. same with wyb and his career prior to cql. and his uniq members, his ttxs bros, and all his other colleagues. these 2 have gone through some shit with their idol groups and it’s just not fair for cpfs to erase the significance of their career prior to cql to support and find a leverage for their shipping. i’m not saying all cpfs do this, but there is  a Good Amount That Do and it pisses fans like me off

•    born in harajuku, tokyo to a cardiothoracic surgeon of a father and a politician of a mother, jade grew up traveling the world and becoming flighty af, never thinking she was going to make long - term friends and kinda being okay with that. 

•    her family has never stayed in one place for very long, though her aging parents eventually settled into a permanent residence in the us around the time she turned sixteen, not soon enough for jade to break the habit of wandering, but thankfully quick enough for her to meet the bratz girls who were just as adventurous and fun - loving as she. she's spent much of her teen life jumping from place to place wherever her interests are that moment, collecting people along the way, but to find friends was the only thing she was missing. jade has a brilliant mind, but she lacks patience and follow through. she needs guidance or she'll jump from idea to idea, job to job, whim to whim.

•    ngl, jade pretty much hated her home life. her parents were an overbearing presence in her life, her mother wanting jade to be a proper lady who also went into a profession like theirs (entirely serious and stifling when it came to creativity, doctor, politician, lawyer etc.) while jade herself wanted to check out the latest trends and go to the mall w her friends – so she turned all of her focus and energy into getting good grades in everything she wanted to do in the hopes that she could be the most successful fashion designer, then leaving town forever. 

•    like she spent 7 yrs in high school graduating w honours but she barely knew what was happening in 9/10 of her classes and sometimes she just slept through classes and then wing her exams which she miraculously did well at. it was just not a good idea to send jade to a public school at 11 after being in boarding school for the rest of her life and then never really enforce any rules :~\ she has trouble with that kind of thing.. as in making logical choices instead of saying "YEAH lets go watch american psycho and smoke weed!" skipping chemistry to do just that 

•    she loves fun and values doing what makes her happy over most things. it's hard to pin her down and she spends most of her life chasing after ideas that don't really follow any sort of conscious order, bc she’s really got that ‘i’ve got dreams and i’m gonna do everything in my power to achieve them’ personality. 

•    according to bratz canon she’s worked as literally everything ? she’s one of those insufferable people who r just. good everything ig and that’s just how it is on this bitch of an earth. jade’s been a photographer, a song - writer and bass player in a rock band (shout out to bratz rock angelz the best movie w the best soundtrack ever), a student studying fashion design, a fashion columnist, a quickly fired nanny, and many other things in between. 

•    so when she appears in toonsville she’s kind of out of it that she’s not doing something w her skills and sets up her own business which she loves ? being her own boss suits her fine (for now) because she’s got a Real Job and she's actually trying rly hard so she can fulfill her dreams !! like suck it mom nd dad haha !!!

•    jade has a lot of weird feelings TM about her body and her looks and struggles a lot with her self confidence :~( she had a shit time at school with boys saying she was too thin and she compensated by acting like she didn't like anyone at all for a while and now she thinks she isn't good enough for anyone when rly she is a cinnamon bun too good for this world too pure 

•    best friend ever she is so good at being a friend if u text her at 3am to go out or cry on her shoulder shes ready to go at 3:15 even if she was sleeping w lots of snacks and treats and love!!! she is sooo extroverted around those she’s comfortable w, she gains so much energy from being around people and she loves being nice and being around ppl she likes 

•    she becomes the mom of groups pretty easily (hence why she’s the leader of the bratz) bc she bottles up most of her own problems to help ppl with theirs!! which is toxic yea but she puts people first always so !! plz help her poor repressed soul!! rip kool kat.. 

•    still super into the stuff of her time so like.. she loves the x files and bad reality tv shows (i want to be a hilton) and reads gossip magazines on the reg because she enjoys that stuff! also very into girl groups.. ginger spice / posh spice is an eternal mood.

friends / best friends / ride or dies . jade genuinely loves people, loves talking to strangers and getting into intense conversations with people she’s only just met, learning other people’s way of life and bettering herself for getting. she is, however, incredibly blunt and has never once minced words to keep from hurting someone’s feelings or to ease them into a situation. she’d much rather have a one-time conversation with a stranger than make long lasting relationships. she has three very close friends –  to the point of co - dependence –  and honestly, she’d rather spend all of her time doing things she loves such as her hobbies, sticking her nose into the latest vogue, or searching for cute collars and treats for her cat mica w them instead of making new friends. she's also FUN and she'd be happy to go on crazy road trips or buy out a movie theater for a day or anything that she thinks will her buds happy. she's traveled all over, so she’s v well read and cultured. she loves people but she hates complication and won't deal with any sort of emotional labor. she wants to live in the moment and expects everyone in her life to do so as well. just be chill, y'all.
