So apparently I have to go half way across the city to find Matzo meal because all the local places around do not even recognize that it exist... But then again I'm surrounded by markets that all have Spanish names (when I first read the ingredient name I originally thought it was Masa 😅... But no it is not)

Alternatively, it's kinda odd that the stores don't have it because the Jewish and Hispanic community in my city are actually linked rather closely together... All minorities actually, this city is literally just like, "Are you part of a minority? Then come here!!!" Which I love, you get exposed to so many different cultures, customs, ethnicities, and religions.

At the beginning of the week, Jack had to fly to New York to get ready for SNL and as much as you wanted to be there with him you couldn’t because of your job.

You had got the time off to fly out on Friday and meet him there so you were grateful for that. Your boss didn’t ask you any questions about needing so much time off lately, which you were relieved. You and Jack had been keeping your relationship incredibly low-key, and you didn’t expect that to change any time soon.

Jack had called you earlier in the week and let you know he could only get a few visitor passes for SNL, meaning Layla wouldn’t be able to come.

You hated how shy you were but Jack assured you Urban and his parents would be there to sit with you.

“I wish you could come” you sighed as you packed your suitcase for what felt like the hundredth time.

“Me too, but you’ll have so much fun and you’ll have to tell me all about it” Layla replied as she sat on your bed and watched you struggle to fit everything in your suitcase beside her.

Your eyes started to water and Layla noticed immediately.

“Hey, none of that” She stood up and held you while you started to cry.

“I’m just nervous to go without you” Your voice shook, and you couldn’t help but sniffle.

“Jack is a good guy and his team will take care of you, I promise that. Don’t worry about it okay?” She pulled back to make eye contact with you, she was always good about calming you down and you nodded, wiping your tears.

“Why don’t you take my suitcase? It’s bigger and you’ll have a part of me with you” she joked before she went into the hall closet for her luggage.

“You’re the best” You smiled as you placed her suitcase down so you could put all of your things inside it.

“I know” she laughed. “How’s Jack doing? Is he nervous?”

“You know how he is, he pretends he isn’t but I can tell he’s losing his mind. He’s already asked me four times today when my plane lands tomorrow” you giggled.

“He probably misses you. It’s been like a whole week and a half” She playfully rolled her eyes and laughed.

“Also, Lay I wanted to tell you that if I meet Pete, I’ll tell him all about you” You smirked and Layla burst into a fit of laughter. When she finally composed herself all she could say was “You better!”

The next day you were at the airport waiting for your flight and Jack was consistently texting you. He let you know Neelam and Urban would meet you at the airport because he couldn’t get out of rehearsals. You could tell he was disappointed but you tried not to let your anxiety add to his frustrations.

Your flight was quick, and you met Neelam and Urban almost immediately. Neelam explained that she had a hotel room set up for you and that Jack would be done with rehearsals soon and then you two would be able to meet for dinner.

Urban could sense your nerves and talked to you the entire way to the hotel, he asked you about your week and made small talk. You finally asked what songs Jack would be performing and he couldn’t help but laugh, “You know damn well if he hasn’t told you, I can’t tell you either.”

You smacked your lips at that, “it was worth a try.”

After Neelam got you checked into the hotel room both Neelam and Urban went back to Studio 8H, where SNL is filmed. You took a shower and got dressed having zero ideas what the plans were for dinner.

Jack: You stayed at the hotel? ☹️

Y/N: I wasn’t sure if I could go with them or not and I didn’t wanna push. 😅

Jack: I’m almost done here anyway. 😌

It was another hour before Jack showed up at the hotel, you were starving but you were mostly just excited to see him. Neelam had given him the other key to your suite and he text you when he was headed to you.

When he walked into the room he made sure the door closed behind him before he ran over to you and immediately wrapped his arms around you. You could feel his body relax against you.

“I missed you so much” you confessed before wrapping your arms around his shoulders and kissing him. Jack deepened the kiss and your hands got lost in his curls, eventually, the two of you were making out in bed.

“I missed you too, in case you couldn’t tell” He laughed and you did too. Just then you heard a knock on the door, Jack got up quickly and you stayed in bed.

You listened as Jack thanked the guy at the door and then wheeled in a cart of food.

“Dinner is served” he joked as he showed you the options and you just smiled at him with all the adoration in the world.

“You’re a dork, you know that?” You laughed.

The two of you ate and talked about your week, Jack always wanted to hear about yours which you found to be funny considering you did “normal things” and he well, he didn’t.

He apologized profusely about Layla not being able to come and you could tell he meant it, you felt like he understood your sadness because of how close he and Urban are.

“It’s fine! Next time you host or something she’ll come” You smiled and Jack seemed taken aback by that.

“Host? You have a lot of faith in me” he laughed nervously.

“I do! You’re going to do great” You comforted him and he responded with wide eyes.

“I don’t need to watch you rehearse to know that” you chimed in before he mentioned it.

“I’m just glad you’re here” He smiled, and you knew he meant it.

“When do your parents get here?” You asked innocently.

“Ummm, this morning” He blushed knowing you were going to tell him he should be spending time with them.

“Jack!” You gasped and he couldn’t help but laugh.

“Baby, I’ll see them tomorrow!” He said defensively and you shook your head.

“You’re going to make them hate me!”

“They would never hate you and I saw them for a little while today!” He responded. You just pouted and he laughed as he began to tickle you.

“Jack!! Stop!” You giggled and he did for a moment to let you breathe before starting again.

When he finally stopped you straddled him, poking at his sides as he pretended not to be ticklish himself. You looked down and tickled his thighs making him jump. “Okay, okay truce! Shit!” He was out of breath and you leaned against him.

Jack stayed in your hotel room that night, he talked until he startled to mumble which you found adorable. He was always more vulnerable when he was tired and you found the lisp his retainer gave him adorable.

The next morning you were both woken up by his phone going off like crazy. Neelam was trying to make sure he was awake considering it was almost noon.

“I’m awake” he whispered and you reached out to touch his back as he sat on the edge of the bed. He turned to look at you and smiled, mouthing “I’m sorry.”

You shrugged, you never slept this late anyway. You just watched him as he listened to Neelam give him the rundown of today.

“Well can’t I- well- Neelam- listen” He hung up and groaned, immediately crawling back into bed with you.

“By the sound of that call we should probably get ready” you teased and he agreed. The two of you showered and got ready before you waited for his team to show up. Jack wanted you to come along with him for the entire experience so you knew today would be a very long day.

“Are you sure I won’t be in the way?” The two of you waited in the hotel lobby for the car.

“Yeah, it’ll be fine. I want you there, my parents are coming too. I made sure to get everyone a guest pass” He smiled, trying his best to hide his nerves.

You and Jack went inside a limo, which you assumed SNL had provided. You tried not to be obviously “wowed” by it. When you got into the limo you greeted everyone, sitting beside his mom immediately.

Maggie was warm and inviting, the kind of person who made you feel like you’d known her for years. Jack was the same way, so you knew where he got it from.

When the limo was parked, Jack gave you a few pecks before helping you out. You knew even without a real discussion that you couldn’t publicly be all over him.

When you got inside the studio, you spotted Maya Rudolph right away. You wanted to fangirl but you kept your composure. Urban walked with you as Jack led the way. You didn’t mind it because Urban also had a way of making himself feel familiar, which you needed especially without Layla.

You expected the day to drag considering the show wasn’t until later in the night but everything was so quick.

Before you knew it Jack was performing his first song. You could feel the energy shift in the row you were sitting in, his entire team and you were nervous. It wasn’t because you didn’t think he could do it but because you all shared the same idea. Each one of you knew he could do it, and that this moment would be another big career shift.

Jack's first performance was a medley of both Tyler Herro and Whats poppin, but you expected that. You were more curious about his second performance because you had zero ideas what that could be.

When he was done with his first performance you turned to his mom and smiled, she squeezed your hand for reassurance and you looked over at Urban who had been filming and taking photos.

You were mesmerized by the entire show. You grew up watching SNL so just being there was a dream come true. When Jack took the stage for his second (and last) song, you noticed Urban looking at you and smiling. “What?” You turned your head to the side, utterly confused by his grin.

“You’re going to love this” he whispered before he directed his attention back to the stage. Jack was standing next to someone, and once you realized who it was you turned to Urban with a big grin.

Jack had discussed his album with you on one of your very first dates, he was the one to bring it up of course. You confessed to him that his song with Adam Levine didn’t get as much love as you felt it deserved. Jack seemed surprised by your take, even calling it a “flaming hot” take but since the two of you never discussed it again you didn’t think much of it.

You sang along to the song, and your heart swelled at the thought of your comments influencing his decision to pick this song in particular. When he was done, you and everyone else met him backstage and his parents were both in tears. He hugged them for a long time before coming over to both you and Urban.

“I’m so proud of you” you whispered as he hugged you. To keep himself from tearing up, he asked you and Urban about the afterparty. His parents and Neelam were ready to call it a night but he was still wired from performing. He said his goodbyes and Neelam warned both you and Urban to keep an eye on him, half joking and half serious.

You agreed to go to the afterparty, both of you had talked about it last night and Jack brought a change of clothes for the three of you, storing it in his dressing room.

The three of you were fashionably late to the afterparty but both you and Urban grabbed drinks while Jack worked the room. He eventually showed back up to your table with Pete Davidson and you tried your best not to be obviously starstruck.

“Thought you’d wanna call Layla” Jack teased and you nodded, FaceTiming her so she could have a cringe conversation with her celebrity crush. Jack shouted over the music that he owed her since she couldn’t come and Layla could hardly form words, it was funny and awkward but memorable.

The four of you talked for a while before a few other cast members joined in.

Eventually, Jack excused himself again to network but you expected that. You and Urban got to know each other fairly well considering the circumstance, which was nice.

“So Laylas a Pete girl huh?” Urban smirked and you couldn’t help but laugh out loud at his tone.

“You jealous?” You teased and he shrugged, not giving you a yes or no answer. The look on his face said it all though.

“She’s going to hate me for saying this and I’ll deny it if you tell her but I think she was more upset about not being able to see you than not being able to come this weekend” you hummed.

“Oh, really?” He attempted and failed at trying not to sound too excited about it.

Your eyes scanned the room for Jack, losing eyes on him for the first time tonight. You assumed he’d show back up soon so you took it upon yourself to mingle, following Urban's lead.

You checked the time on your phone realizing just how long all of you had been at this afterparty. You had an early flight and you didn’t want to ruin Jack's night but you were exhausted. You called him twice and he didn’t answer, Urban noticed you were growing anxious about it.

“Let me go look for him real quick, okay?” He motioned for you to stay where you were standing while he went to find Jack.

Less than three minutes later both Jack and Urban showed back up, Jack apologized profusely but you weren’t upset, just tired. The three of you got an Uber back to the hotel and you fell asleep leaning on Jack's shoulder.

Jack gently woke you when you got to the hotel, and before you parted ways you thanked Urban for keeping you company all night.

Jack was silent as you two walked to your room, which wasn’t like him at all.

“Are you okay?” You yawned as you rummaged through your purse for the hotel room key.

He didn’t answer you until you got inside the room, “I’m sorry if you felt like I disappeared tonight. I just had to show some face and Chris and Neelam said I should spend my night talking to people and I never want you to think those people are more important because they aren’t. You know that right?” You noticed he was nervously rambling, as he sat on the bed and looked up at you.

“Jack? I’m okay baby. We are fine” You smiled as you took a step toward him, placing your hand on his shoulder.

“Promise?” He smiled, the corners of his eyes were wrinkled and you could tell he was also exhausted.

“I promise” You bent down to kiss him. “I get it, I do.” You reassured him and he felt a wave of relief come over him.

“I wish you didn’t have to go home so early” he mumbled as the two of you changed into pajamas.

“I know me too. I’m proud of you for tonight though, and I’m glad you wanted me there” You smiled before going into the bathroom to brush your teeth.

The two of you eventually fell asleep and cuddled up against one another.

The next morning was hectic, you had overslept and almost missed your flight meaning you and Jack only had a quick moment to say goodbye, leaving your stomach in knots.

You were sure to see him soon but with his hectic schedule anything could change at any moment and you felt uneasy about it.

You were waiting for your plane to depart, looking at reviews online about Jack's performances, and scrolling through pictures of the after-party. You hadn’t noticed someone was taking photos, you assumed they would just be of Maya Rudolph and Jack since they were the host and musical guest along with other cast members.

There was a photo of Jack, Pete and someone you couldn’t exactly place, you knew she was famous obviously and no doubt it was either for modeling or acting but you didn’t know who she was right away or who she was even there with since you hadn’t noticed her all night.

You saved the photo and immediately sent it to Layla before takeoff, she usually recognized everyone.

You knew she was asleep so you shrugged it off and sent another message letting her know you’d be home soon.

You quickly sent a text to Jack letting him know you’d tell him when you landed back home.

You hated to admit just how much you already missed him. There was no denying that you both were already growing attached in such a short time.

I honestly didn’t notice how in love Hunter was with Kevin until I watched the movie a second time. It’s crazy how you can literally see all feeling in Hunter’s eyes when he looks at Kevin. I also loved how you said that their relationship fits a BDSM bratting dynamic, because I totally see it.

And you’re absolutely right about the way he looks at Kevin, I mean, it happened enough for me to make a whole ass gifset of it lmao

Which I credit basically entirely to Adrian Greensmith, as it was a vision he had for the character. I really can’t imagine Hunter having been played by anyone else as he brought so much to the role. (Fun fact, if I remember correctly: Noah Urrea, who plays Clay, originally auditioned for Hunter. No harm but I'm very glad he didn't get that. He makes a good Clay and Hunter just needed to be played by Adrian.)

One of the key things Adrian brought to the role also being, probably accidentally, his anxiety.

"I spent a lot of Metal Lords feeling a bit anxious [...] and in hindsight I wonder if some of that was just a sign that Hunter was quite an anxious character [...] I mean his body's so tense all the time." - Adrian Greensmith.

I shortened that quite a bit so I'm including a slightly longer clip of the interview audio for more context. (I can upload a subtitled video clip if anyone wants that as well as link the video on yt but I'd have to do a bit of a search for that)

Aside: If I had to guess I'd say he's probably referring to Peter Sollett who directed Metal Lords when he mentions a 'Pete'.

And yeah the bratting thing was a little bit of a joke but mostly not a joke. Without going absolutely off the deep end, the mentality behind bratting is something I really see in Hunter.

Evie Lupine has a wonderful video about bratting and why people would be interested in it (and why some people hate it) but a short snippet that always spoke to me from that is the following:

"The motivations behind bratting are pretty varied. I think one of the main ones would be a sense of security and comfort. This is when the acting out is sort of a way to be reassured that even when you, break rules, even when you push at things, the partner that you're with is not going to abandon you." - Evie Lupine

Obviously, with Hunter's fear of abandonment, it's easy to see why this would appeal to him.

He also just...idk he has brat energy - sincerely, a brat.

And Kevin does just play out the counterpart to that. He doesn't always have Hunter under control but he tries to.

And he does mostly act as that safe person to brat against, which again amplifies the impact it has when Hunter starts to think he's actually losing Kevin, destroying that feeling of safety.

Aside: I obviously don't think that these characters, in universe, negotiated for a bratting dynamic. In universe it'd be something that just sort of organically developed within their friendship/relationship. But even more than that it's an archetype of a dynamic that we as the audience can easily read into their interactions if that makes sense.

And yeah, I have ADHD as well. And RSD is something that affects me pretty fucking severely. I've only really become more aware of it in the past year or so as my partner has pointed it out more and more.

So it's definitely something that I then noticed more and more in Hunter too.

Obviously this is all just my take on the character, and other people might have totally different interpretations. That's the beauty of art, we all get to find what we need in it and read it in our own ways, influenced by our own life experiences.

Favorite type of sea shell/ beach forage: ok, this is actually challenging my inability to make decisions. I like most kinds of beach forage!

I like the rounded glass pieces for example, even though that mostly means empty bottles got thrown in the nature and *that* i don’t like, so it’s a double edged sword. Especially if they are fresh and not rounded so they actually have sword like sharp edges. I like Running around bare foot at the beach!

I like the pieces from fishing nets (even though I don’t eat fish and know they are one of the biggest polluters of the oceans). When we were children, my father would make bracelets and anklets for us out of them every summer. I found a huge chunk of it a few years ago (go to the beach in winter, there are far more things on shore from the autumn storms, also go alone so no one will be bothered by your need to examine everything you find) and stored it for him for summer. I think he made a clothesline with it. It is very practical because it’s so strong and doesn’t tear, you can use it to secure many things!

I found a picture of it! Usually we only found a few cm long streaks so this thing really was a monster!

About pretty shells! I like them all, obviously but if I have to choose on the spot, the first that come to my mind are the little yellow ones! Those:

But of course, I am not immune to big scallops. A classic for a reason. And they always were hard to find until I was here:

Other favorites? I get excited when I find new ones that I have never seen again. Colorful ones and shiny ones are cool of course. It’s cool to find ones that are intact but also those broken in an interesting way or white strategic holes to make jewelry.

I like finding algae (but don’t take them home) and have found lots of sea stars (but not taken them home)

Basically, I like most sea shells and things you can find on beaches. They always tell a story and feel so full of life. I like finding them, finding joy in them and then putting them back where they belong or maybe taking some home as a lovely souvenir for a trip, decorations, or little presents for friends.

My best vacation: I mean most vacations are good right? Not all, hmmm if had very bad vacations but most of the time vacation time = good times is the truth!

But being more specific, I'd actually have to say my most recent vacation last autumn when I visited @lilolilyr actually! It was the most wonderful time we spent together and what can be better than being in an amazing place - with the ocean close by, but also mountains and a cool city, and did I mention the ocean? - with amazing company? Also the food, oh my god, amazing! So many vegan options everywhere! It was the perfect mix of calm and exciting and nature and culture, talking and more talking and laughing. For me it was special circumstances, for once because I had never taken such a big trip, I am usually team "we don't need to go far to have a good time" and like hopping to a train (to France). And also because it was quite spontaneously! But mostly because I had some huge things happening in life just before, that came with crazy amounts of work, stress and anxiety. Once those were done, I moved (which meant more stress) and closed a chapter of my life, the good parts and the bad ones of it, and then before starting the new chapter, I got on the plane! I could go on, but let's just say, this vacation helped me get out of things physically and mentally, lifted stress, and did me a lot of good. So, again @lilolilyr, that time with you was wonderful, thank you for being my friend! (also we took a few thousand pictures in a those few days so I can never decide which ones to show people. But there are big, fat smiles on all of them!)

Also one of the best weekends I had was the one I took two of those shell/net photos on! It was a winter trip to the beach, I went on Thursday already, had some time by myself, worked a little, relaxed, let the wind and water of the rain and the splashes of the ocean get in my hair, and did the grocery shopping and on Friday two friends joined me. They were constantly cold, so they got the fireplace to work. We read poetry, did crosswords, cooked and walked along the beach. It felt so incredibly relaxed and safe. Unfortunately that was also a goodbye weekend, as I closed a fun chapter that following week as well. I should recontact those two friends, I haven't talked to them in ages. Here are pictures!

Hi! First of all I hope you are having and amazing day/night! I happened to find this little blog that his helping demigods to find their godly parents and as someone who really unable to solve their own personality I would be very happy if you could help me out too!

Sooo somethings about myself:

1) I study at the univeristy at the moment for two different professions (One is Gastronomy and Culunary Art while the other one is Ethnography)

2) My hobbies are drawing, listening music, reading, writing, swimming, hiking, cooking, conduct research on history and cultures and doing some little crafting projects. Most of the people who knows my hobbies often tells me that I'm good at drawing and writing. Also from some experience I'm pretty good at acting too

3) I have an interesting connection between kids and animals. Somehow I make most of the young kids relaxed and happy when I take care of them. Same could go for animals too. Many of my acquaintances said that veterinary medicine or teaching could be good professions for me when choosing a department but I really didn't want to leave my love for researching.

4) I mostly have a mixed taste when it comes to music but most of my playlists consist of alternative singers and music groups. My fave Alt music category is Glam Rock, I can listen any kind of Glam Rock for ours.

5) My love languages are speding quality time and giving gifts.

6) My social life is kind of weird tbh. Most people a little shy about approaching me. One of my close friends actually straight up told me that I was looking so intimidating and happy while being alone that she got scared to approach me for a while. But in realty I'm just afraid that I won't make a good impressions in people (I thing this is some kind of anxiety ?). Also I'm not very good at endure people who are not willing to develop or do good things for themselves, "stupid" people (which there is a lot of them in my country) in my book so whenever I get in a chat with them I somehow use my expressions more than normal so that they understand I don't wish to talk with them.

7) I have this weird thing about my look. I don't like to be standard. Just as I can express myself with my clothing, I think I can do the same with my body. That's why I like tattos, colored hairs, piercings and such. Also some little step to achive my thought made me realize I was and am genderfluid. Soo I think it was also a win win.

I reckon you're a Demeter kid. Demeter is traditionally goddess of the harvest, but she is also the goddess of culinary arts. Although it's not explicitly stated, I'm so very sure the Demeter kids are the most multicultural cabin. You can't tell me that Demeter doesn't travel all over the world to see all the different crops and plants and dishes other countries have, even if her home base is still America. She's also the goddess of fertility and her children are natural nurturers (despite what dear Meg McCaffrey may make you think), which makes sense why babies and animals are drawn to you.

Well, child of Demeter, welcome to Camp Half Blood! Cabin 4 is unfortunately still under construction, although hopefully it'll be finished soon - for the time being, you'll have to continue camping out in Cabin 11. On the up side, Miranda Gardner, head counsellor of Demeter Cabin, has just negotiated that her and her siblings get a section of the cabin exclusively to themselves, so that should be more comfortable. I'm honestly not sure how she pulled that off, although I will say I saw Meg walking around earlier with an extremely smug look on her face... and some shiny new steel-toed boots...

Hello all my followers! I have an update

Been a while since I posted on here 😅

But, I just wanted to tell all of you that I might not be posting on Tumblr anymore, or at least not has much.

I’ve been going through some anxiety and self doubt issues with my art lately. Or even for many months. Which I’ve stopped posting for my mental health. That’s why you guys haven’t really seen many art posts from me.

I just felt like I was in some kind of art block. Where all I drew was Cars and Finland art, which I still do like to draw, but I just felt like it was kinda stopping me from making original pieces I actually wanted to do. Adding to the fact was going interest into different fandoms, and kinda losing interest in the Cars fandom.

So, I took a break from posting in order to try and experiment many things without the pressure of people liking or hating it. But, I now feel like I’m at a right place of mind to start posting original pieces. However, I want to start doing it on a different platform due to this account mostly being covered of Finland stuff I kinda want to move away from.

So, I’m now moving onto Instagram. I might not be posting so often, as I’m still trying to get some confidences to post again because I do want many people to see my art. You guys have no idea how much you make me smile with your reblogs, likes, and comments that I can’t even put into words. Having many of you loving art pieces I didn’t even personally like lol. So, it mean so much to me for many people to see my other art too.

NSP BABY!!

In 2009, NSP (aka Ninja Sex Party) was formed by band members Daniel Avidan and Brian Wecht. They both play as characters (in order) Danny Sexbang and Ninja Brian. Danny Sexbang is an erotic idiot who is always trying to hook up with women in funny ways in ALL of the songs, while Ninja Brian is a homicidal murder. Their goal is to rock on with the power of comedy music (mostly about sex or dinosaur laser fights, you never know 🤷)

There are a total of 11 albums (4 of which are cover albums and 1/4 of those are a cover album of their old songs) so far. NSFW (2009), Strawberries And Cream (2013), Attitude City (2015), Under The Covers (2016), Under The Covers Volume II (2017), Cool Patrol (2018), Under The Covers Volume III (2019), The Prophecy (2020), Level Up (2021), The Very, Very, Very, Very Classy Acoustic Album (Also in 2021) and the upcoming album These Nuts (In March 2024).

All of their non-cover albums (so far) have hit #1 on the Comedy Album charts (and have reached #17 on the Billboard 200 around 2018). They’ve even performed on Conan (a late night show that ran from 2010-2021) with the song, Danny Don’t You Know (the BEST song in my opinion by NSP EVER, Cool Patrol) with the Cool As Heck Version (the censored version).

100-Question Durge Ask Game: Answered

The words weren't flowing today and my focus was too jittery to read, so I filled out Durge Ask Game 10th Edition instead. I know it's not the proper way to do things, but it was this or watching my in-laws play sportsball videogames and this was significantly more entertaining.

@daemon-in-my-head I had already finished when I sent that ask...but I was fucking mortified by what I had done and saved it in my drafts instead of posting. It took about two hours including intermittent breaks for doom scrolling. 😅

For clarity I'm referring to pre-tadpole as just Durge because he had five different names for every day of the week, whereas post-tadpole is Rune.

1) Any major physical changes? Any impairments? What are they and when did it happen?

As a whole Durge is basically a fancy flesh golem. He's not a shapeshifter like Orin, but pre-tadpole he practically lived behind the disguise-self spell. For the few people who got to see his actual face, he looks like an elf, or at least a half-elf, provided they don't too hard. Skin the color of a decaying corpse, black eyes, teeth that came from at least four different creatures. He's covered in scars in all shapes and sizes and kind of looks like he was pieced together like a cheap leather coat. Much like a tiefling, he's an obligate carnivore.

2) Post-Tadpole Durge is pretty messed up, what does past Durge think of these changes? Do they think it won't matter as they'll still be daddy's favourite assassin even with a head injury?

Pre-tadpole Durge would probably kill Rune out of ableist pity. Rune is suffering from speech aphasia, migraines, chronic pain, dissociative episodes, and damaged bones/musculature in his hands. The memory loss has also exacerbated some pre-existing conditions, like dietary restrictions not being met. Anxiety and depression have been cranked to eleven, self-worth is at rock bottom, self-control is all but gone.

3) Out of all the companions, which one would've been an easy victim for past Durge and why?

Gale, probably. Soft, friendly, easy to get in his good graces, but powerful enough that Durge wouldn't want to try to take him in an even fight. And Gale is probably the least inclined of the party to just straight up kill someone.

4) Would any companions have had any chances with past Durge? Who and why?

Astarion, full stop. They knew each other and Durge felt like Astarion would be a welcome addition to his stabby family.

5) What sort of 'real world' clothingstyle would past durge have loved? Are they the type to join a subculture like punk, goth, etc. (Aesthetically at least)?

Durge is a social chameleon, so really all of them. But given the choice he'd be wearing a three-piece suit. Rune is less picky and would probably wear whatever he could find in dark colors at goodwill. Jeans that mostly fit and a t-shirt with the sleeves cut off.

6) Speaking of clothes, streetwear or formal clothes?

Durge prefers formal all the way. He wants to make an impression. Rune doesn't care as long as it is comfortable.

7) Durge is old money incarnate, but what do they think of new money? Did their view change after their homemade lobotomy or meeting a young man with a quick and easy smile?

Durge thought the concept of social climbing was fascinating and watched Gortash's evolution like an experiment. Rune has little concept of money or wealth.

8) What's their aesthetic like? Describe it to me. Or better yet, hand over the link to that Pinterest mood board we all know exists (at least in theory, go do it).

Vulture culture at its finest. Bones and shiny things.

9) Any favourite flower? Did they actually decorate things with it or was it a secret hidden pleasure? Do they maybe just like the symbolism, smell, what have you?

Durge had a garden where he grew useful flowers and plants. He liked foxgloves in particular, though there was no special reasoning behind it. Rune has no feelings one way or the other.

10) Did they ever get to enjoy receiving gifts? From whom and which one was their favourite?

Not really. Gifts always come with strings attached and those that don't aren't actually meant for him, they're meant for someone's fictionalized view of him. Even Stillmaker was mostly unwanted and only accepted, strings and all, because it was useful. He did, however, collect trinkets brought to him by crows.

11) Hot or cold foods?

Hot.

12) Do they drink? Which is their favourite liquor? In what situation would they prefer a nice glass of a little something?

They drink, but don't feel any particular way about it. Alcohol is useful for social posturing.

13) How entitled is Durge on a scale of 1 to 'gods favourite little gorebaby deserves the world (or its end)'?

Probably at the lower end of the scale. Too much internalized guilt.

14) Favourite body part? And of whom?

He likes teeth in all shapes and sizes. Hyoid bones. 

15) Can durge ride a horse? Did they sneak around the cities rules pertaining the ownership of horses?

Yes. He grew up on a farm, but he doesn't own a horse of his own. He rode on most occasions when he had to leave Baldur's Gate. Rune may or may not remember.

16) Bribing or threats, which is their preferred method? (Murder excluded)

Depends on the day, though he leans more towards bribery. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

17) Bhaal, of course, has his favourite colours, but which colour is your Durges absolute favourite? Did it change after their brain was messed with? Can they even see colours?

He prefers a relatively monochromatic colors. Grays, dark reds, midnight blues, deep plums. His favorite color is similar to hex code #2a4d6b (dark steel-blue)

18) Their love language? Did anyone ever experience it in the past? Did they survive it?

Murder. Acts of service. Gortash and Astarion are both still alive-ish at the start of the game, so it wasn't always deadly.

19) Did they ever consider leaving the gate? What for and where would they go?

He has no particular desire to leave until his work is done. It's not home, exactly, but it's easier form a stronghold when not roving the countryside like a bandit.

20) Did they maybe even leave the Gate in the past? Why or why not? What kept them there or drove them away?

He's traveled a bit. He's been to Waterdeep and Elturel at least once, though had no desire to stay.

21) Bhaal despises hope, but what does Durge think of it? Is it fun to play with? A lil bit of sadism never hurt somebody or do they despise it too?

He won't give them the hope that they'll survive, but he will give them the hope that it will be painless. Durge doesn't play with his food unless someone has particularly stoked his ire. He feels he's acting out of kindness, that whatever horrific acts he's committing are for the greater good. In his twisted little psyche he's not evil and people should be thanking him for their deaths. 

22) What's their favourite crime? Excluding murder of course, pick another one beside that.

It's relatively minor, especially in the grand scheme of Durges, but busking without a permit.

23) Did they carry money around with them or was their name enough to pay for anything they'd desire (or the explicit death threats they'd mumble)?

They carried money. It was easier to buy silence.

24) The temple has a lending library. Did Durge use it too? What was their favourite genre or did they stay far, far away from books?

Durge loved to read and had a particular fascination with the rites and histories of other gods. Rune can read if he tries really really hard, but it's extremely slow going and gives him a headache.

25) City or village? What would they choose if they were given the choice?

Durge prefers the city. Rune wants a hovel in the woods with no one around for miles.

26) Durge is well spoken and presumably well read as well. Who taught them? Did they attend an academy?

Learned a bit at home before the incident, just enough to help handle inventories and read recipes. All the rest was learned at the temple and through determination.

27) At one point or another Durge had friends. What were they like? What was Durge's position in the friend group?

Durge was a social chameleon who was a lot of things to a lot of people, but there were very, very few he considered friends. Thomas was loveable if weird and would befriend just about anyone who spoke with him. Sterling was gruff and ran his band of thieves and cutthroats with an iron fist. Lily was a kind, grandmotherly figure who knew all of the neighborhood gossip. But he could count on one hand the number of people who knew him and he kept them all carefully separate.

28) Did they ever attend a street fair or similar city festivities? Did they enjoy it? What was their favourite part?

Durge loved festivals. So many people, so many emotions. Plus it was an excuse to be a bit goofy. Rune would hate them.

29) Did they ever attend a ball or banquet? Run me through their typical evening at one of these 'parties' and tell me whether they hated or reveled in it.

Durge hated them. He hated them with a fiery, burning passion. It was always a congregation of the worst of the worst and very rarely was he allowed to let his control slip. Rune would also hate them.

30) Which of the seven deadly sins would represent them best? Also pride is banned from the list, pick a 2nd one that would fit instead (listen I know y'alls Durges)

Envy, pride barely even factors into it.

31) Gambling? Yes, no, are they good at it?

Occasionally. He isn't great, but will absolutely cheat like a motherfucker. Rune is even worse, but may have a better poker face

32) Cigarette baron lord Enver Gortash would like to know if Durge would indulge themselves in his business or if they prefer not to? Did they try before or quit already?

Social smoker. Never buys his own, but will absolutely mooch.

33) What's one unique trait that you think really sets them apart from other Durges? It may be physical, mental, a worldview or a part of their backstory.

He genuinely doesn't believe he's evil. If you take away the murder and cannibalism he'd probably be chaotic good.

34) Flowery, sweet or spicy scents? Not to say, perhaps, musky?

He's fascinated by smells and tends to equate them to emotions and abstract concepts. His favorites are sharp and angry. Teak, cedar, steel, clove, etc. 

35) Melee or ranged? Arcane? Sketchy deals in a dark ally? (Fighting style, I mean fighting styles.)

Dual wield daggers or bare hands. He likes being close. But he's also flexible. Magic? Sure. Poison? Why not. Big fuck-off axe? Great. Whatever it takes to get the job done.

36) About the author; do you love them in a 'oh my precious baby' sort of way or rather 'I'm so sorry for what I'm about to do to you' way?

I'm sorry for what I'm about to do to you.

37) Do they like fish? Baldur's Gate is a port city, I'd imagine they've tried it at least.

He'll eat it, but they don't particularly care for it.

38) Also can they swim? How did they even learn it?

Yes. He lives in a port city at the mouth of a giant river. There were a few incidents that were literally sink or swim so he learned which.

39) Heat. How do they deal with it? Do they deal with it? What's their body temperature like, as in warmer, colder, perfect average? His body temperature runs unnervingly low. If given the option he'd nap on a rock in the sun like a lizard.

40) If you have any other ocs, do they exist in the same universe and did they ever meet Durge? What was it like and if they didn't, what would it be like? Would anyone survive?

Tav exists in this version of the universe. They've met. Larian made a browser-game about it. It didn't end well for either of them. They're still causing trouble for each other post-tadpole, Tav has just assumed a new name.

41) Dragons, Bhaal, Bane and Gortash love em. How about Durge? Are they somehow incorporated in their design?

Nothing particularly dragony, no. Maybe some teeth or a bone here or there. Bhaal just picked his favorite bits and pieces and slapped them together like a weird sculpture when making him.

42) What's a trait they have that you could never, ever guess from the way they look?

He really, really likes animals. Not just to eat. Rune collects animal friends like a Disney princess. Durge just had a murder of crows that he fed at the park.

43) Children, yes, no, how many, what's the best way to prepare them?

There is a lot to unpack in this one, though most is going to be answered in fic-format eventually. Want kids? No absolutely not. Full stop. He's meant to end life not create it. Have kids? None living. Like kids? Indifferent, but typically friendly toward them. Favorite Recipe? There is this apple-based glaze……… 

44) Abdirak my baby girl, what would their interactions have looked like? Did they ever meet pre tadpole? What is the gore baby thinking about the lady of pain's priest?

Still not sure if they've ever met before, but Durge would have absolutely LOVED to have an in depth discussion about religion with him. Maybe find some meditations on pain that helped with self-control.

45) Can Durge drive a carriage? Are they good at it? Would anybody survive if they were in control?

Nobody would survive. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

46) Night owl or early bird?

They sleep so little that the answer is both. But it's easier to work at night.

47) Also, open book or mysterious stranger?

Yes to both. Durge is an open book that is easy to read in the beginning, but the pages get harder to turn the further you get. The last pages are glued together. Rune wears his heart on his sleeve.

48) Pants or skirts/robes? And I mean this for every durge regardless of gender.

Given a choice, always pants. But choices aren't always available.

49) Top 3 favourite past times, cannibalism and vivisections excluded.

Music, reading, and people-watching (in the park, in the street, in their home at night while they are sleeping). Rune just seems to stare into the middle distance and snarl like a feral dog.

50) Do they do their own laundry or is it Scels job? How many shirts have been ruined by Scels hands already?

He is very possessive and doesn't like people handling his belongings, even something as trivial as laundry.

51) What do they prefer to be addressed as? Their name, title, nickname, pronouns or just as 'you'?

Another complicated answer. They prefer to not be addressed at all, but usually just nod and say "yup that's my name now". There are certain names and titles he hates less than others. If he had to choose The Inevitable would probably be his favorite. Chance and Rune are special. He actively hates Keres and denies Asphodel ever existed. Crane, Lily, Sterling, Thomas, etc are all masks he wears. He doesn't feel any particular way about them, though it makes him uneasy when certain people use them.

52) Open and honest duels, or back handed trickery? What do they prefer?

Surprise attack, roll with advantage.

53) Art gallery, opera or hunting tournament? Let's just play pretend those exist.

54) Are they more of a sweet tooth, do they love it savoury or do they prefer their mouth burning from the hot spice? Perhaps they just prefer a neutral taste?

Savory. He's got dietary restrictions that prevent him from branching too far.

55) Did the gazette ever print an article about them (or their deeds), what's the headline and what did they feel about it?

Amusement. Typically it was a page-six type of article filled rumors or gossip. He's the embodiment of the black-eyed children urban legend.

56) Outdoors or stay at home kinda person?

Durge typically wants to be out with a crowd. Rune doesn't much care as long as it's quiet.

57) Did they ever hear about the great Wizard of Waterdeep, Mystra's Chosen and if they did, how? What do they think of him then vs now.

Probably, but it was discarded as currently irrelevant information.

58) Was it them who came up with the cipher or Gortash?

Gortash. Who likely also didn't come up with it and just stole it from somewhere.

59) Story behind their name? Is there any story?

Originally he was named after the flowers that were blooming where he was found. Astarion has now named him twice. Gortash named him once. He dislikes the name Gortash gave him, but can't quite explain why and has never mentioned it.

60) Their most treasured memory with Orin? Why do they treasure it? Love, spite, sibling rivalry win?

He got to teach her how to properly use blades. Taught her sword forms, how to properly clean a carcass, how to maintain her weapons, and he was proud of how quickly she took to most of it. She hated cleaning and sharpening her tools, though.

61) Dear creators, would you like for your own Durge to meet the Durge of another creator? How would that look like? Who would survive?

I can't pick. There are so many cool ones. Most would probably snap Rune in half like a twig, though. 

62) Hats. Yes, no, why? Took too long styling their hair? Everyday is bad hair day?

Preferably not, but a lot of times it can't be avoided. It's a sensory nightmare.

63) The sweet sweet smell of gore, we've all heard about it. But is it really sweet to them? Or does it just smell like metal and rot?

It smells like metal and rot. But it also smells like dinner.

64) Did they debate stealing anything else from Mephistopheles vault while already down there? If so, what item was it and what can it do? (Maks up some stuff)

There were a lot of sharp and shiny things, but it all went tits up about half way through and there was no time for detours.

65) Their sign(s)?

66) Jealousy, is it a problem, could they care any less?

Jealous? Not really. Possessive? Like a dog peeing on a fire hydrant. You can borrow his things, but never forget that they are his.

67) Speaking off, did they have any partners before the whole tadpole in their brain bit? If not was there a reason?

Durgetash is already canon in this version of the universe. He was also desperately fascinated with Astarion and his siblings. 

68) Pretty much 99% of the nobility and political leaders in Baldur's Gate is corrupt. What did they think of it? Did they enjoy the infighting and maybe took advantage of it?

Absolutely took advantage to make an obscene amount of money. Though only half of the jobs paid in coin. Anything conducted on Gortash's behalf was paid in weapons.

69) Worgs or Gnolls, which species is their favourite?

Gnolls.

70) Have they ever been imprisoned? Why, by whom, how fast did they escape?

Yes. Though usually it just served as a time-out when he couldn't play nice with Gortash. Made a scene at a nice event? Time out. Killed a person Gortash was trying to make a deal with? Time out. Light stabbing over dinner? Time out. It got worse as time went on, Durge got meaner with age.

It's a coin toss as to whether Durge would blend in perfectly or be incarcerated in the first ten minutes. Alone and without medical intervention Rune would sleep in subway stations until he snapped and ate someone's face. With assistance he'd probably become a semi-functional member if society.

72) They don't exist in Faerûn, but hypothetically speaking, which TV show/series would be their absolute favourite?

Durge would really love documentaries of all shapes and sizes. Rune would like trivia-based gameshows even though he'd never have the right answers.

73) What's their usual mood/state of mind like? Happy, focused, grim, about to snap someone's neck from irritation?

Happy on the surface, constant inner guilt and turmoil.

74) Graveyards, a nice place to hang out or a crime scene to be avoided? Did post tadpole Durge ever discover a gravestone dedicated to them?

There's at least six of them. Hell, there's a statue in The Wide, though it has a face that makes his skin crawl.

The smaller they are the more he can have. Durge really likes birds. Rune doesn't care as long as they're soft

Gortash knows, Kethric doesn't as far as me knows.

77) Also, did they know that the others would probably betray them? Did they perhaps even prepare for it already, or were they oddly naive enough to trust them?

He had a feeling Orin's betrayal was coming, but he had a feeling that Gortash would be more agreeable once there was nothing left to rule over.

Durge loved jewelry. He typically leaned towards silver. His favorite was a pair of earrings made of Orin's baby teeth. Rune adores his Ring of Resistance to Ants and he's going to turn Timber's skull into a necklace. 

79) What languages does Durge speak? Is there any interesting story as to how they've learned them?

He knows common and abyssal. He learned Abyssal thanks to his father (in Minsc and Boo's Journal of Villainy, The Slayer's statblock has abyssal as a known language). He also casts speak with animals without thinking.

80) What went through your head when you crafted these little Durge doll, dear creator? Are they a self inserted of sorts or as far removed from you as possible?

He has become the projection of my traumas and insecurities, just cranked up to eleven and with an extra dose of malice.

81) What do they think of bugs and arachnids? Annoying, gross, fun little creatures? How do they treat one of these things when they see them?

Bugs are fun. He'll clean up empty cobwebs and move living spiders to more prime locations. Rune is about to become the father of four phase spiders.

82) Sleeping. Do they do that? Do they avoid it? Are they generally unable to for one reason or another?

Avoid at all costs, both pre and post tadpole. Durge would stay awake until he was hallucinating and couldn't properly hold a weapon because there was too much to do. Rune is afraid to sleep because he horrified by the things lurking in the dark corners of his mind.

83) Coffee or tea and why?

It's a rare day that he says no to a hot beverage of any kind. He prefers tea because there is so much variety.

84) Realistically speaking, would Durge be able to sit down long and still enough for a portrait or would they move within 5 minutes tops? Any reason for that?

There have been at least two portraits. He burned one. Last he knew the other was locked in a vault he couldn't access in the counting house.

85) Would your durge like you? Why or why not? Would it depend on whether it's pre or post tadpole and would it change if they knew you're the reason for what happened to them?

Durge would probably leave me alone. Rune would almost certainly kill me if no one else was around. If they knew I was the author of their discontent they would both absolutely kill me.

86) Most Durges have piercings, tattoos or both. What's the story behind them? What's the story behind the lack thereof?

Two piercings in the lobe of each ear. No tattoos, but scars everywhere. Most of the scars are a running tally of murder. The rest are accidents, surgery, Kressa's delightful vivisection and, underneath it all, are a faint patchwork like his skin is made from different scraps and pieces.

87) Durge needs to spend a day with someone and they aren't allowed to simply murder their companion. What would they do instead? How would they spend that day?

Durge would go somewhere fun, preferably with music and dancing. Rune would go for a long, silent walk in the woods.

88) How do they wear their hair? What's their preferred style? Did their hair go thru any kind of changes, whether length or texture, at any point during their story?

Durge's hair is short, black, and impeccably groomed, though the color, length, texture and style vary wildly depending on his face. Rune's hair is black, unkempt, and looks like he cut it with a dull knife and no mirror because that's exactly what he did.

89) What's the easiest way to piss them off? Interrupt them when they're focused, wake them from a nap, ignore them?

Touching. Do not touch him if you want to keep your hands. Rune is only marginally less stabby about it.

90) Old blood gets crusty, a feeling most don't particularly enjoy. How do they deal with the plethora of blood and viscera they often face?

Durge spent an inordinate amount of time and money in bathhouses under many different names and faces. It was a good place to pick up useful gossip and bathing was practically a second religion. 

91) Does Durge have a loud voice or are they always asked to repeat what they said because nobody audibly understood em?

Durge typically wasn't particularly loud, but he was well spoken and liked using five dollar words. Rune has trouble stringing two words together.

92) Nail Polish. Yes, no, what colour, do they get someone else to do it for them? Do they even take care of their nails are they crusty and each one has a different length?

No nail polish. Despite looking (mostly) like an elf he has claws closer to a tiefling. Durge took rather meticulous care of them, Rune's are shattered and broken.

94) Dried fish/meat and jerky, apparently a really hot debate, but where does Durge fall? Do they like it, do they detest it, do they have a secret stash hidden somewhere?

Jerky is fine. It's better than fish, but only just.

95) Hyperfixation. Yes, no, what topic has their mind in a chokehold and how much do they enjoy info dumping?

As I mentioned above, he's fascinated by other religions. Specifically their funerary rites.

96) What's their personality type? Talking about the '16 Personalities' test.

Not doing this one. These personality tests give me anxiety.

97) How many blankets and pillows are in their bed at any given moment? Just one set for them to catch a bit of rest or is it more akin to a fabric fortress with comfy things galore? Any teddies?

Small bed with about thirty million blankets. All mismatched, nothing particularly fancy.

98) What's their sexual/romantic orientation? Do they themselves know? Do they simply not care as they're too busy being gods favourite little flesh baby?

Gender and physical appearance play no part in their attraction to someone. Durge likes them sharp and angry and willing to not touch him goddamned ever. Rune just wants someone who doesn't flinch when he looks at them, who will maybe pat him on the head and tell him that they can see he's trying.

98) Their favourite piece of clothing? Any story behind it or is it just too darn comfortable?

Durge will never admit it, even on pain of death, but he stole a nightshirt from Gortash once. Rune really likes the tattered blanket he's turned into a cloak, mostly because it's warmish.

99) Wild card - tell us a story, fact, idea you'd like to share about Durge or their creation.

Rune only happened because of a co-op playthrough with my spouse. It was a double-Tav party but their Tav was malicious. The initial spark for the whole thing was when I was talking to Timber and they came over and just punted her into a tree. As Tav. I really, really wanted to see what it would be like if an objectively evil Tav recruited a Resist-Durge, especially if they had history together.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am you've been going through the issues you've had. As a trans feminine myself, I have dysphoria a lot. I'm glad you were able to work through your weight loss and mental issues as well. I am just starting out in my transgender journey, so anyone who I see that has similar issues, I'm very interested. I guess I do have a couple questions. Did you always know you were trans? How did you know it was the right time to come out? I have great respect for you and any other trans people who can overcome their fears and anxiety and show the world who they are. I also have another question. Are you asexual? I have seen some of your ace posts on here before, and I just wondered. I also noticed that recently you haven't posted as many ace posts as you have in the past. I too think I may be ace, and I'm always looking for guidance and information. If you are, did you always know? I'm not really sure if I am or not. Why does this all have to be so confusing! Sorry for the slow response, I've had a ton of stuff going on the past week. And I'm always happy to answer any questions. I definitely did not always know I was trans, but that was mostly because I didn't know that was a thing. I didn't have any knowledge about the terms or anything like that. Once I did realize, I also realized how obvious it should've been that I was trans. I felt I was ready to come out when I was confident that I was actually trans. I am lucky in that I've always had a good relationship with my family, and they all supported me (not without a few bumps on the way). I think I'm asexual... I'm not really positive on that tbh. I'm kinda leaning towards me being potentially like greysexual. For me sex is nice to have but I don't really feel the need to have it very much. And I've noticed I have times where I just hyperfocus on figuring out if I'm asexual or not, and that's when I tend to post asexual related posts. I wish it wasn't as confusing as it is. I'm happy to answer any questions you might have to the best of my ability. I've been transitioning for 3 years now so I feel like I can share information on that. At the same time this also all still feels very new to me in a way lol. So at the very least I'll do my best 😅

Okay I'm no expert here (I've been writing for roughly 3 months 😅), so I'd just take it easy on yourself and don't push yourself. I know it's the typical advice that everyone gives you, but it really works. Sometimes we try to push ourselves too much when our brains are not cooperating and compare ourselves to others, but just remember that you're not "too slow" - there are people that are faster and there are others that are slower and that's completely okay! Just take all the time you need and enjoy the journey as much as you can <3

Also, if what you're struggling is with low creativity, I really recommend doing one of those ask games and letting people request different prompts! I started doing the kiss prompts (you can find the original post here if you're interested) when I lost motivation for my fic and they actually helped me SO much. I thought I had absolutely no creativity, but then someone requested a number for whatever ship and I got so many ideas. Like that list, there so many around here on tumblr, I'm pretty sure you can find something that will help you :). And, if you don't want to ask people or something you can still use the prompts anyway! Just search for some, think of a ship you like and let your imagination fly 🩷

Idk if this means in fics or just in general but I guess it depends? I do like little surprises like when someone randomly gives you a gift or smth like that, but when it comes to big surprises like a surprise birthday party... It's not like I hate it or something and I really appreciate the effort (I myself have organized quite a few surprise parties for my friends), but those kind of situation give me so much anxiety and I prefer to mentally prepare myself before, so if you throw me a surprise party (a successful one that I don't expect At All) I'll probably have an anxiety attack lmao 😭

BUT when it comes to books/fics (or movies/series as well), I do love surprises. I guess it's mostly because I'm generally good at guessing how they're going to end, so I love when there's some plot twists that I didn't see coming hehe

Called the White House but have leave them an e-message (their word not mine) but I'll be off to that next.

Pretty much saying they have to cut off aid of any kind to Israel. Especially in light of murders of 7 WCK aidworkers! Because their deaths are horrible enough, but we all know it about so much more. It's just another step in the genocide of Palestinian people! Netanyahu and the Israelis are doing this on World stage and no one is stopping them. We all know if my country, the US cut off all aid to Israel that would send a very clear message. As much maybe this shouldn't be so it would change other countries from sending Israel aid also!!

So if enough of use basically annoye our Senators, Congress people, the President! More likely it is they do something. Remember this is an election year!! We have the power. If everyone could stand up against Vietnam War, we such as fuck can stand up against the war in Israel! We all know the Palestinian people need our help, the world's help!!

Sooo it's super easy, most of the time you're going to talk to voice mail. I write what I wanted to say on note book on phone first. I have a tendency to get tongue tied when i'm nervous. Mostly if a real person answered...lol 😅

If you're not sure who you're Congress person and Senator are you can Google then for your state. Senators cover your whole state so that's the easy one. Congress people are by what district you're in, but I got you covered just go to house.gov, enter your zip and will give the info. Now with it was little harder for me because I literally live on a congressional districts line so two different Congress men could been mine, so it may ask for your address, which they did with me and it figured out which side of line I was on I got corrected Congress men's name. It 5 mins max to figure it, if that.

If you do get a person on by any chance just be polite, you ask to speak to Senator or Congress person but usually 10 out of 10 chances you're going to get their busy, not there, in meetings, so on... So just ask to leave a message always give them your name and way to contact you so they know your a real voter and not some nut. I've found that's always a good thing in this situation (don't worry they going do anything with it) just think the amount of these kind of messages they take a day! Then just read out what you write out what write down on note book. I also like that it makes me sound more put together 😉

There you go. I just wanted to put this out there for anyone that's never done this before might be nervous or anxious and it's holding you back. Calling Senator and Congress person office for first or for me every time scary and cause my anxiety to shot up. But then I do it and it's all good and feel 💯 better for doing it.

Our forefathers were definitely not the best examples of kind men to idolize. They were horribly flawed, slave owners, racist, did have issues with different religions and I can go on. Their ideals which I do believe were with the best of intentions are what our country is built on. There not all bad. I believe in we the people. Government for people by the people. We're all create equal. We all have right life, liberty, happiness, and freedom. I believe for everyone, everywhere. No their government doesn't have like ours (thank goodness). We especially should never allow any country to get away with genocide and look the way. We didn't in WWII. Even though we're not in this War with Israel as on the ground fighting, we're still in it by giving aid. But now the US giving aid to the enemy. If this was 1943, we'd basically giving aid to Hitler! That's never going to ok!
