you know what could be an interesting warriors au?

everything is the same until the battle in the darkest hour. scourge defies starclan's prophecy and takes all of firestar's lives, but lionclan still wins with all 4 clans on one side. whitestorm becomes leader, barely hanging onto life after the fight with bone. he's not well but thunderclan doesn't have anyone else to step up as leader.

i can't remember if greystripe officially comes back to thunderclan by that point, but with his best friend dead, he chooses to go with riverclan to be with his kits.

i thought of this au simply to spite the erins for that whitestorm wasn't even that old (he's considered a senior at 6 years old while his cousin mistystar lives to 15? like, okay.). also because he deserves it. his family is gone and cursed so he puts it right. perhaps his three children get more important roles as well.

IDK if this is an unpopular opinion but: If Firestar remained the way he was in the first series, he would've figured out the three were leafpools and he would have been extremely supportive of his daughter. Because he supported Bluestar and Greystripe. So shut up canon.

Also also, He shouldn't have been a leader. I love how it closes his character arc, BUT it should have been whitestorm.

an interesting take on firestar not becoming leader! i think a whitestar au would be very interesting but i’m also a big fan of firestar slowly coming to represent the abusive systems that put him in place as leader so i’m torn

Also I always thought Whitestorm was like, a senior warrior on the edge of retirement by the Darkest Hour, and all the others were younger, but... like... Lionheart and Goldenflower were basically the age of Bluestar? Tigerclaw was older than Whitestorm? Goldenflower is at least a year older than Tigerclaw?

Healer Ravenpaw (Part 6)

Double Update!!! LETS GO!!!!

Ravenwhisper returns to camp with everyone else, learning of Bluefur's demise and of her kits she'd had with Oakheart

Fireheart reveals he'd known about the secret for a while now and seeks some comfort with Ravenwhipser

Whitestorm discusses wether to take Goldenflower or Fireheart as his deputy, both insisting the other deserved the position more

Ravenwhisper takes Whitestorm to get his nine lives and they both have a vision of a bone pile that gets drowned by a wave of blood

Fireheart is eventually decided to be the new deputy with Goldenflower going back to becoming a queen

Thornclaw, Ashfur and Ferncloud are all made warriors(Ash and Fern because of their help with he dog) and Lostface is renamed Brightheart

Ravenwhisper saves Sorrelkit after Darkstripe attempts to kill her, claiming innocent when accused of doing such a thing

Sorrelkit recovers and explains what happened, confirming Dakrstripe tried to kill her so Darkstripe is exiled

At the next gathering Tigerstar announces that RiverClan and ShadowClan have merged into one clan and invites ThunderClan and WindClan to join them, both rejecting the offer

Bramblepaw comes to Ravenwhisper explaining that Tawnypaw was upset because Smallear snapped at her

Fireheart is worried about Graystripe and the half-clan cats so they sneak into RiverClan to check on them

They witness Stonefur's execution and Silverstream attempting to stop them but getting beaten down

Fireheart and Ravenwhisper manage to save Graystripe, Silverstream, Mistyfoot, Featherpaw, and Stormpaw

Tawnypaw has gone missing and her trail leads to ShadowClan

Ravenwhisper and Fireheart comfort Bramblepaw, stating they won't let anything bad happen to him

Sandstorm finally confronts Fireheart and Ravenwhisper about their relationship and decides to not tell anyone and the three start a secret poly relationship

WindClan is attacked by TigerClan and Gorsepaw along with Tallstar are killed(Tallstar still has a life though and asks Fireheart and Whitestar for an alliance to take down Tigerstar)

ThunderClan prepares for a war, doing extra training and reinforcements to the camp

WindClan and ThunderClan meet with TigerClan where Tigerstar reveals he's made an alliance with BloodClan

This alliance goes poorly when Scourge kills Tigerstar and warns the clans to leave the forest to BloodClan or die

WindClan agrees to stand alongside ThunderClan to fight for the forest and they both agree to prepare

RiverClan and ShadowClan both agree to help fight for the forest as well and they agree to stand together against BloodClan

Ravenwhisper, Fireheart and Sandstorm share a nest the night before the battle, stating if it was their last night alive they would share it together

The four clans arrive ready to face off against BloodClan and Ravenwhisper stands with the other healers, ready to tend to any injured during the battle

Fireheart nearly dies during the battle but manages to kill Scourge in the end, finishing the battle as BloodClan flees upon seeing their leader slain

The clans all collect themselves and the healers tend the most heavily inured while the deputies check to see if everyone is accounted for and the dead collected in preparation to be brought home

Ravenwhisper and Fireheart share a look and see how far they've come since they were apprentices before Sandstorm butts in and gives Fireheart a bit ol kiss

The clans are free from tyrant leaders and BloodClan and make a vow to one another to live the next few seasons in peace

Ok, so I honestly love this au. @nappingpaperclip

So first, Rusty gets a prophecy from Starclan to go to the forest where he’ll meet someone who will help him and who he will help, so he does.

Instead of being attacked by Graypaw; he is needed by Spottedleaf and Bluestar who both got a prophecy that had to do with Fire and a entity at the end of the forest, where they explore and find Rusty.

They of course immediately invite him into the clan where he trains as a medicine cat apprentice under Spottedleaf. He is a quick learner and often is super helpful and has one of the strongest connections with Starclan. (Even stronger then Jayfeather)

He does still find Yellowfang but treats her wounds and brings her back to camp and treats her more with the permission of Bluestar.

He also knows before they tell him that both Bluestar and Yellowfang had kits with toms that they weren’t supposed to and sees a chance to do something… but what is it?

He often is picked on by other apprentices for being a kitty pet and a medicine cat. He isn’t friends with Graypaw but with Ravenpaw. Who Firepaw sees his trauma and lies to Bluestar saying Starclan said that Ravenpaw is better with having a different mentor where Bluestar excepts this and makes Mousefur his mentor.

He then has a prophecy saying ‘A scarred face will strike, kits will squeal and death will unfold’ which is Clawface and Spottedleaf with the kits: this prevents Spottedleaf getting killed but she does get wounded and Firepaw is easy to tell cats what to do when the kits are still taken and are able to get them back.

Firepaw then learns about Tigerclaw and how he killed Redtail and tell Bluestar. Bluestar is at first hesitant at believing Firepaw but remembers that his prophecies are never wrong, so she exiles Tigerclaw, though Firepaw knows that’s not enough.

Also, Cinderpelt doesn’t become a medicine cat! Cause by this time Tigerclaw was already exiled so couldn’t lure her. Nor was she Fire’s apprentice as he’s still an apprentice himself.

Spottedleaf and Yellowfang take Firepaw to the moonstone! Naming him Firesight for his way in seeing prophecies so clearly and how strong his connection is with Starclan.

Later, he gets a prophecy saying ‘your kin will spill blood, the blood of a tiger, but blood of innocents will run before there will be peace.’ - The bloodclan battle of course

He explains this to his mentors and they are shocked as they never expected this.

Hehe fire time

The fire forest happens but kills Bramblekit cause Firesight had to lead and help cats to get to the Sunningrocks. Goldenflower does get greatly burned cause she went to find him but found him already dead and ran back. Yellowfang and that one elder does still die and now the only medicine cats are Spottedleaf and Firesight

Duh duh duhhhh SPOTTEDLEAF DIESSS! Instead of Brindleface dying by Tigerclaw to get the dogs the taste of cat blood, he kills Spottedleaf when she’s collecting herbs! It wasn’t to long when his other den mate died but now Firesight is alone. Bluefur was filled with grief BUT did make everyone warriors so Swiftpaw doesn’t die stupidly and Brightpaw doesn’t get torn to shreds.

Also, Whitestorm is deputy is I never mentioned that? Or Sandstorm- up to you!

Blue star still dies from drowning, but isn’t saved by Firesight so her body drowns! Swiftfang is the one to be saved by Bluestar instead of Firesight while he’s back at sunningrock taking care of everyone

Ima skip saying Bloodclan battle was won. Sandstar or Whitestar took them down with the other clans-

Firesight has a forbid with Sandstar/storm -if she doesn’t become leader- again your choice

And this is when the new medicine cat rule is made. ‘A medicine cat is permitted to have kits if they are a male or the female medicine cat who wants kits have an apprentice for the period of time when she is caring for them’

Skipping, everything in the 2nd arc goes somewhat of the same. Though Squirrel gets the prophecy sense Bramble is dead, Tawny joins her sense she’s her mate and lives in Thunderclan as she would have felt guilty leaving Goldenflower.

Rowanclaw goes instead of Tawny for Shadowclan

Feather still dies and that all happens

Firesight is able to see the 6 traveling but doesn’t relay it to anyone but his daughter and apprentice, Leafpaw who also sees this-

Bluedawn laughs lightly, "It's strange not being busy anymore. I still wake up when the sun rises expecting reports from Larkwing and Whitestorm."

She lifts her head, "I am very proud of Fireheart and Whitestar. My nephew has taken to the position well - everyone respects him and I can already see all the trust this clan has in him. And Fireheart is doing incredibly well - he stumbled but he's made it back to his paws. He's very popular with the youngsters so the next generation of ThunderClan will serve him well."

She narrows her eyes, "I haven't spent much time in the elder's den, however. Too much gossip."

Okay, so. You know how in Forest of Secrets, Tigerclaw slips on blood and loses the fight against Fireheart because of that? Well, my question is, what if Tigerclaw doesn't slip, and the fight ends in a mutual kill between Tigerclaw and Fireheart? How would events go from there?

I think I would want to see your take on it, before revealing my own take on the Mutal Kill AU.

You... you do realize you’re asking me what Warrior Cats would be without Firestar and without Tigerstar right?

Ok let’s do this.

Tigerclaw is revealed as a traitor, Fireheart and him kill each other.

There are two paths stemming from here: one in which everything is the same but Bluestar choses Whitestorm as her deputy, and one in which everything is the same but Bluestar doesn't chose any deputy. Both are plausible because, when she became paranoid, she didn't even consider Whitestorm as a non-traitor ("Cloudpaw can become an apprentice but not the others because they are the apprentices of traitors" hello Whitestorm is Brightpaw's mentor!) but on the other hand, he's her nephew and adoptive son, which was probably not decided at the time of the writing of TPB, so with this in mind she might think he's the only non-traitor this time.

Path A: Bluestar choses Whitestorm as her deputy. He cannot stop the attack against Windclan, and she loses her last life in it.

Path B: Bluestar doesn’t chose any deputy. She dies in the battle against Windclan, and Whitestorm is elected the new leader because he’s basically the only senior warrior left.

Whitestorm becomes Whitestar and the plan against the hounds is carried out. Brindleface is alive though, since Tigerstar didn't kill her. Also, I doubt he would give to the apprentices the same desperation regarding their warrior names: he might not name them right away after his ceremony, but he certainly will name them. So Swiftpaw doesn't die, and Brightheart doesn't lose her face. Let's name Swiftpaw Swiftshade for the next mentions. Also Darkstripe is still in the clan but doesn’t try to kill anyone because he doesn’t have a Tigerstar to impress.

Shadowclan choses Russetfur as their new leader after the epidemy. However, they all die out one after the other as she is as weak as the rest and doesn’t have a band of healthy misfits hunting for her. Shadowclan disappears or disbands.

Blood Clan is not brought to the forest. Mothwing and Hawkfrost are not born (and Tadpole isn’t either). Stonefur doesn’t die. Mistyfoot and him never learn Bluestar is their mother.

Sky Clan is never revived.

As the Twolegs’ are starting to destroy the forest, Brambleclaw, Crowpaw and Feathertail are sent after Midnight. Tawnypelt is still in Thunderclan.

As Swiftshade and Brightheart become mates, Tawnypelt and Cloudtail become mates too. Squirrel and Leaf paw are not born.

Riverclan refuses to move from the forest. Graystripe is catnapped and no one cares. Mousefur being deputy, there’s no need for one to stand in. Windclan and Thunderclan go to the lake. Stormfur goes with them because. He stays with Brook.

Mousefur retires, Whitestar puts Dustpelt instead of her, because there is no Leafpool to give the sign about Bramble claws.

The badgers attack. Windclan helps them fight them. Cinderpelt dies without an apprentice. Barkface himself doesn’t have one and is getting old. He starts training Spiderpaw/leg and a windclan apprentice together in order to be sure to have a next generation of medicine cats.

With the Sight, Birchfall and Whitewing gave birth to two kits. Dovewing is the third while Spiderleg has visions in his dreams and Honeyfern never loses a fight. Graystripe comes back with Millie.

In Long Shadows (i think?) Honeyfern is bitten by a snake trying to save Briarkit. She doesn’t die. The prophecy is revealed to the whole clan. Ivypaw, jealous, starts training in the dark forest. No Sky Clan means no Sol.

Tigerclaw is the king of the dark forest. But there is no Hawkfrost in it, no cat from River or Shadowclan (because like Star Clan they divided to follow the ones that are from their clan) so no Brokenstar. No Darkstripe either, the fucker’s still alive.

Honeyfern gives birth to two kits, whom she names Adderkit and Squirrelkit. Spiderleg becomes Thuderclan’s official medicine cat and later starts training Briarpaw.

Windclan and THunderclan get attacked by Mapleshade and Tigerclaw and that’s all. Both are quickly put out of their misery.

Whitestar dies at some point, is replaced by Duststar.

Yeah, not much. Sorry, there are a lot of things that change by killing off the hero and the main antagonist of the story but it only makes it duller.
