#pirates smp #bossbabe #love burning the edges of some of my pieces. but fire completely eats up newsprint (i usually use watercolor paper #which takes longer and has a more controlled burn)#i did take a pic in case he got completely devoured which. he didnt! woohoo gamer moment #of course the original goal was to tape him in my sketchbook and now all the edges r crumbling off #oh well. what a night for art science! thinner paper burns faster and is less sturdy #who wouldve thought?#a little bit scary ngl i almost burnt myself and the doll parts i have in my sink but i didnt!!#and the burns dont even look that cool either. worst part tbh #live and learn like the one sonic song i suppose #tbh i was fully expecting to upload the before and after like 'well i fucked up' so this isnt the worst outcome

still not over the fact korn murdered porsche and chay's family and then planted some lousy gambler as their guardian who ruined their lives and put them into constant debt that drove porsche to risk his health and life street fighting. it's insane. especially bc in the later episodes arthee showed a scary lack of care towards porsche, calling him naive and stupid, trying to extort him using his dead family, he did not give a shit. people don't just change like that overnight, he didn't just get evil and uncaring, that stuff was already there. and he was picked to look after two traumatized children??

korn must have done that on purpose, either to put porsche in a constantly vulnerable state he could later exploit, or to keep him busy so he'd never have the time or capacity to think too much about his family's past. there's no way he didn't know.

it really feels strange that you can just straight up not do things if you choose to. went home instead of going to a class and the gods didnt strike me down for my negligence. what the hell?
