Today something wholesome happened:

I was sitting at the bus stop crocheting to pass time and then comes this kid and sits beside me and watches me crochet and then out of the blue he says with a cute little voice: "i think you sew very good" and I was like AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA inside dying from unexpected sincere kindness and mumbled something like a "thank you" and then the bus came and i went home happy

On a walk today and passed an older man walking his dog. As he was walking he suddenly, frolicked, for a few steps. And i really thought that was wonderful. So if you are having a bad day. Imagine this man just frolicking in a moment of unfiltered joy at getting to take a walk with his furry little friend.
