Conflict Whump Challenge

A whump challenge based on this comic by Grant Snider. The prompts are the conflicts listed in the comic!

Here are some ideas to get you started, but you can do anything the prompts from the comic inspire in you--these are only suggestions!

Man vs. Nature - Environmental whump, Animal attack, Sickfic

Man vs. Society - Dystopian society, Institutionalized whump, Fugitive

Man vs. Technology - Sci-fi whump, Robots, Shock collar

Man vs. man - Kidnapping, Defiant whumpee, Forced to hurt

Man vs. Self - Struggling with recovery, Slowed down by injuries, Evil clone

There is no time limit on this challenge, it can be completed at any time at your own pace.

Whump: The Musical Prompts!!

As stated before, this challenge will run from March 1- March 31, 2024. All fandoms are welcome to participate despite it being prompts based off of musicals. Once again, all types of media are allowed. This challenge has the standard "choose one for the day" style, but feel free to do all three prompts if that's what you want to do!! BBU Community Days 2024! In April!

Thank you, BBU community, for existing! To celebrate this community and our shared universe, I'll host a second instance of the BBU Community Days.

The event is open to everyone who enjoys the BBU. You don't have to be a writer or a long time participant, or anything, it's enough to just be someone who is fascinated by the universe! There's also no need to fill in all the prompts; no completionist badge will be awarded. The only "rule" is: if you want to boost your own content, please always boost someone else's too.

This year's prompts are in parts similar to last year's, some even stayed the same due to their success and popularity. Looking forward to seeing your new takes to it.
