The implications of Darius being to the Hagsquad what Willow is to the Hexsquad is making my brain spin

Does this mean Darius was "the late bloomer that became extremely powerful"?

Or was "bullied but found a supportive peer group & eventually gained confidence"?

Or was "the muscle of the group, both with & without magic"?

"The first to realize the protagonist & love interest's feelings for each other"?

"The one that caused the slightly older dorky boy of the group (Hunter to Willow, Alador to Darius) to blush constantly"?

"SUPER passionate about their preferred magic that's naturally very talented with it"?

How about "the voice of reason but also actually Super Unhinged & always ready to kick ass"?

Or maybe they both have very similar 'end of friendship' stories with a certain A. Blight.

IT'S SO! AHHHH. Like Willow is the PERFECT choice to be the one he mirrors for the group but also ALL THE WAYS HE COULD BE HER MIRROR ARE SO INTERESTING TO THINK ABOUT. IS HE ANY OF THESE? ALL OF THEM? A MIX?

We know both are complete badasses among their peers (Willow is arguably the strongest of the group, and Darius is arguably the strongest Coven Head) but now I have so many ideas for how they could mirror each other further.

If Elias were a Reaper like his bro, I'd imagine him also having big creature familiars. Or something akin to them.

How else would things be different? Who knows. Not I.

Elias choosing to have a large familiar or two (or three, or four...) like Prof. Gaillot's dogs isn't at all out of the question, though his choice in them might end up somewhat unorthodox (and questionably legal). The fun thing about the What-If of Elias as a Reaper is that, regardless of his choice to turn down the path that would have set him to become one, he will manifest the same as any Reaper all the same. So, like Audric's flame aura and other Reapers' manifest auras, Elias would have an aura all his own! He's attuned now, but like all Veil attuned magi, he won't manifest (aura and physical) until undergoing the same uncap trials that all veil attuned magi must undergo (and all non-veil attuned magi who seek to become Eidolons, raising their magical capacity). As for what else would be different, though, despite how his aura would manifest and how his manifestation would find him-- it seems easy to say he, at least as things stand now, would be very belligerent. So very much the opposite of his brother. I've a hard time imagining him showing up to training... or work. He's got some Feelings on the whole deal, for certain. He would at the very least look very striking dressed in the Reaper uniforms... the same can be said for Maia! Her fears might not be quite so disabling if she didn't feel so utterly powerless in this world, so maybe it's a good thing her attunement ceremony back when they suspected she might be a little more Veil Inclined came back with a whopping load of Nothing. Besides, she's convinced if that had ended up being the case, she'd be saddled with some weird, useless aura, like mostly harmless shoujo bubbles. or ethereal ragweed. She'll be safe so long as the horrors of the world have seasonal allergies! But she'll also be allergic to herself, which, really, is about how she would expect it to go.

My half dryad OC, Somriel. His tree is a willow tree and I read something about gypsy moths being a frequent pest to trees in the Salix family. So I drew him with some moths. Maybe they will make an appearance in the story?

Plus during one of the chiefs game shawn levy was found talking to taylor swift and since both the show and ts had a crazy year in 2022 i dont think it would be that crazy to have her cameo in the finale as vecnas cult w other famous cameos...

also her tour end 23rd of nov in toronto and st5 filming in 22nd of dec in atlanta, so theyres a high chance she might be in it...

Plus Shawn Levy was in her all too well movie as her father (I think) so yeah, Shawn worked with her in the past.
