dear internet stop throwing pictures of beautifully toasted bagels slathered in cream cheese at me i don't have a toaster i don't have room in my teeny kitchenette for a toaster a toaster is a luxury here in japan as are bagels as is cream cheese

bagel places here that ask me "do you want that heated up" make me want to cry tears of joy even though all they mean is they're gonna stick the bagel in the microwave for ten seconds so it's slightly warm-ish but not enough to crisp up or melt the cream cheese a little

10/10 SOOO GOOD !!!!!! these were actually from a seafood boil place, my sister ordered these ! We got two sauces, ranch and bbq. Both the sauces were amazinggg and the wings were so crispy and not soggy at all !! the seasonings were great and there were hints of garlic and onion. The fries were good too ! crispy and seasoned great, tasted even more great when dipped in bbq or the seafood boil sauce ! pretty sure this was at a location called "Crafty Crab" ?

smoked some jerk drumsticks today!!! it's only my second time smoking some meats but im going to master bbq before the summer is over 😏

notes: i should've used more wood. the meat has a nice smokey taste, but it doesn't have enough of the apple wood smoke taste. the jerk seasoning i used is fine but I like my flavors to pop more. i gotta make my own season mixes again
