1. boss & secretary secret affair 2. married man hooking up with a younger girl and their relationship develops into something more, but he refuses to get a divorce because of his reputation. 3. brother's best friend fooling around with the younger sister. 4. angry make-up sex. 5. modern romeo & juliet. rivaling families with big and successful businesses set in ny or london, forbidden love affair. 6. parents adjusting to having a new born. making time for each other, having sex after the baby arrived, a seductive nanny perhaps?

plot idea: muse a is a pro athlete from a small town and their whole childhood was their parents pushing them to be the best to play at a professional level. muse b was their high school relationship but low and behold graduation came around and when muse a got offered a professional contract they chose their sport over love because it's what they worked for their whole life. but hey its christmas break and they're back in town for a few days and they think theyre some hot big shot. give me hot steamy angst yes.

So I had a thought in relation to this.

Give me the season 8 opener (or opening arc, similar to TK in the s3 start of LS). Tommy gets hurt. When he finally wakes up and/or Evan gets to him, he tells Tommy “you promised to teach me how to fly/Muay Thai, and I’m holding you to it”

And then scattered throughout the season obvs we get hints to these. Things are going well. They’re getting closer. Falling in love. Etc.

End of the season rolls around, and Evan gets hurt, and it’s a lot worse than Tommy’s injury was. Tommy’s an absolute mess because they’re supposed to be moving in together, he’s planning this whole life for them (he knows Evan is too), things are so good for them. Like sure, they’ve had it rough this year but they’ve survived all the bumps and scrapes, but this one…

Then we get the inevitable wake-up, and Tommy is relieved if not a little bit on edge. And Evan, who's used to people leaving, who still kinda expects Tommy to leave, even though they've said 'I love you' and they've moved in together now, and he's given up the loft, is like "why'd you stay?"

And we just get a little deadpan of "you still owe me that beer".

Bonus points if the beer comes with the marriage proposal in season 9.

these nights / muse a & b have a deep connection, nothing like either of them have before. they only want each other, only have yearning for each other. they are both known to move too fast in past relationships but their connection is driving them to move faster than they want to, feel like they have no other choice but to go all in. no matter how much either of them want to slow things down, try to slow things down, it's like their connection is what controls them and it's a struggle of trying to keep away for long enough to not let their connection consume them. strange land / muse a is lost, can't seem to find themselves after a breakup. muse b was their home, their centre. nothing feels right or comfortable anymore and it's hard watching life go past while they can't seem to settle. muse a keeps going back to muse b time after time, despite muse b trying to move on, because muse a feels like they can only be themselves with the other. it's hard to see anything other than their relationship. muse b wants to pull away but sees how much muse a is struggling without a constant, which is them. it's hard for either of them to navigate their break up and find themselves back together way too much. need is your love / muse a and muse b had a one night stand. muse a keeps running back to muse b for 'just one more night' but has become addicted to the connection they have with the other. a constant cycle of another night to break contact and come running back in a couple of weeks because muse a can't find anyone like muse b and they don't want to admit they have feelings. tequila sunrise / muse a knows that they are no good for muse b, that the relationship is toxic but they're so in love with the other person that they cannot walk away. they try to go nights without arguing but it all ends up coming back to the same point. they say that each time will be different, that they will be the best version of themselves, but it's a toxic cycle. muse b loves muse a but there's only so much toxicity that they can take.

i don't think you understand just how badly i need reunion plots. tbh it doesn't matter if one of them has been presumed dead for however many years or if they simply parted ways years ago for whatever reason. i just need the angst and feels of finally meeting up again after such a long time apart, whether it was a mutual decision or not.

maybe one or even both of them have moved on with other people. maybe there's a child involved that one has no idea is theirs. maybe one has amnesia and doesn't even remember being with the other. the possibilities are pretty much endless, so just come and give me these threads already. please and thank you very much.

i think i am going to make it so that the position of mc can be dependent on who i am writing with; as in, we do not need to follow the game's story to have an intimate, romantic plot where their souls are intertwined with one another. if you're interested in exploring that side with rafayel as your own character outside of the protagonist's plotline, i am 100% down for it. let them be soulmates in their own way, yet linked in that specifically irreversible way that rafayel and the protagonist are.

their relationship does not have to be as wholesome as the present mc + rafayel's is. like, i know there's angst involved, too, there always will be when it comes to qiyu, but for the most part, she is supportive of him and he is of her. but what if his soulmate was not only his other half, but also the devil on his shoulder, so to speak ?

qi yu isn't innocent. he's killed people out of revenge. and he doesn't care for humans, as a whole. innocents are another story, primarily human children, he seems to have a soft spot for them because they aren't corrupted. it would be really fun for someone to push qiyu more into that ambiguous, morally grey role that we see if we are brave enough to look between the lines, past his passionate and romantic passages that he whispers in mc's ears.

would love a love/hate relationship. qiyu is toxic in his own way; he manipulates, sometimes on purpose, other times not realizing. he's possessive all the same as the other li's. he doesn't like sharing and will get passive aggressive if it feels like his love is paying attention to someone else more than him. i feel like it isn't abnormal to think that being with qiyu would be extremely hot one moment, and then devastatingly cold the next. pairing him up with someone who is equally toxic in that regard is ... chef's kiss to my ears.

THREAD WISHLIST: AL AND CHARLIE

Alastor gets sick and tired of Charlie constantly stealing his microphone staff for her announcements, and so he fashions her own staff for her. It’s imbued with angelic metal as well and magical so she can cast spells, which he tutors her in (and gives her public speaking tips!) Just some needed adorableness with them

You know what has the potential to be really creepy?

The fact that Thursday no longer has her actual body anymore, since it died, and she is now the actual fucking Narrative, means she can become anyone and anything in the Story. She can play any part, become any character, although usually she's hanging back as the Narrative and observing events unfold from afar.

If she descends into the Story to hang about, it's usually as something innocuous, like an animal walking by, or a stranger passing you on the streets. You'd never know she was there.

But what if you met her, and you still didn't know it was her? What if you accidentally bumped into the stranger you weren't supposed to know was her, and the two of you hit it off? Thursday has just been trying to keep an eye on you, her friend, to catch glimpses of the people she once knew from her life, but now she's accidentally made contact and has to keep making contact.

Maybe at some point she'll have to reveal who she is. Maybe at some point she'll have to figure out how to safely exit the Story without causing too much of a disturbance. How to do so? Does she kill off this new character that her friend met? Wouldn't that make them sad? What should she do?

I think this has so much potential! I'd love to rp this kind of plot with someone if anyone is down for it! I'm already kind of playing something like it with someone, where she's playing the role of a ghost in their apartment, but she could take on the role of a physical character too! I could create a whole new character, she could become an animal or a creature, so many options. x3
