The wasteland is populated with often indigestible fungi that instead fruit and bloom after making their own way out of the body. This deathclaw is beset by pockets of necrotic tissue and erupting spores as a result.

Cool detail I noticed about Tristamp's Vash's shoes/boots (+ the opening/intro animation)

we can clearly see here that the footprints we see before we see the anime's logo is the same sole pattern matching Vash's shoes, right? (I had picked up on this a while back but decided against posting it cause I figured people already picked up on this) It has a pretty unique/distinct look, right? So I was listening to the Trigun OST and was looking at this iconic album cover and realized something...

I was like "oh those boots have the same little two divets at the top like Tristamp Vash... wait-" THAT'S THE SAME FUCKING OUTSOLE He even has the weird gray thing on the bottom as well! You can even make out the circle divets in the center of the sole but its kind of hard to see on this album cover. I'M FLABBERGASTED??? Like DAMN I knew Orange did their homework but this is fucking crazy to me 😭

A lovely generic walk in the woods with Our Generic Queen and her snappy, annoyed aunt (that’s Frida and Moffe, for those who haven’t caught on to all the lunacy that’s been my blog the past days 😂😂) by my moms place 🌿🌳 it’s such a fun forest! Lots of things to see and experience. I spent almost the entire time walking with some garbage I collected (I can’t stand when ppl throw things like a plastic cup (WHYYY??) and other things that don’t belong in nature, in nature, so we cleaned up a little. Look how lovely it is 🌸🌿🍃

Stropharia aeruginosa

Commonly known as the blue-green stropharia or verdigris agaric.

Another very pretty blue mushroom!

Stropharia aeruginosa can be found growing on rotting wood in  Europe, Iran and parts of North America. It is typically found in woodland and on roadsides.

Part of the genus Stropharia (or roundheads). As the mushroom ages its cap broadens and becomes umboate, which means it gaines a little round bump in the centre of its cap! Example of a verdigris agaric with an umbo on the left:

Young mushrooms (right) are vivid green/blue and are very slimy. As they age their colour fades and becomes yellow, this is usally found around the centre of the cap. The mushroom eventually loses all of its original pigment, here are some examples:

Weather the mushroom is edible is debated many guidebooks state that it is poisonous while according to others it is edible and has a mildly spicy taste.

There is little known about the effects of the mushroom if it is poisonous, or what sorts of toxins it contains.
