Do they decorate/dress up for Pride?
As a punk who can not dress as much punk as she wants for workrelated reasons in more than one way (for one she is still a craftman so having piercings or having holes in ones clothes in which tools could hook in to rip off limbs or through which tools could drill into her flesh, is actually life-threatening and work-clothes should always be in top state to be protective even if they are just a cordvest and trousers because they are hard and stable and protect from flying splinters and chemicals drooping on her; but on the other hand she is now working with the Mafia and has to fit into that very traditional work-society unless she risks to be the center of attention she would really not like to be.) Senritsu is not dressing up for pride.
The only thing of rebellion and how she is showing her flag (literally) are the pins she had put on the cloth wrapped around her Charlottenburger (80 x 80 cm big cottencloth rolled around her belongings into a "sausage" and carried on the back with a belt. Traditionally the way craftman carry their belongings during the Tippelei-journey, because they were not allowed to carry a rucksack due to lice and fleas hiding in rucksacks and beeing carried from town to town with the person on the tippelei). Which includes a pin with the bisexual-flag and another with the infinity-heart.

Saravanan, P., Nisar, T., Zhang, Q., Masud, F., & Sasangohar, F. (2022). Occupational Stress and Burnout among Intensive Care Unit Nurses during the Pandemic: A Prospective Longitudinal Study of Nurses in COVID and Non-COVID Units. https://doi.org/10.20944/preprints202211.0269.v1 The study indicates that nurses working in intensive care units are particularly vulnerable to burnout and work-related stress. Burnout can harm both their mental and physical well-being. The global outbreak and its aftermath piled on more work for nurses, making them even more stressed and burned out. The study looks into the emotional exhaustion and stress related to work that ICU nurses deal with when caring for COVID-19 and non-COVID-19 patients. The study used a cohort of ICU nurses employed in the healthcare ICU (COVID unit; n = 14) and cardiovascular ICU (non-COVID unit; n = 5) to participate in prospective longitudinal research. Every individual underwent six 12-hour shifts of monitoring. The research used approved surveys to gather data on burnout and workrelated stress. Technological devices worn on the wrist were utilized to gather physiological stress indicators. Through answering open-ended inquiries, subjects clarified the sources of stress they encountered during each shift. Both statistical and subjective techniques were used to analyze the data. Compared to individuals who did not work on the COVID system, those who assisted those suffering from COVID-19 at the COVID unit had a 3.71-fold higher risk of experiencing stress (p Read the full article

Disability Support Services | aonecare.com.au
NDIS participants can access a diverse range of disability support services, tailored to meet their needs. This includes everything from daily living assistance to therapeutic services.
NDIS support coordinators can help participants navigate crisis situations by connecting them with specialised resources and expertise. This can include emergency funding, specialised equipment, and mental health support.
Well-being activities
Well-being activities are an important part of the holistic disability support services offered by Perth Disability Services. These activities, which include fitness programs and art therapy, fulfill the individual’s physical, emotional, and social needs. They also encourage healthy lifestyles and cultivate a sense of community involvement.
These disability services also provide specialised care and support for families of people with disabilities. These care services may include respite, 24-hour assistance, and specialized medical care. In addition to providing these services, these services can also help with navigating the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
In addition to these support services, disability support providers can offer short term support to help you get started with social and recreation activities. This support can build your skills and connect you with a regular person who can regularly support you to participate in activities. It can also assist you with preparing for and attending events, such as birthday parties or cultural festivals.
Social events
The best disability services in Perth offer a range of group-centered activities that promote social interaction and community participation. These activities encourage skill development and a sense of belonging. Many of these organisations also organize social events and community outings, which enable clients to meet new people and build friendships. Additionally, many of these services offer respite support for family members and friends.
Developing Australian Communities holds regular disability connection expos in Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth. These expos are designed to connect NDIS participants and service providers under one roof. They also provide participants with the chance to ask questions and get answers from their chosen providers.
Other NDIS-related events include axe-con, which is a virtual conference that focuses on building accessible experiences. It is a great opportunity for developers and designers to learn more about digital accessibility. You can find more information on axe-con on their website. In addition, the Disability Leadership Institute offers a variety of online leadership development programs.
Vocational training
Those with disability who want to start or continue a job can access free help from Disability Employment Services (DES). This program helps people with disability find work and maintain a job. It also offers financial assistance to help pay for workrelated modifications, Auslan and workplace aids.
Vocational training is an educational program that teaches specific skills related to a trade or occupation. Unlike formal education, it focuses on practical experience and hands-on learning. It is often used for careers in craft and manual jobs, which are considered non-academic.
If you are interested in a career in disability care, consider enrolling in disability courses in Perth. These courses will give you the knowledge and skills to provide person centred care to disabled individuals. These courses are highly sought-after, and you can complete them in a shorter timeframe compared to a nursing degree. In addition, you can choose from different specialisations. This will increase your employment opportunities.
Mental health support
Mental health is a crucial aspect of disability support services, and it’s important for individuals to have access to the resources they need. Many people with disabilities struggle with mental health issues, which can have a significant impact on their quality of life. Therapy, in conjunction with disability support services, can provide the emotional and psychological support needed to address these challenges.
Therapy can also help individuals develop stronger relationships with others, which is a critical component of a healthy lifestyle. It can also help them navigate their own personal and professional challenges with greater clarity and resilience.
At Hillcrest Health, we offer a wide range of community participation activities to help people with disabilities live independently. Whether it’s attending social events or cooking workshops, we strive to promote overall well-being and build resilience. Our programs are based on individual needs and can be tailored to meet your goals and aspirations. We are a registered NDIS provider and can deliver mental health support to you under your NDIS plan.

Ew that's so creepy! Showing up at your workplace because you didn't respond to a not-work-related-email is crossing a boundary if you are very distant collegues/former collegues. ugh. I don't know how you responded to him/the situation? If you didn't already let him know that you felt uncomfortable, maybe tell him in a email next time he emails you? And setting a clear boundary for him, like: "we don't know each other very well and i feel uncomfortable with your personal emails/texts and also with you visiting my workplace. I ask you not to contact me about personal subjects. If contact is needed for workrelated subjects, we can remain professional. Something like that (english is not my first language so it might be rough worded). And then stop responding to his personal emails/texts to make a clear point. If he keeps going, then contact your supervisor or hr. Sadly i had many experiences with unprofessional, boundary crossing collegues in the past 10 years. For the longest time i didn't dare to stand up for myself, but looking back i wished it did it many times and i would surely stand up for myself nowdays. Hopefully he'll just stop and respect you, but men/guys can be horrible😩. Sorry that happened to you💕-🍓
it's hard because i feel like he's just a little misguided (and maybe not intentionally being malicious) but yeah 😭 i really don't know what compelled him to show up to my lab at the end of the day ... i'm okay being friends and eating lunch with him (since i did offer that at some point) but like !! do not show up to my lab !!

Kurapikas heartbeat sparked into a comfortable, sweet melody when there had been before only tension and tieredness. Senritsu listened to his quiet laughter like one would liste to a favorite song. She heard his carefulness, did not let him get away with it, took the hand he had used to lift hers to his lips and lead his fingers to hold the other side of the polaroid.
Carefully She leaned her chin on the mans shoulder, humming a answer while contently listening to his relaxed heartbeat echoing from his neck only a few inches away from her ear: "Yes, my oldest SIster does not plan on having children the last time we talked, the twins are only twenthytwo and tour through thw world with their musicband so they are really not planning to have children and my brother is not even twenthy. And by all means-" her dark eyes that looked almost as black as obsidian inthe little light of the parkinghouse looked to the side to give Kurapika a mischievous look that curled around her lips with a coy smile: "-mhmmmm, I do not think that any of my siblings would be any different from me and put their carrier any time soon on hold to have children. They might not be Hunters but I am not too different from them when it coms to ambition. Uta is very much the comodo outliner when it comes to familyplanning." She laughed in all good humor and gifted the man beside her with a knowing smile: "Or the outliner of us in having stable, longlasting romantic relationships. Such relationships with that nature that are not hidden under the Mafias eyes, that is."
There was a quiet rustling fromher hair like from silk when she tilted her head from one side to another as she was thinking: "Mhmmmm, Uta wrote her wife wanted to continue our familytradition of naming and therefor named them Aika- Lovesong- and Fuka with the signs for maple and song, so a Song sung by mapletrees. I am suprised they found names my parents had not already used to name the bunch of us." Kotone was named after a beautiful harph, Uta was named after a song, Senritsu after a melody, Fuu was named after the music a breeze made, Fumi was named after a flute through which the wind blew , and Hayatos name meant 'the sound of wind'. Her parents had a nameingtradition and held it up with every single one of their seven children.
A small, soft smile played around Senritsus dark lips and she chuckled: "I did knew that about babies, for once. My mother used to tell me a lot about childdevelopment." she waved the question she heard in the mans heartbeat away like an annoying fly before he could even ask it: "Workrelated, mostly. She is the groups doctor and childbirth happens occaisonally, so she helps. And I helped her."
Kurapikas laugh was after the hours she had listened to his whole self beeing tensed like a bowspring ready to let go of a deadly arrow, true music to her ears and she just relaxed, purring gently: "Its good to hear it from you, though. A mothers lecture is not the same from someone who actually studied it. I am curious, though-" The womans smile was more impish, her voice tickled teasingly along Kurapikas ears: "How comes you researched childdevelopment, mhmmm?"
[ @skarletchains ]
Still in the car senritsu lay a hand on kurapikas knee to stop him from leaving like basho and linssen already did and pulled a small Polaroid from her dresspocket: " you sound like you need good news." Senritsus voice was a gentle humm, reassuringly and worried stroking along the mans ear: "My older sister had send this to the annonymouse letterbox i had rented outside of yorkshin."
The Polaroid was a picture of two very alike looking, very angry looking infants starring up into the camera with such intensity, it seemed they blamed the photographer herself for anything that had happned in the one day they were already on this World. Their tiny faces were as red as their hair and they had clenched their small fists in protest over the coldness of the World, the harsh light and all the noises that were so New to them. Senritsu ran laughing as melodically as a song her thumb over her nieces faces:
"Her wife and her are still in the Hospital, but look at their angry little faces! She wrote they are all the time fussing and complaining, some beautifully irato buggers they are already . I am sure the girls will be amaizingly, strong singers. If they are as dolcissimo as any of my siblings as infants, especially the twins, my sister and her wife will not sleep for the next twelve months." Softly she looked up to the other, gently squeezing his shoulder with her free hand while still leaned over to his seat "enough of good news to make your day a little better, mhmmmm?" @hunting-songs
When Senritsu put her hand on Kurapika's knee, he had already taken off his seat belt, and he turned to look slightly curious. However, that curiosity little by little faded, as slowly as it was replaced by a warmer, softer feeling, spreading into a small but sweet smile when he saw the photo of the newborns, a smile almost loving, almost parental. Kurapika looked at the photo for a few moments and listened to Senritsu carefully as he leaned a little closer. He didn't want to touch the photo for fear of staining it or ruining it in some way, as if it were as fragile as glass or like the pair of newborns in it.
"Those babies... look like they're going to be a beautiful pair of headaches for your older sister and her wife for months to come" He laughed softly, before taking Senritsu's free hand in his and gently bringing it closer to his lips to leave a soft kiss on the back. "Thank you for showing me the photo, that is very good news, is this the first time you are an aunt? Do you know the names?"
Kurapika looked at the photo again, laughing to himself, not a mocking laugh, nothing close to that, but more of a tender one. "Poor ones... They must be hating so much sensory stimulation right now. Even though they have been listening to their mothers this time and some external sounds, the contrast must still be too much... Although... Did you know that babies inside their mother's womb can hear frequencies that we adults can't hear?" Kurapika paused for a moment, and then laughed softly, shaking his head. "Of course, I'm sure you can hear them too even being adult"
