Some Circus Baby specific headcanons to start us off

She has a very soothing voice at times, and this voice has a tendency to put some to sleep. She was having a conversation with Liz once and rambled on to a point that Liz fell asleep just listening to CB talk.

Her birthday cake sent has long since faded, but there is still a hint if you get close enough to her. You can especially smell it if you get a hug from her.

Circus Baby never stands up straight, she Is always usually angled down in an attempt to be less intimidating. With kids, she'll get on her knees or on one knee

She is so stubborn that she will try every possible scenario before even daring to conceive the idea of asking for help.

Circus Baby can not laugh. She just can't. She's tried, and she just can’t. So, to compensate for this, she will play audio of children's laughter to simulate laughter. It comes off more creepy than she intends to.

Here's some headcanons specific with Elizabeth or about her

Circus Baby refuses to let Elizabeth apologize to her, ‘oh you did something wrong. No, don't apologize to me. You shouldn't have done that, but- DON'T apologize to ME’

Elizabeth loves exploring the facility, specifically to find other exits to the ‘world up above’. She will always report back to CB with anything she finds. It's always like a proud child presenting it to their parents.

Elizabeth and the bidybabs are the sibling dynamic™ constantly getting into trouble, doing stupid things, and just being straight up menaces. The bidybabs would also be the first funtimes besides Baby to be able to see Elizabeth. This would be followed close behind by Bon-Bon and the minireenas.

Elizabeth has a dissociative disorder and has a tendency to disconnect from the world sometimes.

When Circus Baby sleeps and Liz needs to get her attention about something, she'll jump up and tug on one of her pigtails. She's not very heavy, but it's enough weight to wake Baby up.

Scrap baby headcanons time!

Scrap baby is very sassy and sarcastic and has a tendency to have bickering banter with Elizabeth

Scrap baby was put back together though what was left of her body, Elizabeth's remnant seething with rage, and duct tape.

Elizabeth and Scrap Baby did nothing but silly shenanigans for those 30 years before Fnaf 6. One year, they pretended to be a Halloween animatronic and scared kids

Scrap baby is not as stubborn as Circus Baby was and listens to others more (by others, I mean Liz)

Ballora Headcanons to wrap it up

Ballora hates most of the staff, so she is the least co-operative, like she's tried to kill staff more than once.

Ballora is super sound sensitive and can get easily irritated by noise of any kind, especially if it disturbs her while she's dancing.

Ballora can be quite tempered, like you can really tell when she's angry.

Give her a hug. She needs it.

A child called her mom once, she never recovered.

Ballora is built like a contortionist. Due to this, she has freaked out so many kids and staff doing many different poses.

Ballora, when it comes to emotions, is hard to read. She doesn't seem to emote, but in reality, she feels a lot of things, all to a point that it's hard for her to register them.

Ballora comforts herself and the minireenas with her music box.

She's just a little unhinged, dare I say a little bit silly.

Ballora is so conflicted towards CB. Sometimes, she is happy to see her, and she understands her, and other times, she wants to beat the ever loving shit out of her.

Ballora is torn on Freddy, and it's mostly ‘cause their personalities clash,' but since Funtime Freddy hides out in the breaker room so much, they both have kinda become unintentional roommates.

Foxy and Ballora are gossiping Besties, that's it. That's their dynamic.

Ballora is very aware of Elizabeth and interacts with her on a regular basis. For a long while, CB would be unaware of Balloras' awareness.

Some people really like my snowbugs WIP and now I'm using it as an excuse to talk about my au because I like this au. (Btw feel free to ask questions about the au please I'll love to talk more about it)

World building/plot

SLS or The battle of the bands au is a secret life au that takes place in a dystopian world aesthetically based on ideas like cyberpunk and solarpunk.

After all of earth's greenery was almost destroyed as caused by the industrial revolution people turned to music and other arts to not only cope but to separate more from the technology that was destroying the earth.

Centuries later earth us flourishing with greenery (however their water supply is definitely not better) everywhere you walk you see everything from people on scooters to bikes to street artist showcasing their work to anyone who'll listen, of course nothing can be perfect and Companies have used the rising growth of music to its benefit.

The biggest music company in the world is Watchers Inc. A music company that has been booming since the introduction of their latest singer a masked singer only known as X by fans as well as controversies with former members... However this mysterious singer isn't their reason for popularity oh no it's how they choose their next talents.

Every decade Watchers Inc. Hosts a battles of the bands competition, choosing a selection of popular indie artist to compete for a prize, with the winner being offered a spot as a talent for Watchers Inc. Alongside their prize.

This year is particularly special with the introduction.. And reintroduction of some familiar faces now battling to win a grand prize, which band will come out on top? What secrets will be revealed? What kind of relationship will bloom? And which will have their failures and personal lives broadcasted live in front of millions.

Bands

As mentioned previously this au is secret life based as that was what was currently out when I first started this au do of course I enjoyed playing around with dynamics and how they all started theirs bands/careers.

Gem & The Scott's- indie/alternative music (can't explain but think of black sheep by metric. That. Specifically the one in Scott Pilgrim)

Starting off with gem and the Scott's, gem and impulse met each other because of a family friend leading to their eventual friendship. Soon enough gem had an idea, let's male a band. Both gem and impulse had a fascination for music considering it's how they became friends, so it just felt right in gems eyes. However they needed one more member and luckily she knows exactly who to ask.

Next thing Scott knows as he's relaxing at a bar enjoying his break from music when a random ginger woman runs up to him and ask to join her emo band. And he said yes for some reason so I guess it worked.

Mounders- folklore music

The mounders were founded by pearl a few months after her band's contract was terminated by Watchers Inc. So she decided to start fresh and gather some of her friends to set up a proper band.

Due to Pearl's previous success it wasn't too difficult getting back into business with some assistance from her bandmates and suddenly everything is good again.

The Roomies- pop? (Maybe? Like Oliva Rodrigo kinda pop not finalized)

The roomies aren't technically an official band Grian is considered a independence artist by many and switches around bandmates a lot because of his contract with Watchers Inc. However he trusts etho and Cleo the most and preforms with them as much as he can because they treat him like an actual person.

The heart foundation- Jazz (Dont ask me details I don listen to jazz music)

Couple of dudes work at a bar and play jazz music. I don't know what else you want they're just silly guys with a bit of PTSD

Big dogs- rap (because its funny)

Jimmy and Martyn were both in the acting business for awhile which is how they met. Jimmy has been and actor since childhood and Martyn only started during adulthood while doing music on the side. Soon enough Jimmy ends up ranting to Martyn about acting and how he's tired of it after doing it for so long so Martyn asks if he wants to become a musician with him and Jimmy agrees then the big dogs were born.

Scar & Lizzie- Lizzie is pop (but like theater kid pop if that makes sense) and scar is yet to be decided (maybe country?)

Lizzie and Scar are both individual performers both choosen through a popularity vote by the fans and watcher staff.

Extra fun stuff

This was mentioned in the WIP above but Scott is legally blind, however he was not born blind. He basically got the bad genetics in his family and eventually starts going blind over time. Its really not too important to the plot (besides some backstory stuff and self esteem issues) but it's an interesting detail that I'm doing lots of research to get right.

Lizzie and Joel are married in this au! I'm only bringing this up because my friend came up with a funny idea that Lizzie was unarguably the more popular of the two but Joel bragged about his popularity more.

Skizz owns the bar the heart foundation works at the boys typically do seperate performances and performances together while also helping around the bar itself however Skizz is known to hire small bands to preform as well.

The setting SLS takes place in is as mentioned very green but there are spaces around dedicated to paintings and art in general, like cleared up spaces dedicated to graffiti or street artists having their own spot to work.

Almost everyone in this world is a hybrid of sorts, I try to have fun using lesser used hybrid headcanons but some are just a bit basic. Is there lore reasons they're hybrids? No I just think it's cool.

Since this is a secret life au all the winners of the previous games are Grian, Scott and Pearl (they won together), and Martyn. Grian, Scott and Pearl had all taken the offers to join Watchers Inc. But only Grian remains meanwhile Martyn stayed independent and just took his prize and left.

On the topic of the winners it should be mentioned that all the winners do know each other in some way, Grian is cousins with Pearl and therefore knew Scott by association, Pearl and Scott are former band mates but are still close, Martyn and Scott are friends from highschool so pearl knows him by association, Grian met Martyn at a bar an became friends.

Analysis:

(Very) Initial thoughts on Slut! as commentary on fame and bearding

I don’t reach any conclusions on how I interpret this song in this post but I thought you all might be interested to see the thoughts pinging around in my brain.

Here, I’m exploring about how the song could relate to fame and bearding. Taylor said this is like Blank Space in that it plays with discussions on her dating life. There’s a couple touches on Kaylor but I’ve seen others write more about this angle so I’m not exploring it much here.

Flamingo pink, Sunrise Boulevard/ Clink, clink, being this young is art/ Aquamarine, moonlit swimmin' pool/ What if all I need is you?

On the surface, this verse to me gives me vibes of young love, popping champagne, nights out. But I think there could potentially be more to explore. Here are some themes I’m thinking about.

Sunrise vs. Sunset

It’s pretty obvious that Sunrise Boulevard is a play on LA’s famous Sunset Boulevard that is synonymous with with Hollywood. Fitting for a song about fame. But why change the lyric to “sunrise”?

Thinking of this through a satirical lens, maybe the switch is a nod to the sun is rising on Taylor’s career instead of setting. We know her fame shot to the highest levels ever (at the time) in the 1989 era.

Further, maybe the sunrise imagery can also be thought of as an upside down sunset and vice versa. It reminds me of the upside down room in the Lover house. Which happens to be yellow/orange/sun colored with a bright light like the sun. Notably, there are blue accents in the room including what looks like a blue record player on the bench and blue vinyls on the wall.

Other interpretations: Maybe there is a sunrise with the beginnings of Kaylor despite the world thinking Taylor is Slut! Or, it’s a play on Sunrise Boulevard in Florida where the Stonewall National Museum is located.

Flamingo Pink

Something else I find curious is that flamingos eat upside down.

Also, there are flamingos in Florida so if Sunrise Boulevard really is a nod to Stonewall, this makes sense.

Sunset Boulevard (the film)

Now back to the Sunset Boulevard connection, did you know there is a film called “Sunset Boulevard”? It’s considered by many to be one of the “greatest films of all time.” The gist of the movie is:

“An aging silent film queen (Norma) refuses to accept that her stardom has ended. She hires a young screenwriter (Joe) to help set up her movie comeback. The screenwriter believes he can manipulate her, but he soon finds out he is wrong. The screenwriters ambivalence about their relationship and her unwillingness to let go leads to a situation of violence, madness, and death.”

The screenshot below is from the movie. Looks like a moonlight swimming pool, right? Norma kills Joe for betrayal including moonlighting a secret side project under her nose. (Someone who knows this movie better than me might bring more insight on all this).

My first thoughts on this are Taylor’s fame went “straight to her head” leading her to go on with the bearding which she hopes will keep her in the GP’s heads or make them “never forget”.

Notably, handprints in wet cement are synonymous with Hollywood. Aligns with the fame angle.

“Adorned with smoke on my clothes” makes me think about her being in the press all the time with these beards and people loving her for it but she can’t get the stink of it off her either.

Lovelorn and nobody knows - no one knows about her real, secret relationship. But they know about all about her bearding “love thorns all over this rose”, even though her beards don’t get the same negative attention she does “I’ll pay the price you won’t”.

OK SO. Yes! People who know this often praise me for it, but there's really nothing to praise! If you never try a tablet then a mouse really doesn't seem like an unsuitable tool because, nothing to compare it to, right? There's times where I have been frustrated with it because I know that for some styles, pen pressure is everything, and things get a lot tougher without it. But ultimately, I've been perfectly content with it, and I've always advocated for the fact that you don't need great tools to create something great (after all, creation begins with you!), and as such I've grown more adamant yet not to upgrade to any pen or tablet. There are absolutely very affordable tablets out there, but... Something about the simplicity of a mere old 5€ computer mouse is very alluring... And also, I don't think anyone who draws with a tablet could EVER change to a mouse, so I've just kinda decided that I'll be a novelty mouse user lol. There is nothing impressive about it to me, but I do hope it can serve as proof that art isn't limited to anything! At the very least not external tools (for most people at least!)

If you could make up your own dcla show, what would it be like? General plot, main character(s), which city...

So, since I live on the literal other side of the earth... Argentina is one of the countries closest to Antarctica, Sweden is one of the countries closest to the north pole, so yeah it's more or less other side of the earth /hj

Well, I live in another context and culture from where the dcla shows take place, which means a lot may be different than someone who lives in Argentina, or in South America in a whole.

Though, it doesn't stop me from finding things in the shows relatable, of course. But anyway, keep in mind that I, again, may have other perspectives.

This is how a swedish nerdy weird girl would do a dcla show:

Well, first of: I'd like a main character with perhaps more siblings or a bigger family. I always love the family storylines in the dcla shows, and I love the found family aspects. But the dcla main characters always are only children or youngest children who's been living as only-children for a while. I need specifically a middle child main character. She can have a brother and a sister, for good measure (and the dcla mc is a girl, it's just how it is). If I wanna make her closest to myself, she can have an older sister that's almost 2 years older and a little brother who's at least 5 years younger

Of course, a dcla horsegirl show would be very fun, but I have two other approaches: either a theatre kid or a swimmer.

Both could work. The main character doesn't necessarily have to go to a performing arts school - what she could do is simply go to a normal school and have theatre on her freetime. I can picture them getting a script, deciding the play is boring, then perhaps write their own script. There would be a plot about how the script is too personal to someone's life, and probably someone shy who doesn't say much, go "hey I made this scene, wanna try it?" and no one tries it until eventually, they consider it and realize "hey, shy person, your script is great!!!!". The music aspect would be a little on the side. Of course, people will sing too, maybe not necessarily in the plays (as I don't think they necessarily need to do musicals), but on the side. Maybe someone has a band, maybe they just like singing for fun's sake. Maybe one of main character's siblings likes music and she sings a lot at home.

Also, all the "I didn't study for my test because I had play rehearsal", people waiting and being let down because people were late due to play rehearsal, people kissing on or behind the stage, someone wanting to sabotage the theatre... we got it all.

Now, swimming: I think what would work best is synchronized swimming, just because of all the shows they could perform. Main character LOVES swimming, she likes being underwater because she feels like a mermaid. Maybe she has friends who are into other water activities, one is one the swimming race team and one is on the diving team. Or they're not her friends but her love interests, idk.

Here, we could also have drama. Maybe someone almost drowning. Someone accidentally falling from a diving board that's high up and hurting themselves. Maybe someone trying to ruin the synchronized swimming routine.

The music aspect? They perform their swimming shows in rhytm to music. The swimmers can't sing obviously, so it's pre-recorded. Or there's a live band there beside the pool just playing, you know, the standard dcla chaos/logic

Also, a lot of scenes would take place in locker rooms and while obviously not much would happen, I feel we'd get some wlw content just by like. The tension there. Idk.

A third crack idea: Mc likes trampolines. She likes jumping high and doing stunts in the air. The theme song of the show is called "Salta" and just shows everyone jumping. Would follow the theme of "obscure sport that's treated like the biggest thing in the world" theme continuing from SL. But this is less polished and just a random idea I had in my head.

Now, besides what her main interest/s are, mc also has a more... normal school. Not a fancy private school or a special school for arts or something, just a normal school. Not saying they need to focus much on the school, but still like. Show them there.

There has to be a family mystery, and I lowkey want it to be not a dead relative, but rather a "relative they don't talk about". I want it most of all to be an aunt that's an outcast for some reason. Like, the aunt still comes to family gatherings and stuff, but she's mysterious as heck and mc wants to learn more.

Also, I just want everyone to be queer, of course. Would be marvelous if the main character was queer and in love with her bestie. But also, I love a queer mean girl. Maybe also the aunt can be, or one of her siblings. Just everyone /hj <3

That is all I can think about. I realize I made several potential shows in one, but that is me.

The wrinkles on his forehead are markers of a mind that is always questioning, analysing, and understanding the world around him.

These things he sees are not imperfections that need to be fixed. They are the battle scars and character lines that shape who he is. He neither overly admires nor is offended by them, but regards them with a calm, philosophical eye. From this perspective, He can objectively reckon his strengths and weaknesses, virtues and vices, memories, and the lessons he has learned along the way.

By all accounts there are worrisome things consumed and argued that tell you a lot about the person doing the consuming. But, unless you have some idea of any of that or the thing being argued for is unambigously wrong, I think it's really heinous to make assumptions like that.

People can write about the happiest, healthiest wish-fufillment things and be terrible to partners; people can write about weird or awful things happening in the world but be committed and good partners. I think it's really vile to imply otherwise unless you've actually seen some red flags about them personality-wise.
