反故にされた「宣言」 　あした4月10日、旧ジャニーズ事務所の後継会社・STARTO ENTERTAINMENTの発足コンサートが東京ドームで開催される。「WE ARE! Let's get the party STARTO!!」と題されたそのイベントには、同社に所属“予定”の14グループが出演予定だ。 　だが、その公式サイトのチケット申し込み先は、旧ジャニーズ事務所であるSMILE-UP.がいまも運営するファンクラブ・FAMILY CLUBだ。また、STARTOに移籍予定のタレントたちも、まだSMILE-UP.のオフィシャルサイトに名前が残されている。 　つまり、窓口は新会社だが事業内容は旧会社のままだ。 　昨年10月に新会社の設立計画が発表されたとき、SMILE-UP.（旧ジャニーズ事務所）は「被害者への補償会社としてのみ存続する」と宣言した。しかし、現在の実態は半年前のその約束を反故にしたと認識できる。 　ファンクラブやタレントの所属以外にも、両社の関係には不透明な点は多い。資本関係はもちろんのこと、事業や財産のゆくえもはっきりとしない。NHKが現在もSMILE-UP.所属タレントの出演を見合わせ、テレビ東京も新規の出演依頼をしない姿勢を明確にしたのも、これらの点についての説明が不十分であるからだ。 　現状、STARTOは旧ジャニーズ事務所が事業存続するための〝ダミー会社〟
