Some of you may know, (while most of you probably don't because I don't ever talk on here anymore) 

I'm saving up for my tattooing license! 

It's a bit pricey, and even with two jobs it'll take awhile to save up the several grand I still need to accomplish one of the goals I've been working towards for so long. I love art and I want to travel and I want to learn about other people's stories and experiences and I feel like tattooing would be an awesome combination of all my passions.

Tattoos can be really expensive, but they can also be extremely meaningful; symbolizing growth, or milestone, to commemorate someone special to you or someone you’ve lost. I don’t want finances to be the main obstacle for people who want to have their memories permanently a part of them. Seriously. I’m talking like, 50-75% discounts here. I’ve loved art for so long, and I dont want tattooing to be my job. I want it to be more of a hobby and passion I can share with others.

Is this on the wrong blog?

The answer is simple, no I’m not posting this to the wrong blog. While a good chunk of my followers are not Miraculous Ladybug roleplayers I still have a good number of them who are. 

What is the ML Blackout?

It’s a two week period where people choose not to post any new Miraculous Ladybug content to protest all of the art theft and reposting that goes on in this fandom. More information can be found here. 

Why are you doing this?

Because I’m still a writer, I’ve created fanfiction for this fandom and as far as I know, it hasn’t been reposted. While my fanfictions have been on hiatus because of school, work and roleplaying I still feel the need to take a stand. Since my fics are already on hiatus I’m making my stand here in the Roleplaying community. Not all artists like their art being used in graphics or icons so I feel like I should make it known here since I know roleplayers sometimes takes art and edits it into cool graphics with art credit being put 50/50. I’m not calling anyone out here I’m just saying in general from my experience.

Before anyone calls me a hypocrite for using fanart on my blog that is the commission I got from Xjayju, and I specifically asked if I could use it as an edit on my blog. The answer was yes.

What does this mean?

From July 2nd-15th I’m not going to be posting ANY of my writing. I’ll still be working on my replies, they will just held until after the Blackout is over. I have a feeling that I’m going to loose followers because of this and quite frankly... I don’t care. This is an important issue that I feel strongly about and I’m not sure if I’m going to be doing much by participating in this Blackout but I’m definitely going to try.

I’m still going to be on Tumblr, I just won’t be posting rps on this account. However, I’m still willing to plot for when this Blackout is over or on my other accounts. Feel free to message me if you have any question or just want to talk.
