Ok this might be a hot take
people saying "alenoah is just gay aleheather" might not be as horrifically wrong as the people saying "mkulia is lesbian alenoah", but they are still INCREDIBLY FUCKING WRONG.
Im assuming it's because they're basing it off the people who write alenoah strictly as enemies to lovers??? Because that is not the reason i really like it! I like it because it's friends to enemies to lovers, or at the very least, they start off neutrally. Outside of Noah and Heather just being different people, their relationship in canon doesn't start off the same either:
Heather starts off IMMEDIATLY calling Alejandro's façade complete bullshit and does not like him. at all. Meanwhile, pre-I See London, Noah and Alejandro seem to be friendly with eachother, or at least they're not on hostile terms (yet). During episodes 9 and 10, they're actively seen hanging around eachother during challenges and from what i know Alejandro doesn't try to mess with Noah in particular before this point? Like he tries messing with Owen in the Am-AH-zon Race episode, he pulls the favor thing with Tyler in Greece, hell he betrays Duncan before he does anything to Noah outside his elimination! Im not saying "oh alenoah canon", im saying that it's a clear difference between the two!
Also this isn't entirely related but a reason i like alenoah more than aleheather is because it opens up more interesting character interactions built off of canon, at least to me. Like, if Alejandro's going to date Noah, he's gonna have to actually be around Noah's friends, and if his obvious dislike of Owen is anything to go by he's probably not gonna be their biggest fan at first. Meanwhile with Heather, what exactly do you have (BY BUILDING OFF OF CANON!!!)? Harold, maybe? It's the only relationship she hasn't completly trashed by the end of All Stars considering her friendship with Leshawna ended in canon after WT and the more popular Heather friendships in the fandom don't have much (if any) canon basis.
this isn't to say you have to stick to canon exclusivly for this, im literally comparing a canon relationship to a purely fanon one, but i prefer going off of canon to an extent while writing or drawing or just. generally thinking about characters. I guess the building blocks in canon for an alenoah dynamic interest me more than aleheather's.
...also i prefer aleheather as besties LOL SORRY!

♯ word vomit…,light proofreading, poly! stsg childhood bsfs, implied death, aot universe lol, also suguru crushing on reader if you squint -w-
i prob won’t actually make a fic out of this BUT I am still thinking about aot! au where you and suguru and satoru are all childhood friends. satoru lives in one of the cities (probably within the most inner walls like Sina) but visits the woods/forest where you and suguru reside bc their parents know eachother.
suguru brings him along one day when coming to visit you (where you live alone with your grandmother) and satoru is a bit wary at first but he warms up to you both immediately with some help of the little goodies your grandmother bakes.
satoru considers you a sweetheart as he gets to know you, and he can tell that your grandma is where you get it from. she’s a kind-hearted, elderly lady with a sweet smile who welcomes your two best friends in with open arms. feeds them dinner (less extravagant meals than satoru is used to but the cooking is so delicious that he inhales it nonetheless), bandages their cuts or bruises if they so happen to get any while out playing with you, and considers suguru and satoru extensions of your family. she loves them like they were her own grandkids.
sometimes satoru likes to poke fun at you, mostly at suguru’s expense. like when it started to rain and your coat was at home. suguru offers you his, and though you don’t want him to get drenched, satoru reassures you that ‘oh, trust me, he doesn’t mind at all’ and you ask him what that means but he just laughs you off because suguru hit him and told him to shut up.
sometimes he and suguru go into the city to satoru’s house. you’ve been invited on more than one occasion, each time refusing because your grandma would be by herself and you cannot in good conscience travel too far with no one actively looking out for her should something happen.
on a day when they’re away, deep within the city, both boys overhear the bad news: that titans are within the walls and rampant in the particular area where suguru lives. where you live. alone, you and your frail grandmother.
suguru’s family was lucky enough to make it out alive and find shelter within the next wall. unfortunately, there’s no sight of you for weeks. gojo and geto assume the worst, that their best friend has been mindlessly devoured. that is, until suguru spots you being given rations along with the rest of the survivors.
though they’re elated to see you again, they can tell you’re…different. the light is snuffed from your eyes, you might as well be a walking corpse. suguru asks ‘how are you? is your grandmother okay?’ and judging from the way you flinch, tears welling up in your eyes, it doesn’t take a genius to assume her fate.

yeeaaahhh screw it im finally posting (some of) my RoTMNT ocs on tumblr dot com lol ! but it's them! the triplets! wahoo!!!
more art and actual info under the cut ^_^
So... you wanna hear about my tmnt ocs :3
i know most of this info is in the ref but: i like to yap so basic profile blocks ^^
"One" Venus
cis - she/her
Turtle: Eastern Painted Turtle / Red-Eared Slider
Weapon(s): fights with her fists and relies a lot on her mystic abilities
Powers: can produce vine/tentacles from her left arm
"Two" Ronnette "Ronny"
genderflux - xe/ve/he/she
(xe/xyr/xyr/xyrs/xyrself and ve/vis/vir/virs/verself)
Turtle: Four-Eyes Turtle / Spiny Softshell
Weapon(s): uses either steel claws or a bow and arrow depending on range
Powers: air manipulation / telekinesis
"Three" Lita
demigirl & voidgirlflux - she/it or none
Turtle: Albino Spotted Turtle / Alligator Snapping Turtle
Weapon(s): uses a tessen and naginata, but mostly uses the naginata
Power: time manipulation
so i don't have a set age for them yet, they're either a year younger or a year older than Mikey post-movie but I haven't decided ^^;
so these 3 are part of a post movie au idea i had, but is also technically during movie? idk!
their au isn't fully fleshed out on the specifics and the why's of certain things but that's ok :] Here's what i do have figured out though
They're from the Bad Future via the movie!
Initially made by Draxum using DNA from the original turtles and himself as well as some turtles he found (how? uh. dont ask)
Taken by the Krang as babies and infected with Krang DNA as well
They're "raised" and trained by the Krang to fight and defeat the rebellion, and assume the Krang made them
Three learns of their origins and attacks the Krang. She is sent to the prison dimension
Time passes: the rebellion is destroyed.
In the past Leonardo sends himself and Krang Prime to the prison dimension. He is there for a lot longer than he lets his brothers know.
There Leonardo meets Three. They become friends.
Then Leo's brothers come for him, and Three takes the chance to collect her own siblings
In a future no longer to come, Three appears, making her powers clear and known. She grabs her siblings, One and Two, and leaves
In the past, months after the attempted invasion a portal opens up above the Hudson River and out falls three turtle-krang creatures, two of which fighting each other while the other tries to stop them
The story begins.
that's the general gist of it :-)
As a note: I like the idea some people have of Leo being in the Prison Dimension for longer than thought of in canon bc of weird time stuff happening. Where it could be a few minutes for Raph, Donnie, and Mikey but it was months for Leo. Something like that :)
That's all i got for now, i'll try and make more posts about them, expanding on certain things and the why's and what that means (like why i picked what turtle combos, or why i picked what mystics, or when they figure out their powers, or why they chose their names) but i wanted to keep this intro post rather short ("short") so that'll do for now ^_^

Rewriting/Reimagining the SW sequel Trilogy, rough part 1/?
Scene: Nighttime, dark sky lit by some stars and two moons. the scene below is a riot of blaster* fire and sound. We close in, where a little girl (Rey) is being taken away, kicking and screaming, by a dark-cloaked individual. Other similar figures run alongside the kidnapper, who is holding the child around her middle. A woman (Leia) screams the girl's name in the background.
Blaster-fire is exchanged to one side, a man (Han Solo) is visible trying to get past the other figures and get to the one holding the girl, but is physically held back. The kidnapper runs to a small ship, one of a few, which unfolds its ramp, allowing entrance, and the two disappear inside. Two more of the cloaked individuals join them on that ship, which closes the hatch, fires its thrusters(?), and takes off, punching it.
The exchange of blaster-fire continues below, as does the shouting and noises of the fight, until several figures retreat to the other ships, and escape as well, leaving their injured or dead behind.
Int. Aboard the kidnappers' ship, the little girl (Rey) is bound and gagged, seated in a hold area, glaring furiously at her captors. They mutter between themselves, side-eyeing the child, who seemingly doesn't blink. Suddenly the ship shakes, an explosion is heard, and shudders again, lights going red-alarm. There's shouting and rushing around, and the girl's eyes brighten. (She thinks this is her rescue.)
Instead of her father (Han Solo), the person who boards the ship is a [non-human] pirate, followed by his fellows, who are raiding her captors' ship for goods. The child's eyes go wide and she wiggles back into the alcove, trying to hide from view. One of the pirates notices her movement and his eyes dart to her.
Cut to ext of the ship, a second ship that is not nearly as well-kept as the other, shoots off and away into the stars, leaving the kidnappers' ship scuttled.
We now cut to follow the pirates' spacecraft, and then Int. where Rey sits, looking unsure. Her wrists are bound, but she is no longer unable to move freely or speak. She demands, in a small voice, to be brought home. The pirates ignore her. (It is not clear why they took her with them, except perhaps they didn't want to sentence a child to death in a scuttled ship.)
Rey quiets, and asks where they are going, what will happen. The pirate who made eye contact with her before, now looks her way again. He cannot (will not?) return her to her home, but he will leave her on a planet where she will be safe... (questionably)
We cut to Jedha, [where we get the original scene from the film.] Rey has to believe her family will find her...
