Because I went into a spiral about this, I started theorizing that Ummi is Yangvik's (great-)Grandchild ngl. TT0TT As for Jesa/Yangchen, I'm thinking they have like a (great)-aunt kinda thing going on (see 4th link above for details on that). Which would mean Kyoshi and Ummi are technically related.

I mean, god. Kuruk falling for his idol (and past life's) (great-)grandkid????? so messy. Sooooo on brand for him. ajkfldsaj and combinding the theory that Yun is Kuruk's illegitimate kid? ajkfdlsajkf the Kyoshi/Kuruk parallels just keep on coming! There is a problem bothering me for a time whenever i wanna do fanarts of one of this characters, you see:

Kyoshi looks like Jesa, who looks like Yangchen

So logically Kyoshi probably also looks like Yangchen

But for the theory of the "reincarnation gets the past lovers face's" (that is cannon to me) Kyoshi's face looks like Ummi's

So Ummi looks like Yangchen???

ENGYY!!! The new apprentice stuff is gorgeous!! I love the Easter eggs in both Orion's and Dee's and how you showed their interests and what's the main influence in their lives.

My favorite is the difference in how they're interacting with the Primes. Prima holds Orion like he's delicate and seems more obsessive, while Megatronus has a solid hand on Dee's shoulder, showing he knows his strength and that he's there for him. I love love love it!!

Early on in their friendship, there came a year where Geralt and Jaskier’s paths did not intersect at all.

Jaskier had full confidence in Geralt’s abilities, but he couldn’t keep himself from worrying when he hadn’t seen hide nor hair of his witcher for 14 months! He had a dangerous profession. One full of blades and blood and enemies and monsters. What if his dearest friend and muse was dead?!?

He wasn’t ready to write that song! He didn’t think he ever wanted to write that song.

Thankfully, his witcher was not dead. They had a tearful reunion—well, Jaskier was the only one who cried, but it counted!—and continued their travels together.

However, the bard now insisted that they agree on meeting places before parting. He would not be deprived of his witcher again, thank you very much.

Jaskier also commissioned some magical items to give himself peace of mind.

Jaskier had a mage enchant a pair of talismans with dandelions painted on them. The enchantment was activated when a person smeared their blood over the talisman, which would then reflect the person’s health. If they were injured, the dandelions would wilt in proportion to the injury. If the person died, the dandelions died too.

So, Jaskier explained to his fierce friend that they would exchange talismans in order to stay informed on the other’s welfare.

There was a part of Jaskier that worried Geralt would refuse, but the witcher immediately unsheathed a knife to prick their fingers.

The talisman always brought comfort to Jaskier during their separations. It soothed him to have proof of Geralt’s wellbeing.

Even after getting his heart broken on the mountain, Jaskier kept his talisman. Him being sad and angry didn’t mean he was done caring. (Though sometimes he considered chucking the thing out a window)

Then, Nilfgaard captured Jaskier. Their mage made sure to disenchant Jaskier’s person to ensure that he didn’t have any means of calling for help or escaping.

Not even Geralt would know of his plight.

guhhh im kinda thinkin about my joe/sk storyline and how they arent able to physically meet up super often n stuff bc they live on other planets and joes training (havent decided what the travel time or whatevs is in my head. but they can only meet infrequently) and its kinda cute to imagine them writing letters to each other (a bit like bomb's wanderingkarate lore if thats not too plagiarism-y). and including lil things like postcards or drawings or snacks from each others planets and stuff. i kind of want an excuse for why they cant message each other instantly like over text or smth ao they just have letters. idk. i might think about it in the shower

The Velociraptor packs has at least one hatchling that has one of those toy cat pianos.

Said hatchling uses it to be a menace to society and also has broken into the base at least once and played the world’s worst melody on it all NIGHT during a museum lockdown.

Meanwhile the Raptor exhibit was a wreck due to all 15 adult velociraptors in it FREAKING THE HELL OUT because one of the babies was missing.
