     "WHY?! WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAVE TO HAPPEN?!”

     Anna ignored the odd looks other her fellow classmates as she raced across the school yard and over the bridge, clutching her books tightly in her arms. Why was she always sleeping past her alarm? Her sister, Elsa, had tried ever tactic she could to wake the sleeping beauty but nothing ever worked. Nothing ever would, it seemed. 

     Anna glanced up at the glass window of the far right building, noting that that was where she should be before colliding hard into someone. She fell backwards, her books scattering on the ground as she looked up to see what had blocked her path. “Professor Callaghan! I am ssooo sorry! Like, really sorry. You’re not hurt are you?....you're not gonna mark points off on my test, are you?”

     “The leaves shall be changing soon.” It was a simple, innocent comment about the climate itself, with the world soon plunging into autumn and for trees to announce the change with their colors. The samurai was pining for home, but found contentment in the beauty of nature -- thus the time he spent at this park, his bench not too far off from the stranger’s. Perhaps his sense of nostalgia was what prompted him to strike conversation. “It is good that they do not develop this area.”

The v3.0 of YokaiMask shop is up and running. It incoporates significant improvements to the design of boxes with sold items, a nice illumination change and a new character: Mr. Shopkeeper. Do you like it? Any other adjustments to boost the design?

“Hey, no, stop. You’re going to break your fingers punching like that.”

      True, Elsa knew better. But in moments like this of complete FRUSTRATION, she didn’t care what the “right” way was. She just saw the hanging bag in front of her and a means to let out her anger on something other than a PERSON. Even if it left her knuckles sore and tirred afterward.

     With a sigh she let him cut in and allowed her arms to fall back to her sides. She pulled a towel from the back of a nearby chair and wiped her brow and neck before she turned to him.

      “Wouldn’t figure you for the ‘punching’ type..”

“I don’t even like chocolate.”

      “You DON’T?” Elsa asked, pulling back the offered bag of Hershey kisses as if he had offended them. 

      Who didn’t like CHOCOLATE?? It was the perfect dessert! .... Maybe he was allergic. That had to be it. Ah well. She wouldn’t force it. What he did or didn’t eat really was none of her business.

      “Hmm... That’s fine. More for me, then.”

“ okay, okay, you win! “

      Elsa’s mouth pulled back in a delighted BEAM as her machines dumped piles of artificially created snow upon the man’s shoulders. Created by thousands of nanobots snap freezing the water particles in the air and dropping it on him like a miniature blizzard.

      Worked like a dream! The practical applications were still to be seen... but at least she knew the technology worked!

      “I accept your surrender.” She smugly told him, smirking as she pressed a button on the back of her wrist to turn off the weather.

       “Not quite ‘playing in the snow’ is it? I’ve been developing these things for years.”
