It's been a while since I've had such a bizarre dream. 

Recording it here because I have a dream tag and it's nice to go back and see the state of my mind and how it evolves. 

So - 

I'm a little tired so I'm just gonna write whatever comes to mind and if it's all ungrammatical and fragmented then so be it. I am not in the mood to write properly or to edit anything. 

Things I remember happening: suddenly being pregnant and constantly being reminded of it by this ache or the hardness of the small bump that was my belly. And on top of that, I was enrolling in my last year at university and trying to pick courses. And it's at this juncture when we're picking courses that I realise Riz Ahmed is like some kind of guest professor who was going to be with us for that final term. And I was freaking out because I love him and so I was desperately trying to find the courses he was gonna teach so I could see him. Then as I am wandering around campus, I realise Yokohama Ryusei is also a student here (even though he is a billion years younger than I am) and he walks past with a bunch of male friends and he's munching on a whole, small watermelon. Every time I think of him eating the watermelon, it just cracks me up because I have no idea why or how my mind conjured that image up. And finally, we end up in this room similar to the interactive dining theatre thing I went to with a friend recently. I entered what I thought was a classroom to have class, when it slowly turned out to be some kind of orientation activity in the style of this interactive dining experience thing. And seated in front of me was a skinnier version of the lead singer from the band SHE'S and it was a little awkward because we didn't know each other so naturally I just listened to whomever was speaking and averted my gaze from him, as did he. However, when we were ushered into the next room for the next activity, he stops to talk to me and just asks me out of the blue, "So, do you like me?" I stopped and stared and just short of saying, "What the f...?".. I instead answered, "Um, what do you mean?" And he proceeds to laugh and says, "Can't you see? We were seated opposite each other, we both deliberately didn't look at each other... we're obviously going to have a thing." I was both highly confused and mildly flattered but on all accounts terribly disturbed and just nodded and went, "Uh, okay." So we make it to the next activity room and then his dad shows up and then I see him go off to talk to his dad conspiratorially when I overhear him saying, "Yes, yes, she will agree soon and then our plan will work.." So I don't know what evil plan he had but it was just very weird because then I remembered I was also pregnant and then I wanted to leave and then poof I woke up.  I can't wait to come back and read this months or years from now lol.

Usogui Live-action Film Teaser Trailer Signals The Start of The Ultimate Gamble

    The official website for the forthcoming live-action film adaptation of Toshio Sako's gambling-themed manga Usogui (The Lie Eater) has posted a 30-second teaser trailer introducing the protagonist Baku Madarame's signature phrase, "You're a liar." The production of the film was announced back in 2016 as the manga's 10th-anniversary project. The site has also announced that the Hideo Nakta (the Ring series)-directed film is set to be released in Japan on February 11, 2022.

  The manga was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump from 2006 to 2018 and has printed 8.8 million copies  in 49 tankobon volumes. Its OVA adaptation directed by Kazuo Tomizawa was bundled with the limited edition of the manga's 26th volume released in 2012.

  Its story centers on a high IQ genius gambler, Baku Madarame, who is called Usogui (The Lie Eater), in a head-to-head psychological battle for life and death with top cheaters at Kakerou, a black-ops club that controls Japan's political and business world. 25-yesr-old Ryusei Yokohama (Hikari Nonomura / ToQ 4gou in the 2014 Super Sentai TV series Ressha Sentai ToQger) is cast as the protagonist Baku Madarame.
