Should he go to the hospital? Yes. Will he? No. Sakura is a med student and should be able to “handle it” if she’s going to work with Tsunade and Orochimaru one day 💀

whoever the fuck i saw saying "i can't stand english bitching because they're so complacent" and whoever else thinks we're not doing enough i'd like to invite you to DO SOME FUCKING RESEARCH.
a law was recently passed that deemed any kind of protesting as disruptive and able to be punished by the police, alongside giving the police more power.
we all watched the police storm the PEACEFUL VIGIL for sarah everard - a woman raped and murdered by a police officer.
PEOPLE ARE CURRENTLY BEING ARRESTED FOR OUTWARDLY EXPRESSING ANY SORT OF DISPLEASURE WITH THE MONARCHY.
A WOMAN WAS ARRESTED FOR HOLDING UP A SIGN. JUST HOLDING IT.
PEOPLE WERE ARRESTED FOR BOOING.
everything in britain has been put to a standstill. hospital appointments have been cancelled. funerals have been cancelled. we can't do anything about it.
many of us will be unable to pay our energy bills this winter. we will freeze. we will starve.
it has been demonstrated to us time and time and time again that protests simply make people talk about how we were protesting and never why. and now the police has increased power to punish us for any public opinion that they don't like.
we have been under tory rule for 12 years. 12 years of the same people - hey americans, can you imagine that?
we are tired, no, we are exhausted. we are struggling. we are scared. and it has been made clear to us that our government does not care.
so fucking forgive us if we're putting our own survival over the opinions of americans (and other non-brits but americans are the worst) online who expect us to learn everything about their politics and their country and don't put in an ounce of effort to learn about ours.

I love miraculous ladybug. Not ironically, not spitefully. I legitimately just think it’s a good show. I think it’s hilarious and genuinely fun and I always have a good time watching it. It brings a smile to my face and gets my synapses firing like not many other things can. I love seeing the characters go on wacky little episode-long adventures. I think the characters are extremely consistently written, where every episode I see them do something and think “oh my god, they so would do that”. I think their motivations and personalities make sense. I think the chemistry and dynamics between the characters are absolutely impeccable. I like watching them develop over time. I believe they have developed over time. I like the episodic format. I actually enjoy the slow, gradual plot, where characters can kind of just exist and have a bunch of different little mini-adventures where we get to see how the characters would react to all different kinds of situations without it all needing to be huge earth-shattering, plot-changing stuff. Sometimes that’s nice. It’s not for everyone, but I still think it’s good. I love it. I enjoy it. It’s my comfort show.

Technically the Richmond coaches had two chances to move Jamie to center and then didn’t take it: once when Zava showed up and once when they switched everyone at practice.
Both times they assumed he wouldn’t do it
At the very least we know he was willing to do it the second time (he even asked if they meant to give him the same position), but honestly? The Jamie who came to them worried about the effect of Zava on the team might’ve done it too. He is well on board with being a team player at that point, which he also demonstrated many times in season two. He probably would’ve been hurt by it, but he would’ve agreed to do it
(Then we could’ve had a whole season deconstructing how Jamie conflates scoring with winning with value in a way that really isn’t healthy but I digress)
For the record I don’t think this would have fixed anything. They probably would’ve figured out how effective Jamie is in midfield sooner, but they still would’ve had Zava, and after Zava there would’ve been the tension of whether to keep Jamie where he was or have him step back up to striker, especially since they weren’t doing total football yet. In a lot of ways, having Jamie step up and volunteer for it later really sidesteps a lot of drama
I’m more so lamenting the fact that with Jamie, when it came to ‘be curious not judgmental, they chose to remain judgmental of his past behavior instead of curious about his new ones.

Alright. I suffer from chronic pain and there's no way the batfam doesn't as well. They brutalize their bodies by pushing them to the extremes, not resting when they get injuries, and keep a rigorous workout.
I need more fics where the batfam has to wear compression gloves/socks/etc. They rely on heating and ice packs because it's just one of those days. I want fics where they complain and grow upset because they should be able to power through the pain, but by the gods does that take so much energy. They have multiple discussion on what they should be able to handle and what they can handle. There needs to be arguments about overreliance and under reliance on pain medication. They should get mad and frustrated and sad that they have to feel pain even after the fighting is over and they've healed.
I need the 4 am meetings in the kitchen because their joints ache and they can't sleep. There's different kinds of pains and they, unfortunately, experience them all. At inconvient and annoying times, old injuries and wounds that never healed act up.
They should realize that they are destroying their bodies, they will pay for this if they grow old, but they don't care. They don't care that they're paying for it now, and it'll only get worse.

This is mostly a reminder to myself to make a longer post about this later but the Original Bloodmoon and Revived Bloodmoon are pretty different when it comes to their relationship with their code, their bloodlust, being violent, etc. and talking about potential redemption, especially in the context of what we should do with the last twin, would be a lot smoother if people realized that

If you take nothing else from me yelling about gender. Please take away that categorizing men as the 'predator gender' and women as the 'victim gender' (yes, even if it's trans men/trans women and not cis) is at best gender essentialism and at worst giving bad men a free card because 'men are like that, they can't help it' and gives a cover for bad women to enact abuse and violence of their own under the cover of being 'the good guys'. You do not have to like patriarchy or trust strange men, just understand that someone being a woman does not preclude them from being a predatory puppet of patriarchy and someone being a man does not preclude them from being trustworthy and safe.
