#poorly drawn mdzs #mdzs #wei wuxian #lan wangji #MDZS disco elysium AU #It's not really disco elysium unless your protagonist is dressed up like they're going for the stat boosts #And coming out like a moderately deranged cyberpunk fashion disaster #The AV cable hair ties in particular were the answer to 'How can I explain wwx finding something to tie his hair up in a trashed hotel room #as well as 'How can get him to look even more like a disaster cyberpunk OC?'#WWX woke up after years of being in the eternal pale only to find himself in a different body -hungover and bleeding.#The lack of shirt is due to emergency first aid. The rest of the outfit is him finding whatever he can.#and what better way to pair a lack of shirt than with fishnets?#Lan Wangji doens't have the historical cosplay thing kim has going on but he does wear cute bunny socks. As a treat.#and YES it would be electrochem getting the boost.#It's the skills for *more* than just drugs and sex! Its also the one that goes 'YIPEE! I love solving cases! ^_^ I love a good sandwich!'#Electrochem is the skill for 'you deserve a little treat' and it doesn't care what that little treat is as long as it sparks joy!!!#Please keep that red memento in mind. I will be returning to that plot point.

Finally finished washing, mending, ironing and polishing my thrift store finds, so please behold my first ever cosplay 😁

I got two pairs of shoes, one men's pair which is more worn but fits the cosplay better, and a unisex one that I just absolutely adore for everyday wear as well!

#apparently you can iron out creases from leather shoes!#had to bury some loose threads around the 'pocket' welts and buttons of the waistcoat too #otherwise the clothes are in great shape :)#and they fit like a glove :D though the coat doesn't quite agree with sliding over cotton shirts #still looking for a bowtie I'll be happy with #maddie's go tag #good omens #the shoes looked nowhere near as good when I got them (very cheap)#but that's the thing with leather: a bit of care and it's as good as new!#I'll be getting shoe blocks to keep them going for many years to come #no face cause this angle is not flattering for someone who has no chin (and unwashed hair) 😂#cosplay #aziraphale

Happy Halloween! I've been reflecting a lot on fat representation in media and how still very little meets the bar set for me by reading Discworld at a fairly young age. And also on what kind of Actual Adult Woman I want to be. And really if I could just internalize the entire coven I think I would be pretty satisfied with my life.

And I sewed a witch hat!

My cat is exactly as enthusiastic about pictures as I would expect Greebo to be.

("Tarrie, why didn't you pick Agnes? She's closer to your age and still your size!" Because Agnes wouldn't have given me an excuse to wear a hedgehog on my head, obviously.)

Thank you so much everyone for your kind words on my Cal Kestis cosplay!!! It was a blast to wear around the con, and I can't wait to wear it again!

My mom graciously was the one who made my cosplay, and she did an amazing job!!! She is a very talented seamstress, and I def need to learn how to sew from her haha BD-1 I got from Galaxy's Edge at Disneyland, and my lightsaber I got from Disneyland as well.

it is made of a bed sheet,

I used a neat sewing technique for the shoudlers I learnt from the sewing bee! It is fully lined and SO COMFY!!!

I made the pattern myself, I made a few mockups before I got to the main fabric. I will be sharing an aproximate pattern (i dont know how to make a printout one) at some point!

I spend such an unreasonable amount of time contemplating drawing Taylor and Hermie having fun going to a convention in Cross Guild cosplay. The only reason I haven’t done it is because I don’t know which of their friends they would force to tag along as their Crocodile. It could be any of them.
