Chapter 10: Complicated

Ms. Joke annoyed the shit out of y/n.

The first thing that ticked her off was Ms. Joke saying,

"DATE ME!" to Aizawa.

She stood beside shinso, anger boiling inside her.

She shouldn't be jealous.

She's not.

Right?

"These are your students? Nice to meet you!" Ms. Joke said looking at the students.

Midoriya started muttering about her hilarious quirk and her fighting style. He went on and on until ochako stopped him.

Aizawa visibly looked–well irritated?

"You know we made a pact which stated , we'll marry eachother if we're single by 30– don't you remember that eraser–"

"I dont"

Aizawa tried to hide it but his gaze fell on y/n. He noticed she was glaring at Ms. Joke , she was pissed.

So this was his type?

A funny woman?

Someone his age? (Well duh)

Someone loud?

y/n also noticed Ms. Joke's body.

She grew self conscious in a few seconds.

Aizawa noticed, he always notices her.

She tucked shinso towards the entry , not wanting to hear anything more from Ms. Joke.

Her mind was clouded by Ms. Joke and Aizawa the whole time she was in the exam hall. Trying her best to focus.

This was it.

She needed to focus.

And she did.

After a days , aizawa noticed something

Something I didn't like.

y/n had started to avoid him.

And she did it good.

Only being formal with him and at practise sje would mostly interact with shinso. Her smile disappeared, the one he saw everyday.

She started to grow distant from him

While being the same sweet girl towards her friend's and other teachers.

Aizawa didn't push. He knew it was for the best.

Even though hus heart sank when he heard of her boyfriend.

Yuta, a boy from general studies. He heard Yutaka was excellent in his studies and often helped y/n. And that's how they got close.

Its for the best

(Time skip) 4 years later ~

y/n was now twenty.

Stronger, smarter, wiser.

She was currently working in the hero agency of the pro hero Hawks. As his assistant.

Hawks was a respectful boss and always made her feel comfortable.

y/n was still in a relationship with Yuta, though she wished she wasn't.

Her relationship with Yuta had turned somewhat toxic. They both didn't love eqchother anymore but also were afraid of letting go.

"y/n~~! My sweetest assistant!" Hawks chipped

"What do to you want?" She glanced at him.

"Well..it's not like I can't just day hi to you-"

"Cut it out boss"

"Alirght. My sweet girlfriend is kinda busy tonight and I need a date, "

She raised her eyebrows at that. Telling him to continue.

"With her approval and blessing, I would like to ask you as a date to the hero gala tonight, plus I can't go alone and it's kinda short notice please say yes please say yes please say yes-"

"Okay! I'll go with you dude!"

"Cool!"

The ballroom was loud.

Too loud.

Music pulsed through golden chandeliers, laughter bounced off polished marble, and flashing cameras made the place feel more like a battlefield than a celebration.

Y/n stood beside Hawks, arm lightly looped through his as the crowd swarmed around them.

“You good, y/n?” Hawks leaned in, his voice low and teasing as always.

“You look like you're about to commit a felony.” She gave him a deadpan stare.

"You promised this would be a quiet job."

"It is," he smirked, tugging his champagne flute to his lips.

"You're assisting me. Look pretty, make me look reliable. You know, PR stuff."

"I’m not your arm candy."

"You're prettier than candy, sweetheart."

She rolled her eyes. "I’m leaving. I need air."

"Don't get lost," he called as she walked off, and she flipped him off without turning around.

Jerk

She pushed through the chatter, the clinking glasses, the artificial smiles. She didn’t belong here. Not with fake charm and empty conversations.

Her heels clicked against the marble as she slipped out onto one of the quiet balconies, finally exhaling.

And that’s when she saw him.

Aizawa.

Alone. Dressed sharp—black suit, loose tie, collar popped.

Hair tied back. A glass in his hand.

Their eyes locked.

Her heart skipped.

"Didn’t expect to see you here," she said, voice casual, but her hands were clenched behind her back.

"Didn’t expect you with Hawks," he replied coolly, gaze sliding to the gala behind her.

"Figured you’d be... busier."

"I’m just his assistant," she muttered. "His girlfriend had some last minute work."

"...Still working too hard," he noted.

She smiled faintly. "Old habits."

He looked at her then.

Really looked.

She’d changed. Grown into herself. Her eyes burned sharper, but her smile was quieter.

Beautiful

"How’s the pro life treating you?" he asked, taking a sip.

"Tiring. Lonely sometimes. But I manage." He nodded.

"And your boyfriend?" She stiffened.

He noticed.

"It’s... complicated." He arched a brow.

She leaned against the rail.

"He doesn’t like my hours. My missions. He says I’m not soft enough. Not present enough. That I—"

Her voice cracked. She turned away.

"That I still look at someone else like I did back at UA."

The silence between them crackled.

"Do you?" he asked quietly.

Her laugh was bitter.

"Would it matter if I did?"

He didn’t answer.

But he stepped closer.

And her breath hitched.

"I thought I was over it," she whispered. "Thought you were just my teacher. A crush. A phase."

He stared at her. Hard.

"You were sixteen," he said low. "I had no right."

"And now?" she challenged, stepping in.

Their chests nearly brushed.

His hand twitched at his side.

"Now you're not my student anymore," he said, voice rough and low.

Her lips parted.

"Then do something about it."

He didn’t hesitate.

He grabbed her waist and pulled her in, mouth crashing onto hers like he’d been holding back for years.

And fuck, it was worth the wait.

Hot. Desperate. Hungry.

But still careful—because she was herself now, not some lost girl needing approval.

She kissed him back like she did in her first year.

And for the first time, it didn’t feel wrong.

It felt right.

When they pulled apart, breathless and still too close, she whispered,

"That complicated enough for you, sensei?"

He smirked.

"You’ve always been complicated."

Quirk: Switch-he can switch the quirks of anyone he touches it doesn't work with mutant types and only lasts 15 minutes. Personality: Rambunctious, loud, always cracks jokes especially dad jokes, sensitive, always laughing, enthusiastic happy ball of sunshine, terrifying when angry or disappointed. Occupation: famous Show Host of Switcheroo Jokes on You (he's loaded *slams hands* Aizawa is a rich kid and his father is part of the reason Ms. Joke likes him Kaminari would explode if he knew)

Akira Aizawa: a girl with a straight dark brown almost black bobbed hair, dark silver eyes, Constellation Canis Major Freckles with the points glowing across the bridge of her nose, and a short small build and small bust. Quirk: Starlight-she can create beams of light from her glowing freckles like a flashlight🔦. Occupation: Astronomer (Aizawa's younger sister they are 5 years apart they like to watch the stars together)

Adohira's Mom: Sora Aizawa: a elderly woman with long unruly white hair, blue eyes, and a Short medium sized build with a Small sized bust. Quirk: Float-she can make anything around her head float including her hair. Personality: Kind, friendly, sarcastic, intelligent, the typical grandma. Occupation: Owns an Inn acts as hostess (Shota took his class and Vlad's class there in second year along with Mic, Eri, Midnight*in my version she is alive*, Vlad, and all might for a treat vacation)

Yutaka Aizawa: An elderly man with shoulder length straight grey hair held in a top knot, red eyes, a small grey pointy beard, and a Tall Stocky Build. Quirk: Multiply-he could Multiply an item but only 4 times for each item (Died in his sleep from old age)

Hoshi's Parents: Hiroto Amano- an elderly man with Short black sleeked down black hair with pale grey sideburns, Constellation Ursa Major Freckles with glowing yellow points across the bridge of his nose, dark silver eyes, half moon glasses, an average height and a slim build. Quirk: Flash Hypnotism-he can flash his glowing yellow freckle points different colors and hypnotize anyone who sees them. Personality: Calm, logical, A little eccentric, polite, and wouldn't hurt a fly. Occupation: Retired Therapist

Akio Amano-a Woman with long straight silver hair in a braided bun, Silver Flashlight 🔦 lens pattern, and a Short Average build, with a medium sized bust. Quirk: Flashlight 🔦 Personality: Bubbly, Kind, a tad ditsy, and the kind of grandma that shoves food down your throat when if you're full.

[AJPW NEWS] The full event card was announced for the “Champion Carnival” kick-off show on April 7, as a new rookie will be making his official debut as well.

That rookie being Kazuki Ebina who will be maing his pro debut for the promotion on April 7 in his hometown of Sendai. Ebina was born May, 30, 1990 and hails from Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. His current stats list him at 177cm and that he currently weighs in at 95kg. His sports background is in basketball with his in-ring idol being Kenta Kobashi. Ebina got his start in the All Japan Dojo back on July 2, 2017 and is seeing a 9 month turn around for his debut as a member of the roster.

PLOT

Yagami Light, (Kubota Masataka), is an ordinary university student. One day, he receives a death note which changes his life. The death note awakens his warped sense of justice and genius. He becomes murderer Kira and punishes criminals.

L, (Yamazaki Kento), is a well known private detective. L appears in front of Light. L defines Kira as evil and decides to catch Kira. Then N (Yuki Mio), who has a beautiful appearance but dangerous existence, appears.
