1. Leap of faith any leg pose I loved trying this pose with elevation. I'm always nervous to raise my oversplit height. I'm surprised and proud to revisit this posture and find some comfort. I am making it through today with a lot of trepidation. I have been having a lot of tramatic flashbacks lately and it has made regular things a bit harder. I am doing my best.
