Loneliness of infj

It feels weird to say to a group of people that how my feeling of loneliness differs from the most. It’s even harder for me to explain. But it sort of feels like I’m in this huge crater unable to really come out. The only thing I can do is see how other people are living their lives. It feels weird. I don’t want to make people think I feel like I’m special or something. I don’t feel like that. It’s very hard to explain but I sometimes get existential crisis in a middle of hanging out or something and I’m somewhat stuck in my own head. And when that existential loneliness hits me it’s like I can’t be like human that day. It gets so lonely being myself.
