This is a documentary style video that tells the story of how Disneyland went from having many attractions and restaurants where only men or only women could work to evolving into an inclusive work place.  It also tells the story of how Disneyland used to prohibit same-sex dancing at the park, which resulted in a lawsuit.  Since then, Disneyland has become much more welcoming to people of all groups, both men and women, gay and straight, etc.
