So I was listening to @iamtabithabrown talk about @justegg right... Now I'm particular about my plant based foods so I was hesitant to try this. My first thought was...ew! But I'm adventurous so I was like f*** it. It looks and feels like an egg patty. The texture is similar to microwaved eggs.
