fasted for 65hrs, in the 30hrs since then, ive eaten one piece of pizza, one wing, one breadstick, one hawaiian roll, two beef patties, two bites of potato salad, 200 calories of water ice, iced coffee, and one donut hole. yes im a fat ass

i lied, weighed myself a few hours later, exactly 170lbs, i did eat, though, 300 calories at 7:30pm

gained 20 lbs, no longer anywhere near my lw. calorie intake will be around 150 a day for as long as i can. today i had 130, day before i had 139, nd the day before, i fasted.
sw was 184.2, last weigh in, yesterday was 175.6lbs, don't really feel like weighing myself until im done

i kinda feel like i have less body fat than before but that's probably just a cope
