tips for losing weight?

The way i did it was very unhealthy but if you wanna lose weight fast it works i fasted for 3 days then the next 3 i would do omad and purge it i did that for about a month but some healthier ways ive lost but at a slower pace was limiting between 500 to 700 a day It's a great way to lose weight if you don't have energy to exercise or have a disability were you can exercise as much
