Am I proud? You bet. This picture was taken during my “PMS”. Let me tell you my friend this is what wellness looks like. No filter! No make up. If you knew me before, you’d understand what I mean. My eyes are bright and white, my skin is glowing, my hair (look at the sides) are shining. I was with my friend having a Frappuccino at Starbucks, laughing and making plans for the next day. For the last 20 years of my life, my PMS were miserable. A year ago this picture would have been a completely different image. I would not just be completely moody and stuck in bed, but my skin would be filled with acne, my eyes would be lifeless and my hair would be so dry. My Period was nothing other than misery. I couldn’t work, cope, go out or even eat. If you find yourself in those situations, well it is not normal. Speak with someone. Reach out to me. Your body shouldn’t be sick. This is not normal. It is not how you are. It is not how it is. It is not just how you were born and how you gonna die. Everything has a lot to do with everything. Everything can be changed. Your health, your moods, your physical appearance have a lot to with your hormones, your diets, your environment YES your environment; your family, the kind of friends you have, your job, your thoughts process. If you can’t change these things, you’ll never gonna see a change in your health unless a huge miracle and those do happen. #miracles. While you can and wishing for better health take actions. I decided to get on #Evolv after 1 year of digging, interviewing of people and searching about the company and the people working for it. It felt right, it felt true, it felt genuine and no BS. Last year, I was so excited to start working for myself not knowing what was ahead of me. If I knew, I probably would have not done it so soon. I’m glad I didn’t know. I’m happy I did it all out of ignorance. Knowing too much, analyzing too much, stop people from doing anything worthy in life. Analysis paralysis; I learned that from #biggerpocket. Babies get up to walk because they don’t know what falling is. They get “burned” because they don’t know what fire is. Often, it is the reactions of others that make them cry. I was so blessed to have faithful friends and a strong mind. I learned and shrug my shoulders and do it again from solid experience. #ilovemylife.
