trust issues & the law of assumption.
i’m writing this post as someone who used to struggle with severe trust issues yet was brave enough to not let them control my life decisions. despite my trust issues, i still got into relationships and had close friends. however, i never truly addressed my trust issues and always waited for the person who will completely heal me and get rid of them for me. i gave people the power to heal my own trust issues while subconsciously knowing that they’ll disappoint me still. that they’ll betray me still. not knowing back then that everyone is literally me and i’m the one who manifested my trust issues through people. that was one hell of an annoying journey.
if you’re anything like i was, if you suffer from trust issues that never seem to fuck off, this post is for you. i’ll be mentioning points that helped me get over my trust issues and manifest better relationships for myself and maintaining my sanity.
1. all versions of people have the right to exist, you’re the one who selects the version you want to experience.
the law of duality. the balance. everything and its opposite exists. for one thing to exist, its opposite must too. if you have a belief that people will naturally betray you, then it doesn’t really make sense to assume that everyone will. sure, there will be people who can potentially betray you AND there can be people who won’t. both have the right to exist. there can be a version of someone who will betray you, and a version of them that won’t. if you’re the god of your reality, then it’s your choice. it’s not theirs. you’re the one who is selecting your experience with people and how they show up in your life.
2. trust issues and a happy healthy relationship/friendship in the same sentence ????
doesn’t make sense either. how tf can you be in a happy healthy relationship or friendship while always expecting your partner/friend to betray you ? that doesn’t sound healthy, right ? you can manifest to find a partner/friend to reassure you and deal with your trust issues, but aren’t you still depending on something/someone outside of you to “heal” you ? and for how long ? do you want to have trust issues for the rest of your life ? because even if you manifest someone who deals with it and reassures you constantly, we all know it doesn’t feel good. honestly, it gets worse. then you start overthinking about how good they are and that it’s impossible for someone to be this good and a little bit overthinking here and there about getting betrayed and then you assume the worst case scenario then baam. we all know that your trust issues will always find a way to protect you from any potential harm. even if everything is 100% perfect in front of you, it’ll convince you that everything being perfect in itself is not possible and that your perfectly caring, loving, and loyal partner who does everything you want all day and night and is with you 24/7 is actually a serial cheater despite being with you and giving you all the reassurance you need. (yup, been there done that)
3. stop assuming there is competition because you’re your only competition. (i’m not being cliché, you literally are)
a lot of people’s opinions in this comm differ when it comes to people’s existence in your reality and blah blah. in my opinion, everything outside in your 3d, INCLUDING people, is a hologram. pretty lonely ik but it’s true. idc if you want to argue with me because if you can literally control how everything and everyone shows up in your life then don’t try to convince me that they have their own mind = their own awareness. that they’re actually people with their own lives and have the choice to do whatever they want in your reality. sure, they exist. but people’s versions in your reality are nothing but a hologram. (watch @/be_the_operant_power on yt, they explain it really well) everyone is you and you are everything. you experience your desires through people and things. just like how you experience freedom/luxury/safety/etc. through money, you experience love/physical intimacy/etc. from people. they’re a manifestation of what you want to experience. i literally manifested my partner out of thin air almost as if i created him to the tee. every single detail about him. literally everything. he was a manifestation of what i wanted in a partner and i’m experiencing the emotions and needs i want through him in “3d form.” so, if you literally create and select everything going on around you including people, i’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that “3p” and “competition” are your own manifestation. they are your fears manifesting themselves in 3d forms. fear of competition/being replaced/etc. even if you manifest competition in your reality, that person is literally you. you are the 3p, you are the competition. you are your own competition. no one has free will in your reality so how tf can any of that exist without your permission ?
4. it’s quite pathetic to be the victim when you know you aren’t.
i know this is harsh to say but i had to let go of my victim mindset too. i always felt like life was unfair to me. it didn’t make sense to me though because i never did anything wrong to deserve that. i watched people who i assumed were the spawns of satan get everything they want. get away with anything. always receiving praise and forgiveness no matter what they did. now i know that all of this was just a manifestation of how i believed the world worked. good people = suffer, bad people = don’t. so it manifested in so many ways for me. it still didn’t make sense to me. it wasn’t “logical” to me. i even tested it multiple times. people around me would lie about certain things and weren’t held accountable and when i did the same exact thing, i received so many backlash. i was always punished even if i did absolutely nothing wrong. here is what a victim mindset does to you. you feel bad for yourself. you feel like you don’t deserve what’s happening to you. “why me.” blah blah. trust issues manifest later on. everyone is out to get me. everyone will betray me. everyone will leave me. such a victim. and then i got exactly that and i was still surprised ???? one day i felt truly pathetic. being a victim to my own assumptions, to people, it doesn’t feel good.
5. decide that nothing can get to you, even if your fear manifests.
i know people always say “face your fears” and i think a lot of people think that it’s by smacking the fear out of you or jumping straight into it or doing something to regulate your nervous system and calm your mind (which is usually beneficial, the regulate part). i’ll offer an additional way. trust issues are byproducts of your fears. whether abandonment, betrayal, both of them, etc. i want you to realize and TRULY know that most fears are trying to protect you or at least they think they are and they are NOT SEPARATE from you. fears are also your own manifestations. they are the manifestation of the need to protect yourself. to stay safe. they subconsciously prepare you for the worst case scenario to decrease its emotional and mental damage to you. that’s all they are. knowing the law of the assumption, we know that our dominant assumptions and beliefs manifest. if we consciously know that, then why choose to let your trust issues (aka the manifestation of your fears) control your reality ? you can think of your trust issues (fears as well) as a mother who is just trying to protect you. she means no harm. she is just worried you’d be put in a harmful situation. she wants to protect you from everyone and everything. and although she has good intentions, wouldn’t that be pretty suffocating and honestly— traumatizing ? you’ll think she’s being overprotective to a point where it’s not beneficial to you. she is not protecting you anymore but rather controlling you. you’ll never be able to experience life or form healthy and genuine connections because she’s not letting you LIVE.
you might get hurt. so what ? you might go through bad things. so what ?? why are you so scared to get hurt by others. when you realize how small your trust issues and fears actually are, you begin to not give them so much power. you begin to focus on the potential of good things happening to you. you start to consider the possibilities that are in your favor. you start to see things more clearly. be fearless. there is nothing to fear because YOU are the operant power in your reality. if you’re fearing anything, then you’re just fearing yourself and your own creation.
if you want a healthy relationship, friendship, whatever with no trust issues or crazy mental shenanigans, you got to be fearless. don’t be scared to get hurt, betrayed, rejected, whatever. you have to build your self concept up and know that you are worth being with loyal people and surrounded by love and healthy dynamics. focus on that and even if the opposite happens, you’ll still be fine because you recognize your own power and got yourself and nothing and no one else matters. you can manifest better people. you can manifest any circumstance to change. you can select any reality you want. you can do revision. you can do whatever the hell you want so even if bad things happen, you can do better and will do better and choose better and again because everything works out in your favor anyway. <3

here is a reminder that loss and fears aren’t real. you can’t lose anything because everything is you. you can’t lose your person because they’re you. fears aren’t real because you’re the one who chooses how everything goes. you’re the one who is deciding everything so what is there to fear ? you’re fearless and always the winner. this is who you’re being from this moment forward. no more belittling yourself. no more underestimating the law. how can you be the god of your reality and still have fears ? what are you fearing ? yourself ? do you not trust yourself enough ? think about it. you trusted to be with someone despite your fears yet you can’t do that for yourself ? when really the only person you’ll ever have is you. you have to trust yourself and know that fears are nothing. whenever you’re fearing something, think of someone who doesn’t have that fear and see how their life is going. fear of abandonment ? observe a friend who doesn’t have that fear and see how their life is like. that should be “proof” enough for you that it’s ridiculous and it all has to do with you. why do people who fear absolutely nothing and 100% believe in themselves and who they are always receive everything they want ? why is everyone obsessed with them ? why do they not get abandoned, betrayed, etc. ? why can’t that person be you ? be fearless because you have nothing to lose but self. if you lose self, you lose everything. choose self, choose a fearless identity, don’t get shaken up by some stupid thoughts in your head, and fully KNOW that you’re safe and secure. give that to yourself within.

when anxiety and fear take over your identity.
telling yourself that everything works out in your favor no matter what is such a powerful statement and this is coming from someone who used to have anxiety and couldn’t even get out of the house without having an anxiety attack. i’ll be completely transparent though. i still experience some anxiety sometimes but it feels so different knowing about the law. it feels different knowing that i’m utterly the one in control. knowing that nothing can ever happen to me without my consent. i no longer fear things like i used to and even when i experience fear, i don’t identify with it and look at it neutrally. telling myself that the 3d isn’t real (it helps me when i say that so i just do it. whatever works) and that i don’t have to worry about a single thing because i am the operant power in my reality and what i says goes feels so freeing to me. i always get what i want and more. everyone around me is me. everything around me is me. so why should i fear or be anxious about anything ?
you should have this mindset too when you’re experiencing negative emotions. it’s fine to feel them. it’s fine to release those emotions. it’s fine to cry. it’s fine to let it all out, but never forget who you are. who YOU inherently ARE. the source of everything. you are everything and everything is you, so what is there to fear ? what is there to be anxious about ? what is there to overthink about ? when everything goes the way you assume and decide it will. be fearless. don’t be anxious or scared of anything. and let’s just think for a brief second— even if everything is against you, you have yourself, and that in itself is powerful enough.
every day remind yourself of how powerful you are. how strong you are. how the best case scenarios always happen to you. how that even if things “go wrong” it’s all working out perfectly for you. don’t let anxiety convince you otherwise. anxiety is just there to protect you or at least it thinks it is. you no longer identify with it not because it’s bad, don’t perceive it like that, but because you no longer need protection. you are the one who chooses and decides what happens around you. the way people treat you. what occurs in your life. your ideal life.
it’s okay to let go of an emotion you’ve been used to for so long. i feel like this is something not a lot of people talk about. sometimes we’re so attached to emotions that more often than not harm us and we can’t let go of them. we’ve been so used to them that they’re our “safe space” somehow. we made these emotions our comfort zone that the opposite of it just seems so uncomfortable. it hurts to let go of them because they’ve been a part of you for so long. but, if you want to be better, if you want to have everything you’ve ever truly wanted, you’ll have to let go of it. you have to embrace your actual identity beneath the one conquered by fear and anxiety. you have to view yourself as the perfection that you are. as all that is. step into your power and watch your whole world shift. both inner and outer. *

hello sorry to bother i have a particular problem i haven’t saw anyone mentioning, you see everytime I affirm for something because I’m not going to say trying.. well I do this for example for like 1 week maybe two and all but then I just kinda forget about my desires, and I’m not saying it’s not manifesting (i mean I’m acknowledging right now) but I forget about it and I don’t even contradict it then I just forget i was manifesting it and it’s just not there ???
hello ! no bother at all. honestly it’s kind of hard to point out exactly the reason why it’s not there since idk you or don’t have enough details so i’m unable to give you a definite answer. i can list some of the reasons why you’re experiencing that though.
1) you’re unconsciously contradicting your thoughts. self concept isn’t necessary to manifest but there might be a core belief that you aren’t aware of about yourself or the desire that’s contradicting your affirmations in your subconscious. the whole purpose of affirming is to “saturate” the mind and engrave the affirmation into your subconscious/get the ego on board/etc. whatever you believe in. it’s not about the outer world, it’s about the inner. a lot of people think that affirming is about GETTING something. affirmations are just reminders that you already have what you want. just like thoughts. when you think about something you have, you don’t go searching for it outside. you already have it and you just thought about it. it’s the same thing. your desire isn’t just something you get, it’s part of you. it’s part of your identity. when something is already engraved in your mind, when you truly and genuinely believe it’s already yours, even if you forget about it, it’s still there. maybe you don’t fully believe it is yours already or something in your self concept or core beliefs are contradicting your affirmations and when you forget about your desire, they’re still more dominant in your subconscious or mind in general.
2) your 4d aka your imagination is the actual reality. it’s not just about not contradicting your affirmations, it’s about knowing and assuming that what you want is already yours because it TRULY is already yours. whatever you persist in in your 4d, you’re selecting. you’re shifting every second. with every affirmation, thought, belief, etc. you persist in, you select the reality in which it already exists. are you affirming from the place of someone who already has what they want in the current moment (NOW), or are you affirming from the place of someone who is trying to get something in the 3d ? because the 3d will not show you anything that doesn’t exist in your 4d already since it’s a reflection.

when you’re frustrated at your circumstances and the people around you, i want you to remember that everything and everyone depends on you and needs you not the other way around. you keep focusing on the people around you and forget that you’re the main character & the director of your own reality. you keep giving people the importance that you should be giving yourself. when someone frustrates you, i want you to take a step back and calm yourself down. don’t react. don’t argue. don’t do anything besides taking a step back. don’t give it power and your full awareness. don’t assign a meaning to the situation. let it pass as if it’s just a glitch. nothing more. everything is begging for your energy whether good or bad. you choose what’s good for you and give it your awareness. don’t focus on things that frustrate you because nothing out there matters. your inner world is what matters because let’s say, the outer world is in complete destruction— if your inner world is not, it won’t matter. if someone leaves you, it won’t matter. if anything hurtful happens to you, it won’t matter because you got yourself and you’re completely and fully satisfied with that. you don’t need outside validation. you don’t need anything from anyone. why ? because you can give it to yourself so it’d be really stupid to go and ask for it when you already have it within your reach and don’t even have to ask for it. with only one decision, it’s yours. you take a step back and you remember that. remember the times when everything came to you just because you realized your own power and put yourself on the pedestal. has reacting to the 3d and putting other people on the pedestal do anything for you ? no. then stop doing that. stop doing the same shit and expecting different results. you’ve seen what works and you’ve seen what doesn’t, so stop repeating the same mistakes. stop giving your power away because at the end of the day, everything is YOU and you only have yourself. even the people around you are you !! so technically you really only have yourself. if people in your reality aren’t prioritizing you or are treating you in a way that is frustrating to you, that’s 100% telling you something. remember who you are and your power. never forget who you are or belittle yourself for someone or something. ever.

i was watching the new season of black mirror and i was like holy shit this is literally all about manifestation and shifting. i remember telling myself, while watching the season before, that the next season will be about consciousness, reality shifting, etc. and boom. i even manifested the time it comes out. i’m going to use this season as a way to manifest more things into my life. heyy...I'm manifesting my dream life basically a 180-degree change. Just wanted to ask if I can wake up to all my desires (as in my dream house with my DF, DB, etc.). I had this doubt as in some of the success stories I read, people woke up to their desires while others got it in some or the other way. tyyy
yes, you can. manifestation and shifting are instant. so it is very possible to wake up to your desires. i think it depends on your mindset and how much you trust and believe in the law and shifting. here is a personal suggestion though and it has helped me a lot. stop thinking about how it’s going to happen and believe whatever makes you feel more at ease since you are already experiencing resistance to your desires. (don’t add more into it and focus too much on the details or the logical side of it) whether you wake up to them or get them in some other way, it doesn’t matter. what matters is that they’re yours already. it doesn’t matter how they show up in the 3d because you’re ALREADY experiencing your ideal reality in your actual reality; aka your imagination. whatever happens in your 3d doesn’t matter because you already have what you want. the focus should be on the inner not the outer. try to do what’s easier for you even if it’s believing that you’ll get your desires in some way. as you manifest and become more confident in the law, you’ll find it way easier to shift instantly and wake up to your desires. don’t put any pressure on yourself and it’s okay to take things step by step.

this is getting unbelievably annoying. i honestly don’t understand why people gotta complicate shit so much. maybe it’s just THAT simple that people can’t just accept that it is. not only is it simple, but also meant to be experienced differently.
any method or technique works. anything works. everything works. i think so many people have forgotten that not everyone has the same exact brain as they do. we are all extremely different. different childhoods. different beliefs. different traumas. different circumstances. different will power. different upbringings. different brain capacities. different limiting beliefs. different capabilities. different levels of sensitivity. we’re all not the same. even if we are all connected to one consciousness, we’re different on a human level.
someone who has been severely abused as a child will not be the same as someone who wasn’t. another person can also go through the same childhood and be completely different. you can’t expect someone who is depressed to be more motivated and open than someone who isn’t. i’m not saying that we should accept anything we view as negative about ourselves, but some people genuinely believe that deciding something is just that easy for everyone.
methods and techniques aren’t just used for manifestation. they’re used to help YOU manifest in a way that is suitable to you and how your brain functions. affirming isn’t bad. visualizing isn’t bad. whatever method isn’t bad. it’s all about bringing your awareness to your desire. if you keep affirming, you bring awareness to your desire. you are normalizing this desire in your mind by repetition. this is literally how so many people get brainwashed into believing anything; by repetition. some people have extreme limiting beliefs for multiple reasons and need to keep repeating shit until it becomes a more common “thought” for them than the undesirable one and is more engraved in their awareness. some people find it hard to just decide. and that’s okay. do whatever tf you feel comfortable with and suits YOUR mind. you can have it and still affirm that you do. your subconscious isn’t gonna be like woah this mf is affirming about something they already have ? well that means they don’t have it .. bfr. your subconscious mind isn’t your narcissistic toxic ex so please stop treating it as such. i affirm for things i already have. sometimes i look at my jacket in my closet and keep repeating in my mind that i have this lovely jacket and i’m happy i do. hell i can even annoy the shit out of everyone around me and sing about it in the most annoying voice ever. my boyfriend is the sweetest person i’ve ever met yet i constantly tell myself that he’s so sweet over and over in my head. it’s seriously not that deep y’all. some people have more inner dialogues than visuals or imagery in their heads and vice versa. some people can even do both at the same time. (that’s how my brain works) it really depends on you and what is natural to you.
you can visualize without emotions. why ? because some people generally don’t feel that much emotions to begin with. when you visualize, you gotta be yourself. how’d you feel if you received roses ? me personally, i’d smile a lot and feel loved. someone else might not feel that. they’d probably just appreciate it and that’s it. how would YOU feel and act when you’re visualizing and having your desire. that’s it. and honestly, it’s mostly just about knowing and living in the end more than anything. i visualized a lot of things without feeling anything. i just kept telling myself that what i’m visualizing is my actual reality and got them. you can visualize however you want.
let me make it simple for you. there is no separation and everything is instant. your 3d and 4d are the same but your 4d is within your control and is your actual reality (contrary to what you’ve been raised to believe) and it is reflected in your 3d. everything is you and you’re everything. whatever reality you choose to identify with in your 4d is your actual reality and has no choice but to be reflected in your 3d because it’s just a mirror. you’re welcome.
self concept is important, yes. do you need it ? no. will it help you a lot ? yes. and to achieve your ideal self concept— well, it depends on you. are you someone who can just decide who you want to be or would methods help you achieve this self concept ? whatever feels comfortable to you, do it. whatever will help you reach your goal do it. some people can’t just decide and that’s okay. exactly like how some people can calm themselves down in a second while others might need to take a few breaths first until they gradually are able to calm down without needing to do so.
honestly so many people are starting to not make any sense. you can and can’t do anything at the same time ? or tell you that you’re limitless yet limit you and fill your mind with so many limited beliefs. do whatever feels comfortable and whatever continues to bring your awareness to your desires. when i say just decide, persist, and “be” in my posts, all i mean is decide, persist, and be who you want to be in your own way or the way most suitable to YOU !

if there’s only one thing to keep in mind today, let it be your strength. if you feel weak, let me remind you of how powerful you are. you never gave up on yourself. biggest proof is that you’re here. you wanted to do better. you wanted to be better. you were sick of being a “victim” in your own reality. you wanted better for yourself. that’s why a lot of you are in this community. many people discover manifestation yet refuse to believe it’s true or don’t really bother to dig deeper into it. you, on the other hand, sought more. this action in itself shows persistence in your desire to achieve and seek more than what we’ve been told to do or believe. when you feel weak, remind yourself that you never and will never give up on yourself. even if the 3d is all shitty, it doesn’t matter. you don’t need anything. you don’t need anyone. you have yourself. you have the god power within you to decide whatever tf you want. you are strong and capable of choosing better for yourself and that alone says a lot. even if your desires aren’t manifesting, fuck them for a moment. it’s not about the desires, it’s about you. please celebrate and appreciate yourself. appreciate every little thing you do for yourself. appreciate the fact that you didn’t give up on yourself. that you have all this knowledge— that you have access to all of it and you decided to not let it go to waste. you chose to believe that there is more to life than what we were raised to believe. you’re special and your strength is admirable. be the first person to admire yourself. if you feel like you haven’t achieved anything significant in your life or your current circumstances are triggering tf out of you and they’re affecting how you view yourself, let this post be a confirmation that you’re on the right path and it’s only going to get better from here on. ★

this is something i struggle with sometimes ngl. persistence isn’t that hard for me, but sometimes my circumstances can make it a bit difficult and i end up reacting negatively or doing something that contradicts my manifestation. here is how i deal with it.
1) if i can’t deny the negative circumstances, i tell myself that they’re leading me to my desires. even if i’m put in the worst situations i can possibly think of, i tell myself that they’re part of the unfolding and that everything is working out in my favor. just like when you order something and some complications happen. you know that eventually these complications will be resolved and your order will arrive regardless. when i am unable to mentally persist in the new story, that’s what i focus on. i don’t focus too much on the unfolding though so i don’t stay there. i just don’t give power to them. i just try to be as calm as i possibly can and know that the negative circumstances are just the unboxing of my manifestation.
2) i recall moments when everything went to shit and i still got my desires. i have a lot of moments where my 3d was in shambles and i still got my manifestations or something even better.
3) i remind myself that the law is real and it’s a LAW. meaning, it is always on. it is always waiting for me to select the reality i want. i’m always shifting. i’m always choosing. this doesn’t change just because i’m facing negative circumstances.
4) i tell myself that no matter what i do in the 3d, it doesn’t matter. it’ll lead me to my manifestation regardless. even when i throw a fit or have a mental breakdown or react negatively to the 3d in any way, i tell myself that it doesn’t matter. i can do whatever i want and still get my manifestation. if i want to cry, i cry. if i want to feel angry or frustrated, i allow myself to feel these emotions. sometimes i pretend that time froze along with everything else. like i’m in a place where nothing happens and it transcends the notion of time and existence ? in a way. i’m allowed to do anything i want and it won’t affect my 3d at all.
5) i trained my mind to detach from anything that overwhelms me. this one was extremely hard at first but now i’m way better at it. i naturally detach after letting my feelings out. i don’t feel regret at all for reacting especially when it comes to sp or people in general. this eventually led to my awareness being more focused on myself and my inner peace rather than my desires.
6) i watch manifestation content as motivation boosts. i don’t know why so many people are against this honestly. i’m pretty sure that even if you’re a “master manifestor” you’ll sometimes need a motivation boost or reminders and that’s okay. i’ve lived a big portion of my life without knowing about loa, shifting, non-dualism, etc. so sometimes my mind will go to my old mindset or beliefs especially as someone who grew up in an environment where people’s spiritual or religious beliefs where forced onto them. i’m sure some of you might relate. i try to saturate my mind with manifestation content to remind myself of my power and focus on my own mindset instead of my desires and the 3d circumstances.
7) i read some of y’alls blogs ! honestly, they’re so helpful. i’m so glad i reinstalled this app because the manifestation community here is amazing. y’all are so motivating and informative. i love the creativity on here as well. being here also helps me feel more motivated to focus on myself and i even reread my own blogs as reminders. do whatever makes you feel good. i sometimes even play loa audiobooks, take a nap, or spoil myself in any way. i make myself happy regardless of what i see in the 3d. if persistence feels exhausting or difficult to me, i just do my best to chill and detach and that eventually calms me down and makes me able to handle things way better than when i’m triggered. i think emotional self-regulation is beneficial. is it a necessity for manifesting what you desire ? no. but it does help in moments like this. ⋆ ⟡˖ ࣪

it’s okay to cry. crying doesn’t stop you from knowing who you are. in fact, it helps clear your path to your desires. think of your “negative” emotions as rocks on your path that you need to acknowledge and remove first before heading to your destination (who you actually are & your desired reality) the rocks are just all the negative emotions, thoughts, and your old identities combined. allow yourself to face them. allow yourself to feel the emotions. don’t suppress them or think that your manifestations will be ruined if you do so.

if you feel like crying, do it. if you feel like releasing your emotions, do it. do it for yourself and then remind yourself of your power. it’s okay to let go of the baggage. it’s okay to feel your emotions. you’re not your emotions. your emotions are just there to tell you something. listen to them, let them pass, cry if you have to, and remember who you are once you’re done. don’t forget that we shift every second of the day. we’re always shifting. always selecting a reality. even if you feel like your manifestation is ruined, you can still select the reality you want again. and again. and again. it’s not going to magically disappear just because you let some feelings out.
i thought that i had to stay true to the wish fulfilled and i shouldn’t react or do anything at all that might sabotage or contradict my end. until i sat with myself and realized that i’ve manifested the biggest changes in my life while crying. it never stopped me from getting what i want, it actually helped. it made me see things way clearer and it made me feel more motivated afterwards to do better for myself. it helped me persist in who i actually wanted to be. this is proof that emotions don’t really matter when manifesting. we’re still having a human experience so it’s inevitable. there’s nothing wrong with it. just make sure to always persist in your favor. you can even assume that crying actually helps you manifest faster or you can affirm that everything works out in your favor regardless of how you feel ! ✶ ۶ৎ

music is a powerful tool for manifestation and reality shifting but it isn’t talked about enough. we imagine, feel, and think through music. we literally put ourselves in the state of most songs we listen to. i used to tell myself that it’s fine to listen to extremely sad or depressing music and that it wouldn’t really affect me but it heavily did. i kept repeating over and over all the negative lyrics i’d listen to. i know it all comes down to your assumptions and i kept telling myself that i’ll assume they don’t affect me but the repetition of the negative lyrics eventually just kept me in states that weren’t favorable or they’d not help me focus on what i actually want to experience. maybe this is a limiting belief but my life now is way better since i’ve been listening to music with lyrics of my desired reality and my ideal self concept. i do still sometimes listen to some sad songs because i love the music itself (besides the lyrics), but i mostly listen to songs that motivate me and put me in states that i want to experience. for example, i do not listen to songs about breakups or toxic relationships anymore. i mostly listen to songs about falling in love, being spoiled, loved, etc. and my relationship has been even way better than ever. i also listen to lofi music or jazz to put myself in a good mood whenever i’m faced with unfavorable circumstances in the 3d. they make me feel calm even when i’m on the edge of losing it. <3 i just changed my habit from listening to sad songs that resonate with my unfavorable circumstances to listening to songs about my favorable circumstances or songs that help me stay calm and think more stable/clearly.

you can manifest anything. why ? because every single thing you can possibly imagine already exists. manifestation isn’t about CREATING something; it’s about CHOOSING the reality in which this thing already exists. everything you want exists. everything you desire exists. big or small, it exists. there is a reality in which you bought your favorite ice cream and a reality in which you have your sp and you’re living in a castle together. no manifestation is big or small. they all exist at the same exact moment. you don’t “raise your vibrations” or do anything to manifest something “small”, right ? you don’t really do much when you want to manifest things that you perceive as small. same goes to things that you perceive as big or unattainable. they’re just big or unattainable because you decided that they are. when people say “you create your reality” what they really mean is— you CHOOSE your reality. there is nothing to create because creation is finished. when you go to buy clothes, you don’t enter the shop expecting to make the clothes yourself. you don’t go to the factory to make the clothes. you simply enter the shop and buy whatever you want. it’s the same thing. creation is finished. you don’t have to do much. you just select it and persist in the awareness of it. persist that it is yours and it is done because it TRULY IS DONE. it all has to do with you and what you choose to be aware of. what reality you’re choosing to be aware of. that’s it.
